Jennifer Alley: Stopped in for a passport photo. Friendly employee knew exactly what was needed and completed it efficiently. Had it printed in less than 10 minutes. I also needed to photocopy a few documents, and then had them get my passport app ready to mail. They were knowledgeable and I will be back for any needs they may fill.

Nae Kim: My mail is reliably received. I am informed when packages arrive via phone call. They have an updated website and will promptly reply via email regarding package status. There are now greeting cards on sale for procrastinating mailers, thankfully. This has always been a low key mom and pop shop and the new owners continue to get the necessities of a mailing center done.
Rene' M. Karn: After several recent visits, had to add the 5th star. I love being able to pop in and out quickly to print or copy documents, or stay a bit and use the internet. If you just have a few copies to make, or some other inexpensive errands, bring cash. 5$ minimum for debit cards. I find this to be reasonable since merchants are charged a fee for each card used. Good prices and good service. The two guys who own the shop crack me up on occasion as well.

Gloria Cropper: Is there a 6 star review option? This is the ONLY establishment in Seattle who offers consistent friendly and professional services. I'm actually pleasantly surprised at how they genuinely greet me every time. That never happens to me in Seattle. haha They also get what needs to be taken care of in speedy time. Della Tall: Truly the best place I’ve ever been to for mailing services and support. Mike, Bree and their team know their stuff when it comes to all carriers, for both international or domestic mail and package options. They have helped me so many times, and they are efficient and a joy to interact with every time. Alki Mail also provides excellent business and personal PO Box services, which we have used for years. Plus, a great assortment of unique cards and small toys/kids gifts. Really grateful they are in the neighborhood.

He understood what a difficult situation we were in and helped us get a document notarized at the last possible minute, even though it was outside of normal notary hours. Big chain stores cannot do this. In fact, I couldn't even reach the local Fedex store tonight because they have not "supplied a local phone number" with the central customer service call center. I feel very lucky to have this business in our community. Thank you again! I am so grateful.

Catherine DeBlasio: I’ve had a post office box at this location for over 10 years. I really appreciate what a great job these guys do. The staff is friendly and efficient. My favorite thing is that they have parcel lockers so if I get something big they just put a locker key in my PO box-super convenient! There’s plenty of parking if you include the spots on the east side of the building. Best of all I don’t have to worry about my mail and packages getting stolen.

Happily, I found Wanderers, which aside from being an historic and independent business, is cheaper and provides more personal and knowledgeable service. Robert Androse Glover: After a week-long cruise to Alaska, my wife and I had too many souvenirs to take home. Our options were buy another suitcase and have another checked bag, or ship them home. We elected to ship the items home. Having managed a FedEx Office, I learned the "proper" way to pack items based on fragility and the like. Luckily we didn't have much that was very fragile, but I packed up our items into multiple handheld bags with fragile items pre-wrapped. I would have been happy if Josh has just put our bags into a box, added some paper filler and been done. But instead Josh went out of his way to ensure every item was protected. Even the rather large box everything arrived in was practically laminated in tape to prevent it from getting wet. Inside were individually wrapped bundles of items wrapped in bubble wrap and/or paper, and some items were even boxed for additional protection. It was the most comprehensive shipping I've ever seen. You would think we were shipping back priceless relics they were so well packed. I don't like that they use styrofoam packing peanuts. I wish they used a biodegradable version or jumbled paper instead, but that is my only complaint. I will absolutely ship from here on future visits to Seattle and/or Alaska.

Персонал оооочень теплый и вежливый. Это небольшой местный бизнес, который очень старается предоставить отличный сервис! К отрицательным нотариальным отзывам следует относиться с долей скептицизма, поскольку это технический процесс со сложными правилами, которые нотариусы могут интерпретировать, поэтому они не теряют свою лицензию. Кроме того, это более длительная услуга по сравнению с доставкой и получением, поэтому вас могут попросить подождать, пока освободится очередь от других клиентов. Наконец, я считаю, что в этом магазине только один нотариус, а не 2-3 других, не имеющих таких полномочий. И, возможно, у него перерыв.
