Aimee Wong: This is the best studies company I've worked with as a participant. The initial phone calls is very professional and they provide all the information I need - they also make sure to email me all of the details too. When I go up to the space, it's very clean and aesthetic. The front desk staff is always a different female but they're all very friendly and happy to work there. They are also very understanding and great to get along with. With the researcher/moderator, they're always very nice and courteous of if I need water, break or use the restroom. The pay is always over $100 which is amazing! Since COVID started, I've been doing more remote sessions and it's always just as seamless as it is coming down to their office.

Anne Smith: I love coming here! Usually because I'm making money. This last time around wasn't such a good time, though! Silly me got a SPEEDING ticket! Yep. My first one! Doing 92 in a 60 mph zone. It COULD have been worse, though...he COULD have written the ticket to include the fact that I was traveling solo in an HOV lane, for instance, but he didn't. He wrote the ticket as 90 in a 60 and not 92 in a 60. THAT, I'm told, would have had a much more severe penalty!

Shawna Holmstrom: Normally, I would leave 5 stars without a doubt for Fieldworks as I have many times worked with them as a participant. Whether at their Kirkland location or Seattle, they have always been incredibly organized and professional, kind and easy to work with.But I recently qualified to be a participant in a "Benefits" study at their Seattle location. I was called the DAY OF the study and surprisingly was able to make it there. I spent 2 hours in traffic and made it there just in time. It was a great study as they normally are. Upon leaving though, I was told that the parking was reimbursed and to just scan it upon leaving. I verified this and also asked how long it would take for us to receive payment. She said not long, as it normally never does. So I proceeded to leave.Upon leaving I attempted to scan my parking pass and it said I owed $7.00. Upon leaving the front desk said if I had issues I needed to press the help button. So I did that. And now I have a huge line of cars behind me frustrated because I literally cannot leave and I only have cash on me if I wanted to pay anyway. So I call for help, call their front desk and nothing. So then I call security and they tell me to again call the help line and nothing. I literally wait there for over 8 minutes with a huge line of cars and finally someone lets us through. --- Annoying but who cares I would never knock them for a simple mistake. But that's not the issue as to why I am leaving this review.Now normally in the past we would get paid on the spot with cash or a gift card. And the time previously to this one it was emailed within a day or so. So I never considered that I would not be paid for participating.When I was qualifying though I noticed, in the small print disclaimer that stated to wait 1-2 weeks for your pay to go through. Wait what? Ok, not a big deal I thought because that's probably there to just cover them if for some reason they forget to send one payment on a rare occasion. But....Now 2 weeks later, 3 calls and messages I still haven't received my payment. I think this is unacceptable considering this is a focus group. I took 5 hours out of my day between driving and traffic and the focus group to participate. I should not have to be calling to get payment just to be met with a message machine or hear that the people responsible are "off site" and unavailable.What is the deal? Normally I've thought this company was flawless honestly. But it makes me wonder are they doing bad financially that they are just hoping people forget and don't call to claim their payment? And the parking too.. really weird.Last point: I am all about side hustles, and I would normally consider this a good one if you got paid on site or within 24 hours. I always took them when I needed the extra cash and was available. This is not a new job where people wait 2 weeks for their first paycheck. It was a $150 dollars and if they don't have the money to pay you they should not be having participants come in. Period.I do have to mention though, this is a very clean professional company, kind employees and especially Matt whom answers the phone is great, very kind and helpful and honestly should not have to deal with the failures of departments off site.I hope this is an isolated incident but their disclaimer makes me think that something isn't right if they have to tell people 1-2 weeks for payment.I'll update this review when I receive payment and hopefully doesn't happen to anyone else!UPDATE: I did as promised receive my payment of course. Annoying.. but hope that next time it's as smooth as times past!

kmdenterprises: Participated in a focus group and thoroughly enjoyed myself. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I hope to be able to participate again. The only thing I would change is the payout time. Other than that great experience.

I'm based in the Southeast, so Mark and Adrien were critical to helping me identify participants and host the focus group. The facility in Seattle is beautiful and the staff was very accommodating.A couple of months later, I needed to recruit for a follow-up survey. Again, the team at Fieldwork was critical to this success and negotiated with us to work within our budget.
