Trevor Gilmore: I've been coming here since I moved to Seattle in 2014 and don't have a bad word to say about them. I've always had VSP, and from that perspective I've never even seen a bill from them as I just pay the small copay when I come in and they handle the rest. I also had a strange eye condition where contacts caused me extreme redness and itchy, sore eyes, and over the course of 6-8 months went in several times. Each time the front desk was helpful and fast, my appointment was on time, and the doctor really worked hard to help fix my eyes - which he did! I have been seen by both eye doctors in the office and I can say that either of them are great.

However, the booking staff could do a bit better. Sometimes, the wait times, once in the office for appointments, can run long. Allow time for a wait. I have no complaints regarding Dr. Zollman's care and highly recommend him.

Kyle Petersen: I have gone here for glasses and exams several times and have always received an amazing customer experience. The people who work here are truly experts at what they do. You won't easily find anyone anywhere who understand frames as well as the people at Queen Anne Eye Clinic. I have somewhat exceptional prescriptions that can sometimes make getting glasses that fit right and help me see right. Not all shapes or materials work well with the lenses I need. I have never had an issue at QA Eye Clinic with any of this. They really understand what they are doing and it shows.
Casey Elkins: I’ve been to many optometrists and opthamologists over the years and could never find one that I liked as much as the one I used to go to in California. I’m sure my jadedness came across in my appointment but it didn’t faze Dr. Samra. I thought she was excellent. She listens, considers, and speaks thoughtfully about eye care, and I found the whole experience quite pleasant. It’s nice to have someone I can see close to home.

Gayle Schubert: Went to see Dr Carey to have a lump on my eyelid evaluated. Turned out to be much more serious than I originally thought. Dr Carey was professional and straight forward with me. He told me I needed surgery and explained all of the possible scenarios. I went into surgery with a full understanding of the possible outcomes. His office is clean and the staff friendly and polite. would 100% recommend.

I didn't have to deal with a confusing conglomerate of doctors competing for schedules.Here it's just the one doc, great nurses, and a friendly optical shop next door. I found out the doctor is a specialist in ophthalmology and does ocular plastic surgery too.My family has a history of glaucoma, but I felt like I was in good hands. From the memorabilia in the place you can tell he's helped everyone from the Seahawks, famous golfers, to teaching Iraqi doctors overseas how to handle facial reconstruction surgeries. Definitely, check this place out if you want great eye care.

Donna Perlee: Hello all, I had cataract surgery here. The practice, doctors, MDs/ODs were fantastic. I felt completely assured that every aspect of cleanliness and sterilization had been taken cate of. Although eye infections after surgery are very rare, they are very dangerous. I felt informed every step of the way. Communication was excellent and repeated, which some may find annoying. I do not. Those repetitive questions assure quality and excellent performance. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this group for any ophthalmology needs. And the office staff is lovely. An added bonus.

Jacob Dempsey: I was initially seen at my appointment time. Then I waited around for an hour to have pictures of my eye taken. Then another hour to see a fellow, and another half hour to see the doctor. Other than what seemed to be excessive wait times due to poor scheduling, I was very happy with the clinic.
Sandra Walker: Employees are nice and respectful to clients. Rooms are clean. A very busy place. They try not having you wait too long in waiting room for appointments.

Dr. Abiva made my visit well worth it. With professional sense of humor she explained everything about my eye changes and needs.Michael, the optician was helpful as he took the time to explain frames, lenses, prices, wrote out my measurements, and recommended local repair shops since I was interested in reusing my broken frames.When I returned with an online-purchased frame Briar's amazing personality, patience, caring, and thoughtfulness made the experience dignified and lighthearted. He also wrote me measurements numbers for reading lenses, and the Medicaid discount that Michael quoted me was what I received.P.S. The owner, an optometrist, was also at the front desk and I thought he was an assistant. He was behind a desk talking with clients, answering their questions, and addressing their specific needs!I am looking forward to receiving and getting fitted with my new prescription lenses and frames asap.Eye Eye matched with employees who were more my personality! Overall, I received such 5 STAR treatment one would not have thought that I was a Medicaid insured patient/client.
