Honestly still kind of emotional.I was looking for a hiking boot for the weekend but came really late. Like 2 minutes before they close late. I was really just browsing and didn’t expect much but a sales rep approached us and took so much time and care measuring my feet, giving me hiking socks to try, and letting me try some shoes. In the end it took about 15 minutes, but I just felt so appreciative. Honestly this is what makes REI the best. If the rep ever sees this, it’s a dude, thank you again!!

Antonio: So I visited seattle. I travel a lot. It's always been on my list of places to go. To be honest it's a very simple/ boring city. There's a few nice areas to visit. This would be 1 of them. The space needle is in the center of a few museums and walking distance to parks. Nothing spectacular. It's nice tho. It's basically something you show up to and say you been there then never return. Just a 1 and done. I do like how the monorail pulls up right next to it. That was convenient. So yea. Just heads up. Don't think it's gunna be something grand. It's just a simple city with simple attractions.

Brandi Reyna: We purchased two king sized pillows and they were perfect... just the right density. The sales associate was friendly and helped us find what we were looking for. We went back a month later to purchase a new mattress and are now having the best nights sleep in years! I was pleasantly surprised to find that because of the packaging, we were able to fit a king sized mattress into the back of our Subaru. It was compressed, folded in half, rolled up, and packaged into a 20"x20"x47" cardboard box! It was very easy to get into the house and on the bed frame. I was so happy that we didn't have to wait for delivery. I'm sure we're going to go back and get one of their dog beds for our little ones.

D. S.: Despite getting a premium parking space, I elected not to seriously shop. The store was very crowded for a 50 percent off sale. Adidas for 50 percent off!!! I was in potential Heaven having paid full price through their app on many items. Very nice and helpful young African -American male sales staff who I will certainly seek out when I return when it's less crowded. Big store with large shoe and mens' departments. Smaller womens' and even smaller kids selections.
