Our coach, I believe his name is Kyle, was really rad and shared his ethos with us parents about parkour and how they like to run their classes. I love that they give time to the kids to run around and explore the space before getting into activities and that they change up their course every week. The kids got a lot of chances to try new skills and work hard to improve on their own skills. We're excited to come back and be regulars!

Sierra D'Amelio: We came in for a birthday party and I honestly had no clue how it would go. My 8 year old daughter had an absolute blast. I believe Kyle was the one leading them through activities and he was amazing! Not only was Kyle funny and supportive but he made extra effort to remember all of their names. As a teacher I was very impressed and wishing he could come to my classroom. Lol! I highly recommend this place for some unique fun.

I immediately felt a part of the group and was welcomed in such warmth. The community of people are so nice and soo understanding and patient. They are all there to learn together and grow together and I really felt like they included me without any hesitation like I was always welcome and already a part of the community.

Patrick: Coach Kyle is so engaging and the students love him. The facility is always changing so the kids get new challenges. They offer weekend fun nights where you can drop off your kids and go have a 90 min date.

Melody Mândrean Coleman: Alpha has been an incredible gym for my son. I have never seen another gym so invested in the men’s program like Alpha is. Generally, men’s gymnastics is an afterthought to the women’s program, but that is not the case here. The coaches are kind and empathetic while still instilling disciple and challenging the athletes to become their best selves mentally and physically. My son’s skills and gymnastics elevated immensely after transferring here from a different gym. He competed at both state and regionals and placed, but all that is just a bonus to the self discipline and other personal skills he’s learned at the gym. Highly recommend!

Alpha is a top gym for men's gymnastics and coach Giacarlo has dedicated his life to these kids. With his safe, consistent, and knowledgeable approach there is no better place to for men's gymnastics. Giancarlo has a college degree in gymnastics, is well connected throughout the collegiate and national level teams. I just can't say enough good things about Alpha Gymnastics and what they've done for my son.

Craig Mungas: I frequently work in Seattle, and I was looking for a place to drop-in. Riot was nearby, and I gave it a shot. I'm so glad I did! The coaches and members were welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I now drop in a couple times a month. The workouts are always challenging, but the skilled coaches can modify the workout to fit your needs. The atmosphere is supportive and the space is well laid out. If I lived in Seattle I would certainly be a full time member. Working out at Riot is always a highlight of my trips.

My step daughter gained confidence in herself and the work ethic she learned at SGA has translated in to many areas of her life. I enjoyed watching the well executed meets and was super happy with our experience at SGA. Now that my step daughter is grown I have continued my relationship with SGA over the years and sell my active wear products to them.
