Kevin Curtiss: At the recommendation of our interior designer/stylist we hired Phinney Ridge Painting to paint the interior of our house. I couldn't be happier with the experience we had with them. When we had them out to quote, Ned came over and spent as much time as we needed to walk through the entire house, talk about what we wanted to do, and even helped make some recommendations to us. From the very beginning, he inspired a lot of confidence in the company. We ultimately decided to have them do our trim, walls, and ceiling. The crew they had do the painting was outstanding and extremely professional. They showed up on time every day, worked full days every day, and were so respectful of our house. They cleaned up every evening before going home and when they were working on our kitchen even made sure that we could get access to it every night. We couldn't be happier with the end result. They went way beyond just applying a new coat of paint to everything - every single imperfection in the walls/trim/ceiling was patched and fixed.We had such a great experience with painting that we plan to use them for a few carpentry jobs here in the near future.I highly recommend Phinney Ridge Painting. moto5: We hired Phinney Ridge to paint our home. Unfortunately, our second story balcony was found to be rotten and had to be rebuilt before the house could be painted. Both jobs are now complete and we are very pleased with the results. The painting crew led by Sebastian and the carpentry crew led by Julio were professional and talented. When there were questions or concerns they were quickly addressed. We plan to use them in the future.
Kevin Carrabine: Just wrapped an interior paint job done by the crew at PRP of our Ballard bungalow. Involved stripping two layers of wallpaper, skim-coating, then priming and painting. Very good process from start to finish - protected everything, cleaned up appropriately each day, then did a final touchup and clean up that left me searching for something to find wrong. Couldn't find anything! Highly recommend PRP.

Rob Voce: We have used CertaPro Painters of Seattle for several indoor and outdoor painting projects with stellar results. The latest involved painting our west-facing front doors which were new in 2018 but with just varnish over wood were getting distressed. They were sanded, damaged areas filled, caulked, primed with a something to last longer and sprayed -- look amazing and saved them from needing replacement otherwise. Some trim was done at the same time with scraping, sanding and painting.

We had water damage that took out some walls and ceiling in our utility and linen closets as well as the adjacent hallway. Edwin did a fantastic job with every aspect of our project from the drywall, to insulation, to painting and carpentry to reinstall the closet shelving. The walls look even better than they did originally. Edwin went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and it shows! He clearly communicated where he was in the project and what to expect the following day. And the project was finished right on time. There was a slight glitch in the quoting process, however the owner, Brad, came out and honored the original quote. Brad also gave us references for brick tuckpointing/repair as we wanted to fix exterior prior to painting which also worked out great. This introduced some scheduling challenges, which they handled just fine.Once started, the team was pleasant to work with and did an excellent job. I was pleased to see the project lead inspect the one side which is wood and remove and repaint areas that did not pass inspection. Casey Zejdlik: We’ve used ACP in the past but it’s been a few years. We recently considered rebuilding our back deck but the bids were coming in higher than we were hoping. We decided to give Rich a call and have him bid painting the back deck, side deck and covered seating area to freshen up the spaces in time for summer. The crew did an amazing job, managed a few mornings with rain, and really exceeded our expectations. The first day they were out to pressure wash, they went above and beyond and did the concrete landing areas and short walkway without us asking. It’s nice when a crew just takes the extra step without asking or submitting a change order. When I thanked him, he simply said it looked bad and he wanted it to look great once they were done painting. No increase in price, just pride in his work. Great experience yet again and we’re going to have ACP bid our garage floors and potentially a sport court refresh!

After visiting my house to do an estimate, she spent 30 min explaining to me her approach to painting, what kind of paint my house currently had and the pros/cons of it, the various options for paint she could use along with pros/cons of each option, etc. The contract was specific and accurate in terms of explaining the work that would be done. Given the time and level of detail with which she explained her approach, I was not surprised at the high attention to detail she had with the painting. She patched many holes so well that I can’t see where they were anymore. She flawlessly repaired areas that had drywall tape failure and cracking. It looks like a new house now.
