REI: what do users think?

Bella Official: #love this place is amazing best REI ever there's so many cool things a person could ever want or need for outdoor fun . Something for everyone #love

Thomas Ruth: I've been going there's for 5 years now with good prices

Pam Tagliavia: Great selection of clothing, even plenty of plus sized stuff.

Lia G: absolutely must visit store even if you are not looking to purchase outdoor sport equipment. my friend showed me this place and i absolutely loved it

Jesse S.: Very interesting exterior; didn't expect to see a miniature trail and a waterfall there. The outdoor patio has lots of seating. The store is big and has a climbing wall, a fireplace, bathrooms, and a nice lounge area with books and guides.

Anthony Labarca: Best REI! If you’re in town, highly recommend you check it out. Recommend checking out the garage sale section of the store - it’s definitely the biggest garage sale section of any store I’ve been to.Very cool to see this place! They have their own parking garage and it is free if you spend under an hour shopping.

Vikas Hanumegowda: Crazy good products. I got introduced to this store via climbing gear requirements.

Gary H Y Zhu: First of all the store is amazing, that’s been established already. Definitely worth a visit even as a tourist spot. But today I was touched by the amazing customer service I received. Honestly still kind of emotional.I was looking for a hiking boot for the weekend but came really late. Like 2 minutes before they close late. I was really just browsing and didn’t expect much but a sales rep approached us and took so much time and care measuring my feet, giving me hiking socks to try, and letting me try some shoes. In the end it took about 15 minutes, but I just felt so appreciative. Honestly this is what makes REI the best. If the rep ever sees this, it’s a dude, thank you again!!

Outdoor Emporium: what do users think?

•Tator Tot•: The best place for sporting goods in Seattle Tacoma area. Lowest price, excellent customer service, frequent sale, and membership. Much better than Cabela's, Bass pro and Sportsman's warehouse.

Jarrod Speer: It's got what we need!

Andrei H: and good selection to choose from. I used to be a member for couple years in the past but I am not anymore cause they changed the program and now members do not receive additional discounts on things which are on sale.

Celtic Anglo TX: Great place for ammo and pistols and other things as well. Like Toys R Us for adults!

Micah: Best outdoor store in Seattle without a doubt. The workers here are knowledgeable about their products and very helpful. Support this store over big box stores for your outdoor needs.

Vern Conover: Friendly helpful staff, enjoyed the services and wide selections of products

Tanya Mercier: Hit upon a great sale and received excellent customer service. Also a fun place to wander around and look at all the outdoor stuff.

Angie Sue Risvold: Maybe a bit less product than other more well known stores of this nature. That could be overwhelming & a bit overkill though.

Arc'teryx Seattle Brand Store: what do users think?

Brecken Diller: Fantastic selection of outdoor, technical clothing. The staff has always been super knowledgeable and friendly. Incredible service, amazing lifetime warranty on their gear, no questions asked. My family are loyal, lifetime customers based on the wonderful treatment the staff at this store has offered us. And love that they are so supportive of the local Seattle climbing gyms and community.Thank you!

Mia Kelley: Awesome service and everyone is so nice.

Rachel E: Clean and quiet, good selection

J Berg: Expensive nice coats

Greg Moody: They were very helpful, understanding, and patient even though they were super busy!!!

Brayden G.: An amazing product is one thing but to have the right people behind that product to bring it full circle is something only a few select groups of individuals have the right to say they’ve accomplished — perfection. This Arc’teryx location is a direct reflection of that. Decades of hard work and pushing the boundaries of just how far innovation and cutting edge efforts can take us is what made Arc’teryx what it is today and why it is essentially the only brand I’ll put my money on when it really come down to it. With that said, every time I’ve come into this location over the many years of living in Seattle I’ve always been met with someone I felt was a perfect expression of that. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly friendly. I’ve never left any questions unasked when I’m there and always leave knowing something more about the industry that I’d didn’t know before. From Connor, Jackson, Freddy, Daniel and Eli and so many more, throughout all interactions I’ve always felt like I was not only valued as a customer but as an equal as to someone who shares to that same appreciation of what an amazing company has become. There’s been too many instances of employees going out of there way to resolve things on my behalf and with every time leaving me with the assurance of knowing my money is well spent. I could go on and on but to put it simply this is why I trust Arc’teryx with my money and will continue to do so. Amazing products backed by amazing employees. There’s really no reason for me to ever look elsewhere. Thanks guys, you are appreciated!

Jesus Christ: Great service from staff. We went in to look for a jacket when they were about to close shop and they were more than friendly in accommodating us and helping us pick the right ones and even avoiding unsuitable ones that cost more

Trevor Price: Great products and service left feeling confident about my investment in there clothing !!!

JD: Always a pleasure when you can visit a brick & mortar location. Small store but provides you with what you need.

Priti Wright: Great store and friendly folks!!

y l (i8iphone): Great selection

Chris Loring: Helpful staff as ever great clothing.

Outdoor Research - Seattle Store: what do users think?

Trypp Adams: Nice if you are looking for OR gear and in a certain size and want to pay full price... free parking. I think at the price point, I'd just order online... didn't really seem like any incentive to go to the flagship store...

Gideon Smith: A friend turned me on to OR clothing, and I'll never buy a pair of jeans again. The work pants are comfortable and more durable than denim. I had a 1 inch cable snap at work, and catch me in the leg. I had a nice bruise, but the pants didn't tear at all.

Tania Kenner: Lots of options in stock! Great gear! Easy access and parking. Easy to get back on I90.

Freddie Stavins: Return experience way better than others have noted recently - dropped off an item I had ordered online in the wrong size. Woman helping was super friendly and processed things quickly. They handle returns out of the Des Moines location, but were able to send it there for me.

Roman: Outdoor Research has a top-notch collection of outdoor clothing and gear. Most often, you will find discounts on their products, and I love that about them. Their collection is both for males and females. You can really feel the quality that they offer is really great at the price you give. It's a reliable company with a warranty on the products. Plus, the staff here are super helpful. You may also try the items as they have a dressing room in the corner.

Joshua Walther: OR’s flagship store. The staff here are always very nice and helpful. They are well informed and use the gear. They have a few parking spots off street for parking, but I wouldn’t expect to get one on a busy weekend. They are SODO, so there is plentiful street parking most hours. Small shop, but they carry most of the gear you find online. The sales don’t always match the online ones so make sure you check their website to get the best price before you buy

Brent Beckstead: Bit confusing on entry, but nice people to get directions from.

Mountain to Sound Outfitters: what do users think?

Rob Braby: SUPER helpful, knowledgeable and personable staff. I’ve both rented and purchased from M2S and each experience has been great. They operate like a local ski shop should - friendly, laid back, not rushed, and don’t push sales. The staffers seem to enjoy their jobs and want to help.I wanted to give Noah a shout out for a great consultation on demo skis today! He walked me through a lot of detail on different skis, considerations for purchasing, and his experience demoing the different options.

Carl Silverberg: There is a good reason this is my go-to place for ski & kayak equipment. Always get great advice! I went to get a pair of goggles at the end of season sale and left with a helmet/goggle all in one combo. I used it this week at Alyeska and for the first time I was able to wear my glasses while skiing. It's a great system, we tried a few, the Giro worked the best and the input from MTS was fantastic.

Sahil Ashar: Bought my first snowboard season rental from them for the 24/25 season - reasonably priced, great quality, and was overall a fantastic experience. Hal and Shannon are excellent, highly recommend!

Darren Mills: Just purchased all snowboarding gear at a great discount! Thank you, Koa and Shannon you were super helpful and very nice!

Ed Failano: The shop employees are extremely helpful, caring and knowledgeable. I grew up in Hawaii visiting my local surf shop as a teen and the vibe these cats at MTN to Sound remind me of the good old days and how they work to earn your biz. They also let me browse without expectation of purchasing even though I’d rather give them biz because they’re a mom and pop shop. Shop here and you won’t regret the expert service and great selection!

Dune Desormeaux: Fantastic experience getting our first adult skis from M2S. Service was great, location was convenient, selection rocked, and we are super happy with the results!

Caitlin Boulware: As if you needed another excuse to shop local! Only good experiences with everyone at the shop, the selection is great, the prices are right, and Koa was the right person to help us find our new favorite skis. No pressure, only solid guidance from very friendly folks.

Kody Henderson: Knowledgeable people. Fast service. Was able to get my skis tuned up in one day. Making sure I will be set for my trip.

Isaac Conlen: I had a great experience at this ski shop! they were friendly and knowledgeable. I picked up snowboard wax for use at home, got a hot wax on my board, and also got my kids ski bindings adjusted on the spot! Highly recommended!

Sebastian Arrangoiz: Super friendly staff and good service!

Emil Gregor: Got a hot wax done real quick. Nice local shop with a lot of gear and sales.

emma sancartier: Great service, Thank for a super speedy board wax!

N: Greta prices and a variety!

Linh Vũ: This place is our family's go-to for snow gear. Koa knows his stuff and set my husband up with his first board. The whole staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend!!

Heather Corbin: I feel extremely lucky to have these guys in my neighborhood. They have helped me out with some stubborn boot repairs and took care of my neglected/wellloved skiis. They also saved me when I was heading out to the North Cascades and had forgotten to get extra strap for securing my skies to the snowmobile. Solid local business.

andy luley: I've bought snowboarding gear and gotten my boots fitted here. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgable, and I never felt like they were talking down to me or anything. Very inclusive

Neil Kanungo: Awesome service for my snowboards and good guidance from the staff!

Thomas Prieur: I’ve come in a couple times and have had great experiences talking with the staff about winter equipment! I definitely will be recommending this to friends that are looking to rent or buy, and will be back for summertime sport gear for sure.

Justin Mikitaroff: Awesome service and selection of anything you need!

Jordan Afaga: The staff here were super friendly in helping me getting my board ready for the slopes! Hot wax service was excellent. Would definitely recommend!

Pro Mountain Sports: what do users think?

Frank Field: I iust popped in for a look, and was blown away by how cool this shop is. The owner works the counter. He’s SUPER NICE, and willing to offer advice. He told me he’s retiring in the not too distant future, so better go enjoy this store, because who knows if it will be around much longer!Great quality gear. Books on hiking, mountain climbing. And did I mention the gear? You will salivate!

Jas Panag: You’ve found it - the last gear store you’ll need to go to for a long while. Jim has what others don’t - excellent brands, besides his depth of experience, and breadth of knowledge. Go now.

Talon Johnson: Won’t go anywhere else to get climbing gear! Jim is a great guy and is very very knowledgeable. He actually climbs unlike most other stores that sell climbing gear.

Michael Seacat: Love this place. Owner is respectful, knows his stuff, and is intentional in selling products made ethically!

Jeffrey Wright: with decades of mountain experience

Doug Klewin: I purchased this Lowe Alpine Systems pack for my son at Pro Mountain Sports. Jim gave a perfect recommendation for this alpine climbing pack.It certainly compliments the vintage Lowe Camp ice tools.

Owen Vogeli: Went to buy a gift, and got some great advice on climbing gear to boot. High quality gear and Jim seems very knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back.

Jake Quartuccio: Great place to get gear and beta.

Alex Rogalla: One of the last shops in Seattle where you can reliably find advice from staff based on their own climbing experiences. If you’re taking any courses with the Mountaineers this is the place to get outfitted.

Ascent Outdoors: what do users think?

Maribeth Spencer: Love the new store. Lots of space and available parking!

Andrea Sternagel: The delivery was quick and the sale price was very good. The Shoes where exactly what I wanted.

Shane Steinert-Threlkeld: is back in a big way, which is great!

Kelly Owens: I ordered online and they shipped very fast to me, plus had excellent communication about my order. The product I bought was the Topo Athletic Ultraventure 3 shoe. It is fantastic! I will definitely order again through Ascent Outdoors.

Trey Harnden: The new store is jam packed with tons of gear! Really love the used gear section

Owen howey: Great, over-the-top service for a novice skate skier like myself.

John Hanske: I stopped by to check out the new location and check on hiking boots and backpacks. The staff were extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. They were very knowledgeable and smart when responding to my questions. I tried two backpacks which they were able to add 40-60lbs of weight so I was able to get an accurate idea of how the pack fit when loaded.

Erin McQuin: Purchased some medical supplies online. Had a great experience and we got exactly what we ordered.

Nate Diamond: Got to try on Xeros and Lems before purchasing. Well worth the trek. Went with Xeros.

Fjällräven Seattle: what do users think?

Josef Hantke: First rate products and awesome customer svc, couldn't ask for better!

Kenji Inoue: I got my 10 year old rucksack #21 repaired here. They have a tailor on-site for alterations and repairs. They stand by their lifetime repair warranty, and their items are made to last. The staff is cheerful and helpful, and they have a good selection at the store! Worth a visit if you're in the area!

melly: Had such a great experience here! Came in with my friend she got a backpack and I ended up getting a sweater. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the employee who helped us but he was very nice, sweet and friendly! Amazing customer service definitely would come back and recommend the store to anyone. Although it can get busy they make sure you get the help you need if you need any. Thank you!😊 🏻

R Flynn: Nice store. High quality outdoor clothing, very friendly staff

Zach McJannet: , no questions asked. Sounds like the staff were all very friendly and helpful too. We’ll be back!

T D: Absolutely love fjallraven!!! They staff was amazing!!!!!!!

Tatiana Salimeda: Jed is very helpful and always welcoming!

Renae Mattimoe: These are the best backpacks! My tote has become my daily carryall and I've taken it on multiple trips. Can be used as a market bag or converted to a backpack. Just got a third kanken backpack so my kids can use them.

Chris Feher: The products and selection here are great. But, of course, we all know that. So the important thing to note here is that the sales people are very helpful, friendly, and most importantly, not overbearing. Plus, the atmosphere of this location is spot on with the company’s attitude. I always have a good time when I stop by.

Ben M: Beautiful store and products. Excellent and knowledgeable customer service even though I was called 'bruv' a little too often.

Eric Logan: Ecstatic. I've alternated between the Keb and Vidda Pro trousers for over half a decade, doing 4-season camping, backpacking and bushcrafting. I am not easy on gear. Finally, both of these garments popped seams nearly in tandem. I have the good fortune of working near this flagship store and was able to bring them in. They assessed the damages and took them in no-questions-asked other than whether I'd like to pick them up in-store or have them shipped to my home.Excellent customer care and refreshing to have an outdoor brand that stands by their products as well as their image of sustainability where lesser brands have scapegoated "wear and tear" or "user error" to escape such services. The less mass in landfills the better. Will return as a customer. Hoping for bonuses & pay increases for all staff come review-time.

Chase: Jed & David are the best retail support I've ever had shopping. Personal got me fitted for lots of new hiking gear and were extremely knowledgeable about every detail of every product they have.I'd fly back here just to talk to them again.

Mark Lucht: Good service, although they can be a bit distracted. It's difficult to flag someone down for help. Clothes are expensive but really great quality. I will definitely buy again.

Dean Monroe: Outstanding service and quality products. Would come back for sure.

Timo Jolkin: Superb service and great products! Matt H. was really professional! Not too pushy and yet there when I had any questions or worries. Thanks for a good shopping experience!

Eve Matson: Cameron was super helpful! they dug through boxes in the back to find specific hat sizes for me, even though the summer shipment had only just arrived. thank you

Mountain Hardwear: what do users think?

Jay DANN: I like going to a smaller businesses like this. Great customer service

Jason Babcock: Between Mountain Hardware and Patagonia here in Seattle I'm never short of high quality, high end and environmentally aware outerwear retail companies to purchase my outerwear, knowing there is always a lifetime warranty and/or repair service available. This store in particular is always meticulously organized, stocked and displaying the season's latest and greatest essentials...In addition the sheer volume of amazing accoutrements and outdoor accessories that are available throughout the store is nothing short of tempting and fascinating for the modern urban shopper who thought he had everything..Enjoy the over-the-top customer service while they answer your questions and lend whatever Level of product education you're seeking.

Robert “TheRealInternetMan” Hill: The Mountain Hardware location in Seattle, Wa. seems to have had the best selection of clothes for the active outdoors individual to layer w/ throughout the various parts of each Season that are better quality, longer- lasting,an reliable when in the Nature of Adventure of the Pacific NW territories, comparable to it's sister company Columbia Sportwear or Northface for reliability.TheRealI nternetMan😎

William Glasby: Kind of spendy

Wonderland Gear Exchange: what do users think?

Zakkry Endicott: Great stuff here. Deals and finds always available on excellent product also great spot to sell nice equipment.

Brad Lipovsky: Full price for used gear? Never again. "I call that getting tricked by a business.". -- some Seattle resident

Vedran Brozović: Pretty good store with some great deals for used equipment. Make sure to come in before the season or early during the season as the good stuff flies off the shelves. I wasn't able to find good skies for myself, but I did get some great socks. Could be a good idea to call in advance before showing up to check the availability for specific items, especially if you have an uncommon size for the boots / skies.

Conner VanSkiver: Great place to find used gear with a great staff!

Haley: . My only complaint is that if they list your item under $49, they keep 60% of the selling price. I think 50% is the max amount they should keep. Regardless, this is the best place to consign your outdoor gear in Seattle! The employees are all very nice and happy to explain why they won’t take certain items.

Felix Fabian: Good!

Phil: Great store! Found exactly what I needed at a much cheaper price point, and helping the environment! Now they gotta open one location on the Eastside!

KÜHL: what do users think?

randy richardson: Awesome clothes and very good service

Shawn Robins: Fantastic staff, and great selection of Kuhl’s full lineup of apparel. It was great to be able to try on all the different styles that they have to offer. Unlike buying at stores like REI that never seem to have the size or style you’re looking for. These are premium clothes at a premium price, but well worth it to me.

T: Fantastic and helpful service and great products.

Nathan Miller: Helpful folks here! I got a pair of pants after talking through my options. I'm a regular Kuhl wearer so it's cool to learn about how their various lines and fabrics have changed over the years. The best place to learn is straight from the source!

Elly Wells: They have a great outdoor wear, stylish, high quality and versatile. I’ve purchased several items in the past few years and been happy with all of them. Rugged and long lasting. They also have attentive customer service and are responsive to those using their platforms.

Douglas James: Still the most dangerous store in the world. I came for one item and ended up buying three items.

philwithnotes: I love this brand so I was thrilled to find a retail outlet. Great service from a couple different guys, and well stocked.

Allan Hise: The store is well maintained and staffed. The inventory was lighter than I hoped for. The employees were very kind and helpful. The only complaint I have is items purchased in the store do mot count towards the loyalty program :(

Colin Pape: Service was great gotta come back. Em, Liza, and Jacob are the best!

craig conaway: My wife and I visited the store while in Seattle for the weekend. The staff was incredibly helpful and ensured we found all the products we wanted. The store and clothes are great! We used our new gear today on a long hike and it worked out wonderfully.

Jenny Miller: the repair guys are fabulous!

Rachel Dorr: Chuck with Greg’s cycles has been beyond helpful and attentive whenever I come in to get my bike worked on. He is knowledgeable and caring, and I don’t just feel like a number in a queue, but a valued customer and member of the Green Lake community. Would definitely recommend Gregg’s to anyone needing to get work done on their bike!

Julio Gutierrez: I have purchased a bike here, I’ve had a bike fitting, and have had multiple services, including my tandem bike. The staff are amazing providing great education and complete transparency.

Brett Milner-Feltis: The staff here are so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! They take very good care of my bikes. Especially Chuck and Wayne.

Jeff Bergstrom: Awesome service

Dwight Liess: Add a bike fit done it has greatly improved my cycling experience

Jonathon Bowyer: Took my bike into Gregg’s Cycle to get some work done on it. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, quickly got my bike fixed up, and it rides like it’s new again.

Brian Grasso: excellent customer service, extremely knowable with low to no pressure sales.

Ryan Gracey: Great culture of personal service and attention. I bought a Trek mountain bike here in 1994, and just purchased a Specialized Sirrus X Hybrid, and recieved the same level of service. Keep up the grest work. Greggs is a Seattle icon

Tessie Decker: Have purchased bikes and equipment for years from Gregg's - high quality gear that lasts. Technicians are professional and friendly. Reliable, trustworthy.

Jud Heugel: The mechanics are great at giving recommendations and talking through issues. Recently they helped me a ton with a plan to use my cross bike and alternate between competing at cross at longer gravel rides.

Katherine Eastwood: Able to get quick service! Thanks

Cooper Dean: Huge fan of Gregg's Greenlake Cycles!! It's a great shop of course, and meets all my needs, but more than that it's the awesome employees that make the difference. Big fan of the dudes in the shop as they're not only extremely helpful with all of my bike questions and needs, but are just rad guys!!

Nikolaus Trede: Had a problem with my derailleur and showed up at 10AM. Chuck let me in right at the hour, was very friendly and expertly solved the problem in one minute - and then did not even want to take any money for it! Very happy with the service I received. Highly recommend Gregg's!

evo Seattle Store: what do users think?

Elizabeth Ambrus: to go through an in-depth fitting with me and to explain all of the nuances along the way. And I ended up with a phenomenal pair of boots! Would 100% recommend coming to evo for any ski and snowboard services!

mark hetrick: I had an issue with binding mounting recently that was enough to be very noticeable. After a few phone calls and of three times sending me to someone else who could supposedly help I just went to the store in Seattle. I live 3 hrs away including a ferry ride, so not a trivial trip. I’m happy to say EVO made it right and gave me a new off the rack same pair of skiis and mounted properly. So a bit of a runaround but fully satisfied with the solution! Great guys in the shop!!!!

Loten Lhatsang: Came to get new snow board boots and equipment and had an amazing time with Joe. He answered all my questions and I’m very satisfied with my purchase!

barbara kielhofer: GET YOUR BOOTS HERE! I thought I was cursed to a lifetime of foot pain but after not one but two days of adjustments my life has been changed...they even said to come back if it gets bad again. Customer service through the roof to get you the perfect fit. They actually care and how many places can you say that about these days?

William Briere: and evo still did heat molding for me on them

Robert Galvin: A few different people helped me buy a few different pieces of ski gear and they are all super friendly and knowledgeable, 10/10 would buy from them again

Ethan Busse: Shoutout Dan! My gf needed to get her boots fitted as they were a size and a half too small. Dan was eager to help and did an amazing job getting them to fit perfectly!

Feathered Friends: what do users think?

Oak R Rankin: great people, great down comforters and outdoor gear

kathyrn Palomino: Great quality goods and very helpful staff. Highly recommend

Jennifer Fisher: Feathered Friends is absolutely the best down ever! I have used their sleeping bag and jacket on expeditions, and I am always warm. I am always cold so discovering feathered friends was a game changer!

Wyatt Pritchard: Really appreciated Neil’s help finding me the right pair of double boots. Very helpful customer service and impressive selection of mountaineering gear. Great store!

Robin Fried: Was so pleased with the fit and quality of my jacket and pants. I have never had any warm clothing like this. I am not shivering anymore. Feathered Friends answered all my questions regarding sizing and which jacket to purchase. I am a petite woman who bought a xtra small mens jacket. Pants are small. Extremely comfortable. The 2 people I spoke to on the phone were very professional and gave me detailed information about the clothing. I would highly recommend spending the money and purchase from this store. Very knowledgeable people. My husband was familiar with their clothing. He saw all the details on website and told me it was very good ! We didn't look anywhere else. Came just in time for all the cold weather.Robin

Todd Phillips: Fabulous down jacket and the customer service from Ana was awesome. I ordered the wrong color on line and sent an email to get it corrected and she responded almost immediately on Sunday. Thanks again for everything.

Gregory Chaney: Best down items for adventuring.

Ben Fohner: Feathered Friends has the best down jackets, sleeping bags, and duvets. Highest quality and made in the US. The staff are super helpful too -- they helped me repair a jacket I had purchased from them years ago, and gave me a tube of extra down to refill another baffle.

Francis: The staff here is knowledgeable and most importantly, has integrity. I bought a pair of polarized sunglasses here today, but I also wanted to buy a pair of La Sportiva Aequilibriums. I tried to buy a size which was too small and they really took their time to help me figure out my actual size even though they were sold out of my actual size at the moment.I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this review because too many other stores will suggest you buy wrong sizes if they don’t have the right size in stock. In contrast, feathered friends will make sure you get what you need. The lack of sales pressure is really refreshing. Really the best retail experience I’ve had in a while.

Samantha Robinson: Just like neighboring REI, it's a really fun space! We came to buy a down duvet and appreciated the help. We really didn't know what would be best and they made it easy to decide without any sales pressure.

Juliette Kerven: Awesome friendly staff who are happy to chat gear 😊Also they often have stuff in stock which REI has run out of

The North Face Pike Street: what do users think?

Gabrielle Saluskin (Gabby Wilson): Liked it

Shrikant Prabhu: Went here if they could replace my gortex jacket which was peeling from inside. They happily received it and it’s now with their warranty department for the review. Friendly staff and neat store

Skyler Bissell: Delayed service on warranty replacement. Weird process that was 4-8 weeks long versus what could obviously be handled on-site a la Patagonia. Quality product with potential to get even better!

Nattisia Ingram: Very friendly staff! I called and asked about an item being available. They graciously check their inventory and set it up front for us to pick up! Great service!

Christine Pham: The staff at the store were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with my purchase. Very nice store people are friendly. Very clean and well managed.

Jay DANN: If you're living in washington, you're gonna have to shop here to get those good winter clothes. Especially if you're into outdoors. They have high quality clothing.

Rian Miller: Gorgeous store with great inventory.

Luis H De G: There are opportunities in customer service

Farrah H: Very nice store people are friendly. Very clean and well managed.

Alpine Hut: what do users think?

David Murphey: Took a bike in there the other day for maintenance. Couple hours later I got a call informing me the bike wasn't the ideal bike to service. Apparently parts are obsolete. They didn't want to spend my money and risk not being able to 100% fix the bike. As an automotive technician, I really appreciate that. So, today I bought 3 bikes from them. These people are awsome!! They will continue to get my business!

Max Keenan: Knowledgeable staff that cares. Great turn around times for services, always beat or meet estimated times. Probably the best ski shop in Seattle

Kurokitsune Yuuki: Disclaimer: I haven't been into the shop yet, but I made a phone call with a boot question that has an almost impossible solution. The wonderful woman who answered the phone had the knowledge to provide me with the info I needed and was extremely helpful and kind. I can see why this place has the reputation that it does, and I will be in for a boot fitting in the near future. Definitely a five star shop. I can't wait to go check out the store.

Hal Kussick: These guys are the best, whether it be boot fitting or general service. Kyle and Sarah have taken great care of me and my family.

John S: Price was great and super helpful/accommodating staff!

Chris Smutny: Alpine Hut is our go to shop for skis, ski boots and bikes. They team is spectacular whether it is outfitting youth with skis/boots/bikes, or advanced adult skiers. Most recently I had a boot blow out less than a week before an out of town ski trip. As everyone knows, it is not a good idea to go big with new boots. Kyle spent two hours with me working through boots and the custom fitting. Based on his work, I was able to do a three day heli trip with brand new boots. All of this was done with a less than 24 hour lead time. In essence, they saved a trip.I'd also like to give Sarah a big shoutout. She knows her stuff across skiing and biking and has infectious enthusiasm.

Kris Lange: Fantastic ski shop, extremely knowledgeable staff and a great selection!I’ve purchased boots here and had skis tuned here. The staff worked with me to dial in the boots to a great fit. Edge tunes/waxes/base grinds always come back great.Happy to say, Alpine Hut is the best in town.

rob gray: Alpine Hut is my go-to ski shop in Seattle - I drive past several other closer shops to go here for my alpine ski needs. It's got classic ski-shop vibes - old school gear and posters are mixed into an excellent product mix. What really sets this place apart though is the staff - Kyle is a master boot fitter and helped dial in the fit on my new boots for my notoriously tricky feet. They also expertly mounted my new skis and bindings. Support your local shop run by real skiers and head to Alpine hut! Also: If you're lucky you can pet the shop dogs!

Eileen Mizwicki: Sarah’s enthusiasm and knowledge made my bike buying process easy. I love my new bike! Very friendly and helpful staff!

Chelsea Castle: Alpine Hut squeezed us in on their Sunday repairs schedule to fix a minor rotor dent and pump up our tires. They always have excellent recommendations on gear and technical questions and everyone who works here is so helpful and accommodating. Loved meeting the new shop dog in-training, Charlie, the goodest girl.

Kellen Morse: Very helpful and kind staff.

Tom Eggert: I got some boot work done. Haven’t had a comfortable boot like this in many years. Great service great people. Highly recommended!

Rodrigo Rojas: There is street parking. If you’re staying downtown it is at a walkable distance. The place is big and plenty of space to sit. The staff was great and friendly. The hot cocoa was delicious. They’ve plenty of chocolate varieties from drinks, snacks, ice cream, etc. Overall if you’re visiting Seattle would recommend coming if you have a sweet tooth.

Ride Bicycles Bike Shop: what do users think?

Zane: 漢娜太棒了!他們非常樂於幫助我們測試一些自行車。

Dennis Reber:

Josh Faucher:

Cal Silcox:

Jeevan Noel: John fixed my pedals like a gent, always good service

Sally Holmes: Love this bike shop, the best in Seattle! Has everything you need, and super kind staff.

Hannah Tobin: Recently bought a new bike with help from Hannah! She was so helpful and made the experience fun and easy. Great shop with great people.

Merilyn Moss: . All done in about 15 minutes or less, $20 + tax. Very happy.

Daniel Alatorre: Brought them a challenging repair with an uncommon component, crank arm with stuck screw on sprocket. Able to remove it with ease and got me back on my may to riding bicycle trials shortly after. Great shop!

justin howard: Came in asked for a new chain. Instead of just selling me one the bike technician informed me mine had a lot of life left. cleaned and adjusted it for me! Ride home was smooth as butter.Chill and honest shop.

Alex Paul: and about $30 for labor. I was in and out in under 45 minutes. Would absolutely recommend!

Jeff S: Small shop but it has a good selection of quality bikes, parts, and accessories. Staff is friendly but low key, knowledgeable but not pushy. Pleased with the racks they had in stock and put on my bike. A block from Roosevelt light rail makes the shop very accessible too.

Louisa Clayton: Bought a new bike from them in September and have felt amazingly well taken care of and supported pre- and post-purchase. Small, friendly shop with top-notch customer service. Bill, John, Hannah and Ryan—all super!

Daigoro Toyama (daihard): They're the best. I went in to have them adjust my handlebars and brakes. The mechanic, Justin, encouraged me to do it myself while he looked over my shoulder. I ended up being able to do the job myself! Not only that I learned a few great tips on working on my bike. On top of that, they charged much less than they'd initially quoted because " it turned out to be a lot simpler." THANK YOU Justin and Ride Bicycles!
