Kedric Jackson: My appointment was 5 hours. All doctor's and staff were professional and addressed all my needs! I would highly recommend.

All staff from ancillaries, HUC, program coordinator, physical therapist, occupational therapist, psychometrist, psychologist, vocational therapist, physician assistant, to medical doctor provided an excellent treatment, genuine care that made me feel safe, valued, and important as a human. I loved that all staff went up and beyond to help and advocate for a patient like me. I have been a firm believer in the Structured Intensive Multidisciplinary Program

Every one that I had the pleasure of working with seemed knowledgeable and receptive to my concerns, and had answers or solutions they shared to me in an understandable, gentle manner. From my Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy ,Vestibular Therapy and Speech Therapy providers, to the maintenance personnel and the receptionists, I will remember your lovely faces and the huge, positive impact each and every one of you made on me. Dani Patnade: I've been seeing the same doctor here now for 5 years ever since I was first diagnosed. For the last 3 years I haven't had any relapses or progression. But I know that when I need help all I have to do is call or even send an email to my care team and I usually hear back within a few hours to 24hrs. The staff is all friendly and really know how to make patients feel at ease and taken care of. My doctor always makes it a priority to include my family in on what's going on. They all go above and beyond for all their patients. I carry extra copies of my doctor's card because you never know when you will meet a stranger who is in need of a good MS doctor.
Wayne Knutsen: Great doctors and staff. They go the extra mile to do everything they can for the treatment of this degenerative disease.
Erin OBrien: Excellent, excellent care! A convenient pharmacy is in the building.
Tiffany dawne: Great place, just wish they would do an outreach clinic to Olympia area, I know there are plenty of patients to do at least a once a month clinic. There is no clinics for MS treatment anywhere in Olympia and having to travel up to Seattle is is very challenging to do as often as needed.
