Chelsea Pierson: Sad to see so many poor reviews from people who are dealing with virtual customer care… this physical location is 10/10! Even when there is a line the employees try their best to accommodate and make everyone happy. I stopped ordering pods online bc shipping was far too long and Nespresso doesn’t seem too worried about that so I have made a point to drive out to this shop and buy bulk instead. Jorge is such a friendly ray of light, love having his help! He is very knowledgable & kind. Love this entire boutique & being able to purchase pods in person. Located in the basement where Macys home & furniture store is. Hopefully in the future they put out more shops like this so people dont have to wait 2-3 weeks for coffee!

Vincent Randy Heslop: Unique coffee maker flavor package bar. Very popular in Europe, so tried it. Pretty tasty, but not sure about the long term cost, doesn't seem sustainable. FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world 🌎

Amanda Sako: We were in the market for a new coffee machine after ours died, and wanted to splurge on a higher end machine, but did not want to move forward with an expensive machine without seeing it in person.Sean assisted us quickly after entering the store, listened to what we were looking for, and showed us the machine we ultimately ended up purchasing, along with several others for us to be able to compare. We were able to try coffee from the top two machines we were considering. He was kind, helpful, and patient the entire time we were there, and gave us space to discuss without pressuring us to buy the most expensive option.I really appreciate Sean's time, effort, knowledge, and assistance with our purchase. John Torres: It’s rare to find brick and mortar stores with prosumer level espresso machines so I’m always excited to visit to ask questions about all the equipment. Aside from a great selection of espresso machines and accessories, there are coffee bags from some of the nations’ best coffee roasters. Zeke Terrell: Incredibly friendly staff, and went out of there way to give us the best experience possible. They showed my 11 year old son how to create latte art in the nicest way possible, now he wants to start doing it himself for my coffee. Don’t mess around with Starbucks, come here. Now, we will make sure to come here every time we come to Seattle. In fact, it was so memorable, my 11yo asked to leave them a review, thus wrote this one. Thank you.

Yan Sun: This is a treasure trove of coffee shops, the food and coffee are great, the atmosphere is great, and the service is great.I found him and walked around the Pike place for a whole circle. Finally I found his small sign from the corridor opposite the Pike market information. Then I went up to the half floor, and there was another small and dark sign. I continued up. A cramped corridor. Then he suddenly became cheerful. That's right.I highly recommend adding vanilla sauce to the latte. Half of the Syrup will make it very sweet. The roll is also very sweet, but it is either so sweet that it has no friends, or it is so pleasant that it feels a little guilty. Brownie cookies are very good friends. I was in a hurry and left before waiting. The clerk even chased after me to bring it out and put it in a bag for me. I was so touched.There are small bags of coffee beans for sale, about five cups in size, and they come with a convenient and practical sealing strip.It was a good experience. I will come with my baby’s father next time.On-street parking is limited to a maximum of 30 minutes and only costs one dollar, which is a very conscientious price and considerate restriction. Exactly, just ten seconds off.
