mae marzan: This cosmoprof is the best in the Seattle area and I purposely drive the extra two miles just to go here instead of the one in lynnwood. They have the nicest employee. One employee told me that my card was outdated in the nicest way possible. She delivered a negative news in such a pleasant way I am giving them a five star review! Imagine that... they have also been the strictest with cleanliness and social distancing. I feel safe and valued when I shop there.

Sarah Mabrouk: I recently got a Keratin Complex treatment from Lucy and 10/10 I would recommend. I have very curly and frizzy hair and the treatments I have gotten in the past did virtually nothing for me. After this one my hair is so smooth and shiny, and it has taken my curl and frizz down a lot making it so much more manageable and reducing my drying time by about 50%. If you are on the fence about which treatment to try I highly recommend the keratin complex if you want to reduce your curl and/or frizz.Also have to mention the salon is absolutely beautiful and the staff is all so friendly and welcoming, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience as smoothing treatments can take a long time.Thanks Lucy and Glam & Tonics staff!

Elizabeth Hardy: I was in Seattle and had to visit the flagship store. I also had my favorite salad. The Cilantro Line Chicken Salad in the Cafe is wonderful. It had been a while since I had been in a Nordstrom so it was a nice shopping visit.
