Marva Harris: My first time visiting your facility. Everyone was attentive when my brother needed something. It was clean except the chair in my brother's room. It was soiled so I used a paper towel to sit on. Staff was informative when I had questions.

Martin Balome: 24-hour great service for nursing and rehabilitation.. Great amenities.. Ample security - Surveillance cameras.. Good service.

Julie Edwards: Why did 5 stars show, dont know, I didnt do that. I currently have a family member there dying from cancer. My family member has not had a shower in four days. His clothing and personal belongings have been stolen. No one will answer the phone. I finally got someone on the phone, barely spoke English tried to Express our concerns only to get hung up on. There will be an investigation. This is clearly elderly abuse. Please review this facility.

The Hearthstone: what do users think?

Frank G: It is all about community at The Hearthstone and not just the Green Lake neighborhood community. While we love living in such a vibrant neighborhood, it is the true sense of community with other residents and staff members that makes The Hearthstone so special.

Dave and Judy Wackerbarth: Cove West sealed the deal. Last but not least, we have found true community with our neighbors.

Mary Edwards: We love calling the Hearthstone our home, as does our dog Dosey, who is SO happy living just one block from Green Lake park. Exercise classes and the well-equipped gym keep us physically active. Music trivia and local excursions are fun. The staff supports our daily living with maintenance, cleaning, rides, trips, humor and kindness. We feel lucky to live here.

Christopher Bergman: The people you’re great at the front counter are helpful and nice. At any holiday time You can find it decorated all over with residences decorations

Ulysses Laureta: Clean facility, friendly employees.

roy popper: I know The Hearthstone for almost 50 years and am grateful for all the wonderful people I have met.

Victoria Souza: I worked at the Hearthstone in 1968,1969, waiting on tables. I loved the people who lived there, the people I worked with & Bill Cody, my boss. At that time the people who were there owned their own apt. & they came to the dinning room for their meals. All of the people were nice & caring. I can see by the picture it's grown a lot so I really don't know anything about it in these days. Yeah for the good ole' days!

Claire Burgess: If you need a space, they rent out the first floor room. It's a large room with a stage. Very clean.

Julia Sullivan: I recently visited Hearthstone and had a most wonderful experience. The staff is outstanding, the activities for the elders were perfectly suited for them and the location is incredible, right across the street from Green Lake. I just don't think you could have a better environment for your elder to stay.

Georgia Oistad: I've just returned home from five days at the Hearthstone Health Care Center for recuperation of knee replacement surgery. What a wonder! The kind and caring staff offered all I could want during those first few days out of the hospital. The food was great. My Physical Therapist most helpful. This stay at the Health Care Center was a great experience! I want others to know.

Kellie Shepherd Moeller: The Hearthstone is right in the heart of Green Lake, next to the park, with shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and outdoor activities within a short walk. What a perfect place to retire! Plus, it is a Life Plan Community which means that as you age, you will have assisted living and skilled nursing services available. This community has been in Seattle for 50 years, and remains strong in both mission and finances. I have worked for several retirement communities as a consultant and know personally many happy residents that live at the Hearthstone where the staff is engaged and caring. The Hearthstone should be at the top of your retirement options list when you start to visit places..

Aegis Living Madison: what do users think?

Robert Smith: Tolles Personal!

Love N Gratitude: Das Personal ist freundlich und nett.

Jennifer Horner: Mein Vater lebt seit Oktober 2014, fünf Jahre lang, im Aegis on Madison.

James Nelson: Tolles Gebäude, gutes Essen, ausgezeichnete Aktivitäten und aufmerksam auf die Gesundheitsbedürfnisse der Bewohner.

Wendell Inigo: smells like lysol

Amanda Gablenz: Great staff

David Gibson: for a couple of weeks. Our family's experience with Aegis has been nothing short of fantastic. The facilities are first class, but the gold is in their people

Tom Carroll: Beautiful interior spaces. Great staff

Foundation House at Northgate: what do users think?

St. Vincent de Paul Seattle: Foundation House is a wonderful and compassionate organization. We at St. Vincent de Paul have worked with them for years and we have a great deal of admiration for their work, their caring residents and always how we are treated!!

Susan Moore: FH has been a great fit for my mom. They are kind and respectful, have really good food, and are responsive to residential and health needs. They also do a great job providing neighborhood transportation, as well as interesting and entertaining things to do. Everyone needs to find their own fit, but we are very happy to be part of Foundation House.

First-Call Communications: We have worked with the Foundation House at Northgate for over 20 years. The staff has always been professional, friendly, and courteous. The facility is clean and kept up. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a retirement living community.

Krista Rosemary: I highly recommend Foundation House at Northgate. The staff and residents are very welcoming and friendly. The facility is clean and lovely. And, the food is delicious!

Kurt and Lippmann: In helping research retirement communities for a friend in the Seattle area we visited several sites. We found that the Foundation House Northgate was a great fit and value. Our friend is really enjoying living there. He tells us all the time the food is wonderful and finds the staff super friendly. He enjoys the being around other residents. Everything is clean and inviting with options of bus outings, close bus routes and services nearby. There are many activities available to choose from. We would recommend it to anyone who is interested.

Murtaza Junejo: Love Foundation House and their staff! I've worked with them for years now and only have compliments.

Jessie Strauss: My husband and I moved here six years ago, and we are very glad that we did! We are in independent living, and we have a lovely large apartment with a big balcony. It is comforting to know that, when we need more help, we can move into assisted living. The staff is wonderful--the servers, the receptionists, the people who clean our room each week, the administrators, the activity directors, the cooks. The meals are excellent--a new main dish each dinner, but always other main dishes are also available. There are plenty of activities for those who are physically and mentally fit, as well as for those who need a little extra help. I looked at 14 places before moving here! Surprisingly, this was one of the more moderately priced. You won't find some of the frills that other places have, like a swimming pool or a theater room, etc. But what my husband and I need and want is all here.

Julie King: Foundation House has been excellent for one of our parents. The staff and food are great. The facilities are well managed and it's easy to visit and park! The other residents are friendly and engaged. Our mother recently moved to the assisted living area. The transition and extra care have been wonderful. And the price is right.

Suzanne Newman: while having an incredible community surrounded by friends and activities with an amazing chef who will spoil you rotten, I highly recommend Foundation House!

Andy Padvorac: . The chef is dilligent in giving residents healthy food, and routinely solicits input on what people want that is not showing up on the menu. Location, location, location! It is convenient for shopping needs, being about a quarter mile from Northgate Mall and many other businesses along Northgate Way. And the House's van takes folks who cannot walk or drive on shopping trips, to medical appointments, and on fun day trips around the region. And the residents are generally friendly, engaging and helpful. My Uncle is very pleased with his choice to live there.

Imran Iqbal: If you think food at retirement homes are horrible then you are in for a surprise. Not only do they have amazing food but customer service is top notch. This place is also one of the cleanest retirement home i have been to.It is perfectly located within walking distance to Northgate mall, target and other shopping centers. Within a mile you will find northwest hospital, pharmacies, dentist, polyclinic, eye center etc. They provide free transportation during doctor days.I would highly recommend taking a tour at this location and getting in touch management team if you have any questions. They would treat you like family and are really friendly.

Quail Park Memory Care Residences of West Seattle: what do users think?

Bsrat Gebregergs: It very good

Valeria Aguilar: I usted to work in this amazing place for two years as a CNA , my superiors Brian Doug and Ed are the most important part of this project, I really appreciate all the opportunities that I have there starting as a housekeeper , CNA and MedTech. This place work with high standards of Care, love ,ethic ,responsibility and respect to residents and crew staff.I'm moving out to my next professional step in my career and I never forget Quail Park of WS. Love this place.

Christine Charbonneau: and professional

Derek Esses: The entire team at Quail Park is fantastic to work with! They have been flexible, responsive, and conscientious while navigating though an unprecedented time. In addition, they provide excellent communication to their residents and family members.

Kay Morrison: My 90 year old mom moved to Quail Park during the pandemic - it was hard not to be able to be with her in person, to hold her hands and squeeze her shoulder, but the wonderful staff at QP did everything they could to make it possible for me to at least have window visits and technology visits. And while they were able to keep all the residents and staff safe from COVID, they still held my mom's hands and squeezed her shoulder. As soon as she arrived Mom's energy and ability to engage with people and activities improved tremendously. I saw how they didn't just take care of her, they loved her. Her family could call any time and speak with someone on staff who had interacted with and cared for our mom, they didn't have any staff turnover so we were able to know who we could ask for. I can't say enough good things about how professionally, carefully, and lovingly Quail Park cared for my mom. All my siblings agree, it was such a comfort during a difficult time. Mom died in April after a few months in hospice. With deepest gratitude to Quail Park staff and management.

Laura Smith: Exceptional care for my loved one.

Jo Ann Showalter: From my first phone call and visit, the staff at Quail Park have gone out of their way to answer a myriad of questions, and to take the time to help me understand the protocols of Quail Park. They truly care about the residents, their health and safety. With the current Covid 19 crisis, they cant be too cautious. There are monthly Zoom calls for family members and any question or suggestion are welcomed. I am very impressed with the quality of care and concern expressed for each resident and the weekly activities for the residents are well thought through and the smiles are a mile wide.

Paul Allen: During this time of utmost concern for vulnerable seniors with memory and health issues, I have been very impressed with the team and program at Quail Park. I rest well knowing they are taking good care of my 92-year-old father-in-law.

sasha lien: My mother has been a resident for about 9 months. Everything about the move in process was so smooth. The people that work there truly care. I looked at eight places and QP was by far the best. I can't recommend enough.

Mike van der Velden: Our family could not be happier having our father reside at Quail Park! The building is beautiful and essentially in brand new condition; the staff is very caring and engaged; and perhaps the most important part is the dedication to building community among the residents. Those connections and relationships are more important than ever.

Ron Wolswijk: I am leaving this review after visiting the Quail Park community a couple of times. The memory care environment is impressive, and the residents seem very happy and active. Ed, their community relations Director, is professional and has a real passion for finding the right solution for you or your family member. I can genuinely say this memory care community and staff are genuinely dedicated and compassionate about helping seniors.

Melinda B: My 95-year-old mother lived with me for almost seven years after my father died. I wanted her to stay with me until the end but her Alzheimer’s progression made that impossible. I hired in-home caregiver for while I was at work and then hired another to stay overnight so I would be able to sleep through the night. Despite having wonderful caregivers, it just wasn’t enough. My niece and I toured Quail Park in March 2020 and gathered information. After the tour, we were confident this was the best choice and mom moved in mid-April. Quail Park is set up for people with memory issues; there are so many extra touches to make things comfortable for the residents. I glanced at the posted menu during the tour expecting to see variations of Mystery Meat and dry potatoes and was happy to see a menu of foods that I would actually want to eat – a Mediterranean diet. The facility is beautiful and new and clean and fantastic. But the thing that really stands out to me is the people working there. I appreciate the kindness of the reception staff who greet us and who interact so sweetly with my mother. I appreciate the caregivers who help mom call me when she is having a tough day. I appreciate the caregiver who paints her nails and goes through her photo album with her. I appreciate the nursing staff who care for mom. She is doing so much better there in an environment created for someone just like her. I appreciate the administrative staff who make tough decisions about Covid restrictions and keep my mother and the other residents safe. Placing my mother was hard but it allows me to just be her daughter again and I have peace of mind knowing she is safe and well-cared-for.

D Y: . All of his friends and family are really glad and know he is getting the best possible care and much more social interaction than he was getting at his last place.

Cynthia Weber: Brian Anderson is an exceptional Executive Director!

Tracey Harvey: Amazing! Purposefully built community dedicated to memory care with expert team that has heart ❤️ and the special skill set to help all of the residents thrive!

Sarah McCaghren: Family members are welcome to join for meals

Merrill Gardens at The University: what do users think?

Tracy Brown: , it is clean and updated and the courtyard feels like a lovely resort. My parents are truly cared for and known in this community. We are beyond grateful for the incredible staff and community. Thanks for welcoming us all into a new home!

Peter Rees: Merrill Gardens at the University is a wonderful place in all of its dimensions - the public spaces are light, open and airy; the apartments are thoughtfully laid out and well maintained; the residents are engaging; and its sun-filled courtyard is a place of respite in nature. The best part, however, is the staff who are, from managers to maintenance folks, thoughtful, caring and thoroughly professional - exemplified by Naomi whose welcoming smile hides a remarkable understanding of everything that goes on in the place. Thank you for all that you do for our parents!

Alan Dowty: Merrill. Gardens is peerless for its great location, the pleasures of its amenities, the warmth and professionalism of its staff, and the camaraderie among its residents.

peter stoner: Our family member loves living at Merrill Gardens University. He has been there for nearly three years. He easily made friends and enjoys all of the activities. He looks forward to meals with friends and we join him frequently, We have also gotten to know his friends and even my grandson loves to join us.The staff is extremely caring, responsible and professional. We highly recommend this home to your family.

Debra Symons: . The wait staff is very attentive and kind to all residents.

Doug Colbeck: team went to great lengths to get my parents moved in under challenging circumstances and a tight timeline. Things have gone well since moving in, which gives me peace of mind knowing they are happy and being taken care of. And being so close to the University Village is a nice bonus.

Perri Roe: The warmth and professionalism from the incredible staff at MG have made what could have been a stressful transition into a delightful experience. They have made my mother-in-law feel welcomed and cared for. The efforts made in creating a wonderful atmosphere with delicious food, enjoyable activities and a friendly vibe have truly made her transition not just comfortable, but fun as well. She is thrilled to be at Merrill Gardens!

Ted Fitch: My sister and I helped our dad move to Merrill Gardens at the University a few months ago and it has been a very positive experience. From our first interactions with Leslie, who helped show us apartments and answered our many questions, to Naomi and the rest of the staff we have had a very warm reception and positive environment for our dad. Thank you!

Victor Chebotarev: Sometimes I play piano here and its it nice to play life music for residents. Very pleasant atmosphere at this place.

jan christ: My wife and I have been very pleased with Merrill Gardens and the care they give to my mother, 102 this month. She is well taken care of and feels very safe and secure living in her one bedroom apt. She enjoys the bridge games twice a week and meeting with other residents. We would recommend Merrill Gardens for any senior looking for a great place to live in Seattle, WA

Helen Georges: I moved to Merrill Gardens near University Village about 2 1/2 months ago. The staff was knowledgeable, very helpful and very friendly from the very first visit. That continues to this day. For me, the overriding feeling here is it is comfortable and informal. The common areas are wide open and there are people all around. It's a very pleasant feeling. I love living here.

anne quigg: I lived in the neighborhood and have had dozens of church pals, golfing buddies and dear neighbors move to Merrill all with a positive experience. I have had the blessing of knowing Leslie Reynolds for near 4 decades and she is the real deal. She makes a point to get to know all the residents, their families and any/all quirks. The facility feels and acts like family. Very professional!!!

John Foster: We looked at many senior living centers and decided on Merrill Gardens for many reasons including the very friendly staff, location, condition of the facility, dining area, and wonderful courtyard. My dad really likes it over 6 months later. Leslie and her team are always welcoming and look out for my Dad. I highly recommend visiting Merrill Gardens at the University!

Helen Mary Szablya: I chose Merrill Gardens with my children because of the immediate friendly athmosphere when you enter. I was not disappointed. Love surrounds you here. All the staff works together like one, filling in for each other without being asked, as the need arises. The residents are kind, lovely, friendly. I would recommend Merrill Gardens at the University to everyone.

Ellen Cottrell: know what's ahead and answer questions as they come up, often within minutes of sending an email. She helped them secure an apartment with an accelerated timeline and has nearly bent over backwards to make it work for them. We appreciate her care and attention so much, and we know from the brief meetings we've had with other Merrill Gardens staff and residents so far that everyone brings this level of human connection and kindness to their time there—everyone is so happy and friendly! We're excited for them to make the move in a few weeks!

Kristin Weber: How do you leave your house of 55 years? You move into MG at the University! My parents decided it was time to move and the staff at MG made the transition a breeze. The staff and residents are super friendly and happy to help with anything... from getting a different parking spot, directions to the neighboring roof top garden, a ride to a forgotten doctor appointment, to organizing a welcome dinner. We are so happy they chose Merrill Gardens at the University!

Jennifer Macaulay: with a huge garden to keep her fingers in the dirt and a smile on her face. The staff worked hard late into the evening to have her new apartment ready for the movers. Once again, they have gone above and beyond to be helpful. I love these people!

Stephanie Otis: Our Mother moved in last month from out of state and she is loving being part of this community! All of the staff and the residents she has met have been so welcoming, helpful and kind! She couldn't be any happier to have found her new home and we are so pleased that she has found a perfect place to live too!!

Stacy Hall de Gomez: My 96-year-old mother has lived in several senior communities over the past 15 years, and this is the best! When she decided to move from southern California to Seattle to be close to us, we checked out a number of communities and were really impressed by Merrill Gardens at the University. Leslie, Michael, Charlyn, and Cheyenne were so helpful with the arrangements and Mom moved in about a month ago. She loves it so far! The staff and residents are so kind and friendly, they've made the transition as smooth as possible. Khandez, Lori, and Denise on the front desk and the rest of the staff are always so welcoming, and when she wasn't feeling well, the wellness staff was right there to help. She already feels at home and has made several friends. She loves the food, her apartment, her view of the courtyard, and the activities. We're so happy we found Merrill Gardens at the University!

Caner Feyzi Demir: Fresh Air and lots of trees there are

Queen Anne Manor Assisted and Memory Care Community: what do users think?

Senior Mister Grady Wawa Ngimilas Lulengo: A beauty full place to visit ; a beauty full place to work at ; a beauty full place to be live in

Cole Boysen: Queen Anne Manor is an absolutely gorgeous community that is ran by people who genuinely care about taking care of senior in this chapter of their lives. Shawn is a wealth of knowledge and is great to work with. You and your family are in good hands when you are a resident at the Queen Anne Manor. I work in the senior living industry this community is one of the great ones.

Marlene Williams: to have lunch. I wanted to let you know how much we love working with Marlene. She is always able to answer our questions and has a friendly+confident attitude that continues to put my uncle at ease. At our lunch, Mamadu took such great care of us. He is truly an excellent representative of Queen Anne Manor. He was knowledgeable about the menu, and was attentive but not "hovering". He made our experience enjoyable and, again, put my uncle at ease in regards to how life at Queen Anne Manor might be. You have a spectacular team!! Thank you, thank YOU!

Ashley Kowalski: Since working here at Queen Anne Manor I have absolutely loved it. The management and staff have been so welcoming and kind when introducing me to my new work place. Everyone is genuinely happy to be here, to serve, connect and spend time. This is the place to be or work. It’s amazing here!

Kim Falcon: Queen Anne Manor has exceeded our family's expectations for assisted living. The facility is beautiful, the programs for seniors are enriching and meaningful and the care is second to none! Queen Anne Manor is an extended family. Everyone working there is amazing – a truly dedicated support staff. Our family couldn't be happier to have a loved one cared for at Queen Anne Manor.

Barbara Alford-cassel: Placing mom in memory care was hard. Katelyn, the marketing director, is so organized and helped us with every step. All of our questions were patiently answered. The care team has helped mom adjust and has made valuable suggestions. We are very happy with the care mom is receiving. Kristine, the executive director, has taken great care to help us understand options and made valuable suggestions.

Kathryn: I was able to move my young developmentally disabled sister into Queen Anne Manor in March, moments before the “shelter in place” was ordered. I feel extremely fortunate and thankful that she is there. There have been NO cases of the virus at this facility. My sister is very social and independent . The amazing staff have helped her adjust to being quarantined. She is being well cared for and kept safe. I am grateful for the kind staff and their patience. I look forward to being able to visit Queen Anne Manor again and to have the virus behind us.

Fidelity HomeCare: As a home care provider and having partnered with a lot of Assisted Living facilities in the Puget Sound area, I have to say Carissa is a very hands-on management executive. She definitely has her finger on the pulse and expects her residents to be taken care of. I'm really impressed by the fact that she is willing to roll up her sleeves and wear many hats to get things done. Managing an Assisted Living facility is a tough job since it's a 24-hour role but the positive attitude that Carissa carries herself every day and the fact that she is very accessible if you have any questions/concerns is truly commendable. If I were a resident's family evaluating which facility to move my loved ones to, I definitely would like to know how the facility is being run. Having worked with Carissa, I do know that she expects her staff to perform their job well because she cares about the well-being of her residents. As a home care partner, we are honored to work with Carissa and her team at Queen Anne Manor.

Rachel Smith: If you want peace of mind that your loved will be well cared for in a retirement community Queen Anne Manor is a great option. We moved our Dad to the Manor after having a negative experience at another local facility. Their caring staff became like family to us and we could trust them to treat Dad with dignity and respect.

Holly Zinter: My Mom and Dad lived at Queen Anne Manor in their memory care community Anna's Garden. The community is very nice but has a comfortable homey feel to it that fit my parents. The nursing staff was very caring to both my parents and to my husband and I. The management there was always responsive to us and they took the time to pay attention to our requests when we had concerns. I would recommend QAM to other people considering an assisted living community as we had a great experience there.

Daystar Retirement Village: what do users think?

rachel wheeler: Friendly and helpful staff. Fun activities for the residents to partake in. Delicious meals served breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Sarah Bradley: Our mom has been at Daystar for several years now. She loves the size of the place, the people are all so nice, and there is a warm feeling about the place. My sister and I have found the staff friendly and so helpful. Eva, Melodee and Corinne...we love you!

Sue Siluch: I have a relative that has been living here. What I've discovered is that the people determine the success of a retirement home. Boy, does Daystar have the best staff! Eva, the Executive Director, is one of the kindest, most caring people I know. She always tries to help, has a terrific relationship with my rellie, and is always available if I need a word. Melodee on the Front Desk is equally helpful, upbeat and loving. This is a special place!

Famous: Friendly staff

Julie Gramm: Attractive place with warm and helpful staff. Beautiful grounds and conveniently located across from shopping center.

l: Good place but the food is awful. So sad to see the people have to eat that food.

Donald Thomad: I toured the facility for a family member, and found it to be one of the best in West Seattle, unfortunately my family member required more assistance than what was offered. The place was clean, and well kept. A major plus were the washers and driers in every unit. The staff were all friendly, and it felt like they wanted to help, not just a job. The building is a little old, but was well maintained for the age. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the young lady who toured me and was a little on the "fake" side, I'm glad the building, staff, and residents spoke for itself, they were what really sold me.

Concierge Care Advisors: what do users think?

Steve Stenberg: I was so happy with concierge advisors. I would have been completely lost without their help. They made the process easy and kept me informed on all facets of my power of attorney duties. The help they provided insured my confidence in choosing the right care for my mother. Thank you so much Kelsey.

christy hiura: are all second to none. I worked with another agency for a brief time before I was introduced to Kelsey by one of the Care Facilities. From the moment Kesely and I spoke, she was on top of all of our needs and concerns. We had a very short time frame within which to work as well as a very limited budget. But Kelsey found us several amazing locations from which we could choose. When we decided on the best place for our mom, Kelsey continued to work on our behalf to ensure the new home could meet all of our needs. We feel so blessed that our mother’s transition has been seamless. She has resided in her new home for a month now. Although health wise, she has her good and bad days, she continues to thank us for “finding the perfect home” for her. She adores her caregivers because they are so good to her, make her feel special, and take care of all her needs. She feels pampered and loves her spa days

Khris Vanderpool: I would like to give a shout out to the Concierge Care Advisors team. I unexpectedly found myself needing to get a family member safely placed into an Assisted Living facility. I immediately realized I needed help accomplishing this, given the complexity of the current Medical field. I was contacted by Concierge Care Advisor Nicole, who worked closely with me and made the placement process easy. She really went above and beyond to find the perfect fit and I was able to keep my sanity! I cannot thank her and the Team enough!

Debbie Beardemphl: Tabitha, was amazing. She took care of all the important things, at as time when so many crucial choices needed to be made quickly. She was professional and kind. She listened to what we needed, and made sure things were done as promised. So thankful for everything she did. This company is a great resource for people at a time when they need help. Thank you!

Dee McCallum: Concierge Care Advisors is a wonderful service recommended by the hospital where my uncle had been admitted. Our family knew we needed to make a change for him from his assisted living location but were unsure how to make this happen or where to turn. Marta stepped in and gave us helpful insight along with the availability of touring several options. We chose an adult family home and Marta was with us each step of the way. Our uncle is very happy with the increased care and attention he is receiving at the AFH and says he feels like a "king." This was a great choice for him and a great service to the family.

June Blickenstaff: Marta was awesome! She was responsive and showed us places that met our priorities. I highly recommend her!

Deb Eddy: I was devastated by my inability to care for my 88 yr old Mom in her home any longer. I had no idea where to start looking for a loving attentive facility to place her in. Jenny stepped in and arranged everything from interphasing with the Rehab facility, to arranging tours of AFHs to scheduling the state nursing evaluation and discharge communications. I got to make the final decisions without having to do the legwork or having to learn a whole new industry during a high stress and extremely emotional time for both my Mom and I. Mom is adjusting well to her new living situation and I could not be more grateful to Concierge!

Barb Parrott: Marta is a miracle worker! She pairs gentle guidance with a sense of humor and an ability to ask the hard questions when necessary. There were many hurdles to finding a spot for my mom and Marta handled them all with grace and patience, going above and beyond time after time. Her personal touches, her candor, and her persistence made a challenging situation almost... enjoyable! I am beyond appreciative of everything she did for us.

A Brit: I can't say enough good things about our experience with Concierge Care Advisors! We worked with Nicole and she was a rockstar from start to finish. We never could have navigated this transition for my Mom into Assisted Living without her help. She found the perfect fit for her, under her budget, and in the best environment. My Mom is thriving in her new place. Nicole was knowledgeable, a great listener to our concerns/needs, and proactive with all the steps that needed to be taken. Nicole made the entire process painless and I recommend 10 out of 10!

Mack: I don't usually post anything online, so my 'web-presence' is virtually non-existant. However, I feel like it would be neglectful to not offer a review for Jennifer. Very recently, she helped us find suitable 24/7 care for our mother -- who became ill and hospitalized twice in two-weeks unable to care for herself adequately. Jennifer worked with us and our mother's case manager at the hospital to locate the care she required. Jennifer is knowledgeable, well-connected, patient, and kind. After learning what was available and looking at one nice option, Jennifer listened to our concerns and found exactly what we asked for regarding location, amenities and services. Ultimately, this worriesome life-changing condition regarding our mothers health and independence resulted in acquiring admittance to a very nice facility. We are confident that our mother is being cared for very well, her condition has since improved, and she really seems to like where she is at. I hope you never find yourself in a similar situation with an immediate need of these services, but if you do trust me that Jennifer knows what she's doing and that she has your back -- she was the answer to our prayers.

Carla Boyle: Jennifer guided us through a very difficult situation when our mother’s medical status took a quick and downward fall.We needed to find a loving home for our mom immediately. We felt heard, informed and confident with Jennifer’s expertise. My siblings and I often do not see eye to eye and Jennifer navigated our differing needs with professionalism and grace.I would wish for everyone in this situation to have a “Jennifer” at their side.

orepsorp 1966: Excellent service. I needed to move my mother with dementia from a memory care unit attached to an assisted living facility into an adult family home which was near my home and would convert to Medicaid. Jenny provided 3 potential locations and met me at each one for the tour. Quickly decided on one and moved my mother in a couple of weeks. Jenny also helped negotiate terms of my mother's lease and educated me.

chris r shands: Marta was very easy to work with. She has worked in this field for a long time and She knows all of the people that operate the long term care homes. She met me and drove me to one and we did a virtual tour of another one. I am very happy with the place I chose.

sewstitch65: We have worked with Concierge Care to find the right placement for several elderly family members. They work with the family to assess the specific needs of the individual situation. They provide great support to the entire family during a difficult time.

Allen Solberg: I'm not much of a writer but what I got to say is working with Tabitha at finding a new home has been great, she showed me several homes and the one I picked and moved into is better than I thought it would be, I recommend her highly,

Darryl Stamey: Jennifer James was the best. She worked with me and my daughter to quickly find a place for my mom. The place she found was The Legacy of Bothell who is a great fit for my Mom and is working to get her care and medication under control with the right Dr's and Nurses that care about my mom and her longterm care. I can't thank her enough for all she has done.

Donna Jornlin: Concierge Care Advisors were a lifesaver when I needed to find a safe community after my father’s Alzheimer’s diagnosis. They responded immediately and lined up 3 communities to view. Vanna was prompt, accommodating of a schedule change and went with me to the appointment. I highly recommend and would use them again!

Devin Schmitt: We have now used Concierge Care Advisors to place 3 elderly relatives. Highly recommend!
