Sujai Sairajan: I had to reschedule my exam due to an unforeseen work emergency and I must say that I am glad I got in touch with the right person. Adiba from the ELS Center in Seattle was extemely understanding in helping me out get out of this issue by getting an approval to reschedule my test so that I dont have to got though the hassle of canceling and registering for the test again. She provided valuable inputs about the documentation that she needs to get this approval done and also very forthright about the chances of it being done, even though eventually she did get it done for me. Kudos to her and the staff at ELS Seattle that always strive to help out candidates who are in need of some sort of help!

sarah LR: Geneviève is an amazing teacher who tailors her lessons to her students' needs. She works with you to find a working-style to suit your learning, growth and development goals. She's constructive, creative and allows for comfort within learning. I was looking for a more conversational lesson style and she worked to tailor our classes to my goals along with tailoring to my french knowledge and leveling. Absolutely recommend her as a teacher if you are looking to improve your french language skills!
Grace Scarella: consisted of friendly chats like two friends catching up over coffee, but entirely in French. However, when I wanted more help with the usage of prepositions, Geneviève had exercises readily available. Additionally, she would also assign me a topic to write about that we would discuss the following week, and she was great at choosing subjects that interested me as well as pushed me to use different vocabulary, verb tenses/moods, varied sentence structures, etc. After a few months working with Geneviève on a weekly basis, I feel like my language recall and fluency have greatly improved, matching my language proficiency I had attained while living in France. Speaking regularly with a native speaker like Geneviève is the best way to improve your French, whether you’re a beginner or advanced speaker, especially if you aren’t able to be fully immersed in a French-speaking country.
Diane Olberg: Geneviève is a superb teacher with a creative approach to our lessons. For our weekly sessions, she sends recorded dictations for me to transcribe as well as grammar lessons. I write short essays and sentences for review together, and we also use conversation to improve my pronunciation and vocabulary. She is a warm person as well as a dedicated teacher. I enjoy all of our lessons, and my French is improving a lot.
Susan Bellan: I started taking from Genevieve after I was taking lessons with friends through another private instructor. In that case, my friends were fluent in Spanish already and the lessons were extremely challenging for me so I finally let my friends know it wasn't working out - but, alas, now I had to find another teacher! I found Genevieve through Internet searching and I am very glad that I did. She teaches in a manner that really works for me and adjusts her processes when it makes sense. She is a lovely person and I enjoy going to my class with her each time. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to either improve their French or start from the beginning.

Anthony Colburn: I have really enjoyed working with Geneviève over the last year to improve my French. I had been away from French for several years and needed help picking it up again. Geneviève creates a great blend of speaking, listening, reading, and writing that focuses on the student’s individual needs, even varying lessons to simulate real-world settings where conversation can be more difficult, e.g., on the phone or outdoors. She also flexes topics of conversation to give students practice speaking in situations they might encounter in their individual daily lives and professions. She is great at illustrating difficult grammatical constructions in a manner that makes them easy to remember. Geneviève strives to accommodate students’ scheduling needs and is great at following up when new time slots become available. I highly recommend her.

Michele Kaspar: Geneviève makes learning French fun and relaxing. I started working with her about 3 years ago after taking some classes, and for the first time learning French didn't feel so overwhelming to me. She is great about adjusting our focus as my needs change, always making sure that what I'm working on will hold my interest. She is a super nice, patient, and encouraging person to have along on your journey into learning another language.

She has a deep reserve of patience, and is one of the hardest working people I know. She motivates me to do well, and along those lines, she will often follow up with me between lessons to make sure that I have understood. Her knowledge and understanding of the French language is complete and you will simply not find a better teacher. She is also a dedicated athlete and artist, which just makes her a great person to know. Her creativity and energy are apparent in everything she does. I highly recommend Geneviève.
Melissa Mallory: Genevieve is a great teacher! She is enthusiastic, kind, patient, and accommodating. I started weekly 1:1 lessons with her prior to an 8 week trip to France. She helped to explain the nuances, phrases, and things I just would not have gotten in a large classroom setting. I looked forward to our weekly lessons. She loves her native language. That shines through when working with her. She is also quite clear, slow, and does not get bothered for asking how to pronounce something for the 10th time! I would highly recommend Genevieve for both French lessons and translation services.

The receptionist was very kind and courteous, she seemed genuinely interested in what I needed accomplished in order to get my vehicle registered. Shannon Hentschell: My 8th grade son really needed some help with getting his homework done, study skills and time management in general. He is not a very motivated person and does the bare minimum to get by in school. He was a little reluctant to start going to Sylvan but just after the first few visits I've already noticed a big change. He is proactive about going, he thinks about what Sylvan can help him with and always has his bag organized and ready to go. This translates to school as well. I used to have to check his classes on a regular basis to help him stay on top of assignments, and now he's getting them done and turned in on time with very little help from me. It's a win all around. I just wish we would have signed up sooner.

He’s been at Sylvan for six months and his reading has really taken off. His confidence is soaring and we are so happy. We also asked for assistance on helping him with improving his handwriting. Over this last year, he has come leaps and bounds. Based off of Sylvans assessments, my son was also behind on a few skills for his grade level. In the past year, he is fully at grade level for reading and almost fully at grade level for comprehension. Kris Phan: Sylvan at Kirkland is simply AMAZING!! I've been through many years with Best in Class and Kumon. I have been so disappointed with both programs. Kumon simply does not teach and I had expressed my frustration with the Kumon center so many times. I was finally ready to pull my kids out of Kumon and by chance, my boss recommended Sylvan, because Sylvan's curriculum is in sync up with the school's curriculum. My daughter has been with Sylvan for a couple of weeks now and I have been so happy with the 1-to-1 direct teaching. I have been so happy to know what my daughter is getting help with syncs directly with what she is learning at school. The director Pat is simply amazing too. She is a true educator at heart and can directly translate what gaps my child is working through. Yes, Sylvan is much pricer than Kumon. But I am now paying for quality teaching, teachers that follows the school curriculum, and teachers that can advance and backtrack my child for any gaps in learning.

Kamal605 Madbar: I'm a new Tint graduate and I gotta say I was unable to have requested a superior encounter. I'm so cheerful and thankful for the training and information I've gotten here. The one thing that helped me the most just as different understudies is the individualized consideration regarding every understudy's schooling that the instructors give. It comes from an authentic consideration and need to see you prevail in this industry and that is something I believe I was unable to have gotten elsewhere. The systems administration openings here also are unending and something to truly exploit while you're here and surprisingly after graduation. Alexis Branch: I am a recent graduate of Tints Master Makeup Artist Program and I have nothing but good things to say about it. This school is Veteran friendly. The VA covered everything. The instructors especially Ms.Sable actually care about their students and them making it in the industry. They keep an open bridge with students even after they graduate. I’m still able to hit up any of this when I need advice about anything. They take covid seriously there. Mask up and covid sanitation EVERY hour and covid meetings once a week. They really encourage there students to give nothing less than their full effort they won’t let you fail. It was amazing to also have Cosmo in the same building and being encouraged to build those connections with them.
Navajo Cutie: I didn’t know what to expect when coming to TINT, but I am very happy that I came and completed the program. I made so many friends and the atmosphere was very welcoming. My skills have grown so much in the last 7 months and I feel very prepared to take on jobs in the future. All the module teachers were amazing to work with and they have a passion that is just so infectious. I had the privilege of learning from Ms. Sable, Ms. Stacie, Mr. Tim, Ms. Abby, Ms. Isabelle and Ms. Kara. I was in the makeup artistry program & I will say if you decide to attend you are signing up to pursue a career in the MUA field and it isn’t just playing with makeup all day. It will challenge you creatively every single day. Other than that I do recommend TINT to any aspiring MUA.

Ant Knee: I’m a recent Tint graduate and I gotta say I could not have asked for a better experience. I’m so happy and grateful for the education and knowledge I’ve received here. The one thing that benefited me the most as well as other students is the individualized attention to each student’s education that the teachers provide. It comes from a genuine care and want to see you succeed in this industry and that’s something I feel I couldn’t have gotten anywhere else. The networking opportunities here as well are endless and something to really take advantage of while you’re here and even after graduation. I’m so appreciative of all that I’ve learned here and I have nothing but love and admiration for this school and all its staff.

Emily Batterberry: I graduated from Tint in July 2020! Let me start with, I can’t say enough good things about Tint, the educators & staff! I looked around at a few different makeup programs in Washington, and when I visited Tint and met Manhal and some of the other staff..I was sold! Learning about their program and what they offered, I knew I was going to get more than I ever dreamed of! Their makeup program is absolute perfection! There is such a variety of makeup styles/techniques that’ll you learn, from beauty, stage, spfx, runaway, bridal, HD, and so much more! You’re going to learn it all! Kit building, sanitation, all aspects of makeup, working with hairstylist, photographers, on set etiquette, building your brand/website, and so on!The educators/staff are the true beauty of Tint in my opinion. Everyone’s learning style is different and they make it possible to learn/understand everything their teaching you. They work hard to improve each person skills and do it in ways that’s most beneficial for the each student that comes through their doors. And I can honestly say they care deeply about their students. Every single teacher that I encountered with at Tint changed my life, made me grow as an artist, and has helped me gain the skills and confidence to be an AMAZING makeup artist/business woman!Tint really opens the door to the makeup world! Through the program I’ve met many makeup artists in all different fields, hairstylist, and photographers as well! They really help you to meet people within the industry and get you to start building those connections for your future!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TINT! By far one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself and for my career!
Ellie Wilson: Very pleased with my education at Tint School of Makeup and Cosmetology.It has allowed me to expand my talents and explore areas of makeup I never had. Plus it gives you much needed experience.I loved that the teaching staff was comprised of actual working makeup artists from all backgrounds and specialties.This is definitely a school for those wanting an actual career in makeup artistry. It’s a lot of work and frustration but it will make you better and prepared!The school also did phenomenal on COVID safety. I was able to learn top-notch sanitation measures that are now second nature. A big PLUS for professionalism.

Courtney McBride: I just graduated from Tint’s cosmetology program. The staff is professional and passionate about educating the next generation of the beauty industry. I received an education beyond just the technical knowledge applicable to beauty, but also in business skills as well as expanding my view of what directions I could take my career in this industry. The staff and director helped support me in landing an incredible job opportunity even during the struggles of this industry during a pandemic. There were many adjustments to the curriculum during the COVID19 pandemic, including online education and extra sanitary caution. I feel ready to pass the State Boards exam and start a new career.
Marisa Gonzalez: I am a recent graduate of Tint’s cosmetology program. Looking back on my experience at Tint, I definitely think the best thing about it was the staff/owners. They really do care about you and your education and will go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. Hannah and Shayla bent over backwards to teach everyone anything they needed or wanted to know more about. Overall was a great experience and I am glad I chose this school.

Zeinab Mahdavifar: Exceptional service! We visited the speech clinic with concerns before a trip and were amazed by their dedication. Despite it being after hours, they accommodated us and went above and beyond to ease our worries. Maryam's expertise with toddlers was evident, making the experience smooth and effective. Additionally, Lisa was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend for anyone needing personalized and caring speech therapy.

I made an appointment and they were able to repair my hearing aid. Not only that but the aids were updated and new batteries installed. First class treatment from the staff, front to back.Update: April 2024Needed another hearing test. I hadn't had one in a few years.My hearing is about the same. That is as good as can be.Jaimie performed the testing and, as always, I was treated very well. She even obliged my dumb jokes with a chuckle.I'm still wearing the Oticon hearing aids and they are working well. A diagnostics was performed and all checked out.One more appointment with great service.Thank you once more ESH

Kelly Woods: I had a balance assessment done at Evergreen Speech and Hearing last week. I was not sure what to expect. I have profound healing loss and have been experiencing some vertigo. The person who preformed the test was patient, informative, very pleasant. He made the testing very easy. It’s a long test but he added a sense of humor to the testing. Don’t be afraid to have this test. The results may surprise you!
