This store is small but, I saw a pretty decent selection of Wigs and braiding hair with wider variety of colors than I've seen in other stores around Seattle area plus the prices are quite fair. I like funky cool color and styles so for me it's perfect 😁

They have plenty of hair tools and products. Everyone knew what they were doing and did it with such ease from the front desk to the stylists to the owner. I love the fact that this is a unisex shop and feels welcoming. I love that they also do children's hair. What I most appreciated was the advice I got from Rueben on how to keep my hair well hydrated even when I have it braided and which products to use so it doesn't break when I have braids in for a long time. I had also forgotten how therapeutic it is to just see beautiful people just chatting, singing along to good 90s R&B and laughing together while getting hair done. And it did not cost an arm and a leg. The price was more than fair and well earned for the wonderful service I received. I love my two strand flat twists. Thank you.

Mimi Meeker: My mom went in to try toppers to fill in sparse hair. She was not rushed, pushed to make any purchase and received a level of customer service not found frequently in today's retail market. The prices are higher than online ordering, but the level of expertise in making herr hair look the way she wanted in fit and style is far superior. The choices of styles and colors as well as all of the staff being mature women really makes a difference when facing hair loss. With an expert team for support, a new level of confidence as well as a new look was achieved. Mom gives June and the gals at MHC 10/10.
Georgia Warner: Went with my mom to help her get a wig. The lady that helped us was super nice and patient. She definitely knew what she was doing. She picked out the first wig and even though my mom and I picked out other wigs that weren't the right look she took her time and out in and styled the wigs we picked. And she saved her pick for last and it was the right one. I know she knew it was the right one from the start but she delt with us and was kind and gentle and explained everything and accommodated to my mom's hearing impairment. Thank you to the beautiful blonde lady that assisted us.

I hope all those wigs didn't go to waste!O! M! G! I am not your normal wig shopper and made no attempts to hide what I was, what I was looking for and why I wanted it. The owner made me feel better than I have felt in a while. Making suggestions, finding color matches, and telling me how cute I would be if I did this or that. Yes, her English is a little choppy but she literally treated me like one of her own. If not for COVID, I would have hugged her.

Not only am I buying my wigs from her but when I bought one from another place she expertly cut it for me to frame my face. I know it’s tempting to buy things that are cheap from major companies, but the quality of this place is worth every penny! Please even you’re just playing around with a new look this is where I would go to try it out.
