A. M.: All of the owners work at this establishment. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and felt right at home. Kind, funny, and meticulous. Don’t be scared for the first week your eyebrows will look way more dramatic and darker then you wanted. TRUST the process! At the end of the week when they had completely healed I am in shock at how natural and beautiful they look. Definitely worth the cost. I have had this service twice before years ago and also it was much more painful. I was not wincing in pain. Amazing experience. You can bring a little blanket for comfort as well. Plus The salon is chic but guess what? NO SNOBS 🤗. Im moving 5 hours away but I will be coming to town and getting a hotel for my touch ups. A lot of people do microblading now and honestly there are a lot of bad ones. These girls have over 5 years mastering there skills. Jessica Wilkinson: Vivian and the rest of the staff here are awesome. I’ve wanted my eyebrows microbladed for a long time but wanted to be sure I had great quality work. Vivian took plenty of time drawing out the shape of my eyebrows, asking me questions about how I usually did them, comparing what she had drawn to photos of how I usually did them and really spent a thorough amount of time to ensure we had them exactly right before we began microblading. After she applied the topical numbing cream we discussed color and she mixed a custom shade for me before she started. The process was very comfortable and she ensured to reapply the numbing cream as necessary. The aftercare instructions were clear and consistent and helped my eyebrows heal amazing. We did a touch up appointment at 8 weeks and the final looks is amazing. I would recommend Vivian and her team are amazing, the shop was amazingly clean and they take health and safety seriously. She defined and filled my brows, while keeping the shape/arch that I already had.HYDROFACIALI had heard about hydro facials from friends and was excited to hear that EYEBROWBABY was offering it at the salon. Throughout the treatment Liesl explained each step and what products she was using and it’s benefits. Note, this is not a typical relaxing spa like facial, it is a treatment. JudeJohnson: I have been to Eyebrow Baby several times over the last few years. I'm not a very girly, girl so have only really visited for microblading. Which, is a service you only need done once a year, if you are good to your brows. But after being on lock down due to Covid, I was in need of some serious self care. Instead of just booking the annual brow touch up I actually decided to peruse the other services they have to offer and I am so over the moon I did!After speaking with Liesl, I booked a hydrofacial back to back with my microblading. She booked me with Jenn, who was very attentive and communicative throughout the entire process. I've only ever had a few facials in my life and this was definitely a bit different so I appreciated her walking me through it.Then it was time for my brows. Now if you've never had this done, it isn't the most relaxing procedure. But Liesl does her best to make you as comfortable as possible. This was actually my 2nd touch up but 3rd microblading session total all with Liesl so I trust her. I wish I had allowed her to take a before and after shot my first go around. I lived 42 years not knowing the importance of eyebrows, they make a huge difference! I will never go anywhere else.The salon has moved since my last appointment and this spot may be my favorite. I love all the natural light coming through the windows. It's also smaller so it feels super cozy, almost a family room vibe. Well if my home was chicer and had more stylish occupants. Add to that the fun tunes that are being played that make it hard to keep still. I guess in addition to the new digs it is also a beauty co-op so there are more folks and services to discover. I have an upcoming appointment with Bailey excited as I need a new 'do. Jessie Cheon: I received nano hair stroke microblading done with Suwan around 4 weeks ago. Suwan is very knowledgable in what she does and explained every part of the step of what she was doing, why she was doing it, and how it will be different vs. other methods such as regular microblading.I needed to get nano hair stroke done with a different machine because regular microblading did not work on my skin type. She is very artistic and my brows look so natural like it's my own hair vs. makeup. Love it and can't wait for the next appointment!

My wife and I spent time researching and absolutely had to have someone who had years of experience and was an expert in these procedures. Amy Kay: and am a very athletic, no-makeup person…except for my eyebrows. I over plucked in high school and never got them back and it’s been 20 years of gels and pencils and fuss that I couldn’t fix or stop caring enough about to ignore. I looked into ombre/powder tattoos over the years but I was more wary of a bad outcome than potentially fixing the problem. What finally made me decide to just go for it was that the only gel I really liked and that was ‘durable’ enough to last all day for me suddenly started to cause a skin rash and that was kind of the last straw.I picked Veronika based on other customers’ positive reviews and I’m super happy I did! I booked online, showed up and we got started no problem. She was very thorough and patient and worked carefully with me during our session to get the shape I wanted. The procedure itself was only mildly uncomfortable during the first ‘pass’ before the anesthetic is applied - kind of feels like a tiny wire thresher going over your brow, not painful but just at the edge of discomfort. After the anesthetic you will just feel it as a sort of tap/tugging sensation.Once it was done, Veronika went thru the aftercare and expected stages of healing. I followed everything to the letter, and I’ll say she was exactly spot on in the timeline, and they turned out AMAZING! I was a little self conscious those first few days because my brows were very dark - much darker than I would normally do them. But after the flaking stage at about day 5-7

Finally, last time I had it done by someone else it hurt quite a bit but, this time barely hurt at all, in fact, I started to fall asleep during my second visit. 10 out of 10, would recommend.
Jenée O'Brien: I was very nervous about getting Tatoo Powder Brows but Veronika made them look so natural and color matched to my hair perfectly. Now I get up everyday and my brows are DONE! What an amazing time saver worth every penny. I have never gotten a tatoo before and it was less painful than waxing or similar beauty treatments - more like a sunburn sensation. My brows barely pealed at all, I didn’t really experience down time, a slight redness went away within an hour. They looked a littler darker than I wanted at first, but as Veronika predicted, a few days after the treatment they sloughed off a little and were the perfect match. One of the best beauty treatments I’ve gotten as for the value and difference it makes. I didn’t realize before booking, you get color boost treatments as part of the package. So first treatment, then 6-8 weeks later, a check up with boost touchups wherever needed. Then again 1.5-2 years out. You will save so much time in the AM and you have no worry working with Veronika - she is a pro. They look classy, natural, just as you want them to look. No one has noticed a thing except that my brow always look “perfect”.

I guess I also have very sensitive lips so it may have been worse for me than others. The process is interesting. What you walk out with is not exactly what the final results look like. That being said, my final results are awesome! I love waking up every morning with beautiful lips. I only use Vaseline and chapstick now and have a great finished look with no effort and no smudging. Brenda Trosset: I've gotten a Rejuvenation Facial and Splash Signature Facial by Liz and they were both amazing. The Signature Facial had dermaplaning and I have never had dermaplaning before and it seemed scary but Liz explained everything to me and left me at ease. Liz was pleasant and very knowledgeable when answering all my questions. I wish the company would market their facials just as much as their lashes because Liz does a great job.
