Lauren Califano: I really enjoyed working with Shea. My first appointment, I genuinely had no idea what kind of wedding dress I wanted. Shea helped me learn about different styles and what to look for and think about. This gave me the background to research and the second time I came in she found the right dress immediately! I was in love, and I felt so beautiful on my wedding day.
Jordan Stafford: I had two appointments at Samila Bridal with Shea and it was truly an amazing experience. I went in the first time thinking I wanted a clean, simple dress. Shea pulled a couple dresses in that style, exactly from my Pinterest, and could tell I wasn't feeling myself. She slowly started bringing out more dramatic and sparkly dresses and I fell more in love with each one. For my 2nd appointment we did the VIB with all of my bridesmaids. It was a blast! Although I ended up picking a dress from a different store, if it wasn't for Shea, I wouldn't have discovered the true style I wanted. I will be dreaming about those dresses from Samila for years!!!

Kelsey Perry: Shae was my consultant and was so very sweet and kind! She sat down with me at the beginning of my appointment to get a feel for my wedding and truly listened and understood what I was looking for. Samila was my third bridal salon, and I showed Shae photos of three dresses I had tried on that weren’t quite right but all had different elements I loved. We found a dress that, with a few customizations, combined literally everything I loved into one dream dress! I cried happy tears as I wore it and could cry again just thinking about my dream-come-true dress and my wonderful experience. I felt so cared for by Shae and even the other gals in the shop during what was such a momentous and also emotion-filled experience of finding my wedding dress. I’m so thankful!
Wahlin: Recently went here as a bridesmaid to help my BFF find her dress. Very personal experience. Not overrun with other brides at the same appt time as you. This place asks you to wash your hands as you arrive, which I loved because the dresses were so clean and in great shape. We had come from another dress shop where all the dresses looked so dingy and in desperate need of cleaning. Overall great experience and a beautiful intimate space.
Sarah Wilson: Shea was an absolute ANGEL! Trying on wedding dresses as a plus size woman can be daunting, but Shea made my experience so amazing. She made me feel so beautiful and comfortable in my own skin. Nibs: My future daughter in law made an appt at Samila's and from the beginning this was truly an amazing experience! Yasmin made it so personal compared to the other shops we went to by taking the time to talk her about her inspiration dresses and what she had tried on so far. She presented each dress and then let her pick a few as well. It's clear the Yasmin knows women's preferences and women's bodies and by taking the time to get to know my daughter in law it made this a moment to remember. She ended up finding the perfect dress and she is very happy 😊😍

janette casolary: Went dress shopping today for the first time and Tia made my day! I was nervous to try on dresses and Tia made me feel so comfortable and made me feel like a friend. Im a short and curvy person and really appreciated the size range of the samples as well. So happy to find dresses that are within my price range that felt unique and stunning!
Genna Lo: Tia was absolutely stellar as my stylist. She made me feel confident and she was so supportive. I felt 100% comfortable with her. I had two other fittings elsewhere that left me almost in tears because the stylists would snap at my sister and I not to touch or browse at the dresses and we just felt like a burden for such a special occasion. My sister flew from California to be here and Tia made her feel so comfortable and valid which was important to me. I felt like I could give my honest opinions without feeling bad in front of Tia and the whole experience was just so wonderful. The dresses themselves were so unique and stunning. Would recommend anyone in the greater Seattle area to Tia at this location in a heartbeat.

Tally Ellis: Had the best experience at the Seattle location! Addie, my stylist, was beyond helpful without any pressure to purchase a dress that day. I have been to three other bridal salons and found she was one of the most enthusiastic in finding my vision and encouraging that by already setting out dresses I wanted to try on before I got there. I was looking for a dress to match gloves I had purchased, and she was amazing at helping color match and envision what they'd look like together. This is a great spot if you are on the more introverted side as they give you the right amount of space to let you find dresses/put them of/etc while also offering guidance on the process. Courtney Coffman: I Do Bridal provides an amazing experience to find your dress! The shop is bright and beautiful. My stylist Jennifer was wonderful, upon arrival she asked me lots of questions about what I was looking for and already had dresses I had saved on their portal pulled and ready for me. She really paid attention to what I was reacting to about the dresses and together we had so much fun figuring out my bridal style!By the end of my appt I found a dress I loved but since I had another appt booked at another shop Jennifer amazingly was able to book me a follow-up appt for the next day so I could come back and compare if need be. I ended up finding a dress at the next shop which I loved as much if not more than the dress I found at I Do Bridal. At my follow-up appt I showed Jennifer the second dress while retrying on the I Do Bridal dress. I was very conflicted as there were elements I loved about both dresses and some hesitations with both. Jennifer ended up pulling a new dress which beautifully combined what I loved about the other dresses into one amazing dress!

From the moment I arrived, Jennifer greeted me warmly and attentively listened to my preferences and concerns. She guided me through the selection, offering valuable insights and suggestions tailored to my taste. Her patience and professionalism made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. Although I didn't find my dress there, Jennifer's exceptional customer service left a lasting impression, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and the boutique to others.

We tried on so many dresses and she took my feedback from each one and used that to find me the perfect dress!! She is a magician! Brooke & Jeff: Blue Sky bridal in Seattle is the perfect place to find your wedding dress. I had such an amazing experience here with my bridal stylist Mikaela. She really knew a lot about wedding gowns and was extremely helpful! I found my dress here and for a really great price. Best thing about it was I got to bring it home right away. No sitting and waiting for months to get the dress. Their selection is better than most bridal salons. Courtney Coffman: Blue Sky Bridal is a charming bridal shop! I "booked the boutique" for my appt which was private and fun. Skylar was a wonderful consultant who really listened to my likes/dislikes and pulled a dress I loved. Being a once-wed gown that had previously been altered, I had some fit concerns/alterations I would have wanted done and Skylar provided honest, useful feedback on what may/may not be possible. The shop allows you to put a deposit down to a hold dress if you need time to consider. I ended up finding my dress at another shop but my experience at Blue Sky Bridal was wonderful, and the dress I loved there helped steer me in the direction of the dress I ended up choosing. I highly recommend Blue Sky Bridal!

My initial appointment was with Ashley and she was super helpful and very thoughtful about selecting dresses that looked great on my figure and had the features I was looking for. I also had a follow up appointment later the same day with Mikaela who was also great! I was very impressed with their dress selection. I needed a dress quickly to replace my original wedding dress because I had a baby recently, so the fact that all their stock is available to purchase the same day was a huge bonus for me. I’m a street size 8 and they had an extensive array of high quality dresses in my size—they also seemed to have a wide range of sizes. The store felt really welcoming, the pricing was awesome, and I found a dress I absolutely adore!

T G: Oh my gosh this is just in general, was one of the best shopping experiences I ever had! Giselle was SO helpful and really articulated my thoughts into words. She was encouraging, had great feedback, and even chose some dresses I would have never thought of. One of which was the one I actually chose!Although this is technically a consignment store, it definitely doesn’t feel like it. The dresses are well taken care of, and for the quick adjustments, they’re very careful with the clips, adding pieces of felt for comfort and to protect the dress. They had tissues and hand sanitizer in case you touch your face, to avoid getting makeup on the dresses. Such a caring experience, at a lot less of a cost.This place was recommended by a friend and I’m so glad I came. Thank you Blue Sky Bridal for being a part of this moment 3

My appointment was with Cass, and she was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I went to other bridal appointments after this and none compared to my experience at Blue Sky Bridal. Yue Ou: .1. The shop itself is amazing. Their bridal section/room is luxurious, but very down to earth. It's private and intimate, since no one from outside can look in. They have the most comfortable couch according to my guests.2. Stephanie and Meg are so sweet and helpful. They made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout the process. They took time to understand what I like vs don't like, and helped me pick dresses to try on, and gave me lots of helpful suggestions. I didn't feel pressured at all, and had a great time trying on dresses and chatting with them.3. Luly's design is so unique and beautiful. Each dress had at least one detail that I've never seen before, and I was blown away by the construction and quality of her dresses.I think Luly just needs to up their marketing game a bit. :P I recommend every bride looking for their dream dress to visit Luly!

Kia Vang: Could not recommend this place enough. This was my first dress shopping experience & believe me when I say I am SO picky... Ireally didn't think I'd go home with a dress. Erika was my stylist and was a dream to work with from start to finish. She truly kept in mind my style and most importantly, my wedding date and budget. She made sure to only pulled dresses that she knew would arrive on time and stayed within my budget. I never felt pressured or felt like she was trying to upsell me at all.A&Bé had a great selection of different dress styles to choose from and a curated collection from both affordable and luxury designers. I would highly recommend this shop to any bride in Seattle!

The fact that my pre-appointment conversation with my stylist, Makayla, was already 10/10 — I had a feeling this would my final stop in wedding dress shopping.Before the appointment, Makayla first called me to ask for my vision, designers I particularly liked, and styles of dresses I wanted to try on. She really listened to what I wrote in my survey as well as what I spoke about verbally. She actually reviewed my Pinterest board and that already blew me away. We bonded instantly!Then the day of - my friend and I arrived at the store and were greeted as if we already knew everyone! Everyone was super welcoming and treated us like friends. Then we got into my appointment and Makayla took me through several dress choices.The entire process, she was so attentive, supportive, and really provided lots of great insight as a bridal stylist and helped me navigate lots of emotions and concerns about my wedding dress. She even encouraged me to walk up and down the store in several dresses and put on music to set the mood.By the end, we were all tearing up and I said YES TO MY DRESS!!She was so thoughtful and offered sparkling apple juice since my friend who came with me was pregnant so we could all cheers!Sorry I wrote a novel, but please consider an appointment here at LEAST! She was really attentive to what I was hoping for. I didn't end up finding my dress there, but I wish I had because she was the most supportive stylist I had throughout the whole of my wedding dress shopping experience!

I never felt pressured and felt like I was in great hands. The dress selection was also amazing, each one was incredibly gorgeous. This was definitely a highlight of my wedding planning experience.

She's really sweet, knowledgeable, and made me feel really comfortable the whole time, and was very kind to my bridal party 3I was very thankful for her guidance and advice during my appointment on how to navigate in choosing my favorite dresses. It came down to 2 different dresses which looked completely different and had features I loved on both styles. I wasn't able to make a decision that day, and Siobhan even encouraged me to look around more at other shops to make sure I really did love the dresses at a&be and informed me of the second appointment option to come back and have another session to try on the dresses at a later date. By the second appointment, I said yes to the dress!All in all, I feel that every bride should start their first appointment here at a&be bridal. Whether you find your dress here or not, the environment and the people are welcoming and fun, .. and I srsly had a great time trying on all the dresses.

OH and it was my birthday so I had such a fun time. Unfortunately, I didn't find 'THE' dress there but I would definitely recommend the shop to other brides.

She was so fun and supportive through the search for my wedding dress! She took all my preferences into consideration and did a great job picking gowns within my preferences, but also pushing me slighty out of my comfort zone to try a couple of dresses I would have chosen for myself. I ended up finding my perfect dress and had the best time doing it! Sarah made me laugh and feel so confident through the entire experience. Romero helped with the order as I was in bind!! he called and placed an order but by time I got home that same day, he called me and told me that he had a suit for my grandson and the size that I needed...We drove back to the store and we tried it on and it fit perfect, the team even steamed the suit for me! no alterations, no dry cleaning needed, I was so happy with everything! Clare Sayas Ronning: Kiko worked with me and my mom 1:1 over the course of 3 different wedding dates for a beautiful custom dress. It fit me like a glove and honored the Filipino-American aesthetic I wanted. I even got TWO looks in one: for the ceremony, I had traditional veil and Maria Clara sleeves. For the rest of the evening, I got my chic, modern, athletic dress! Everyone was wowed at the dress, and it was totally worth it to get something custom, and I can't wait to pass it on to my daughter or someone else special in my family. Kiko is great at his craft and you'll be well taken care of.

Julie Zarek: Kiko is extremely skilled at his craft. I had crazy ideas for my dress, and we talked through it and I ended up with my ideal wedding dress, using lace from my mother's veil. I danced all night in it too. The process was easy and fun, and Kiko was a delight to work with. It was great too because he would come to my house for fittings! And the final fitting, the dress 'reveal' I had all my bridesmaids over and we had champagne and everything. Awesome afternoon!I would hire him any day to make me a dress! Thank you Kiko!
Estela C: Another wedding, another AMAZING mother of the bride dress!Kiko made me a stunning mother of the bride dress last year for the wedding of one of my twin daughters. My second daughter got married this year resulting in a second beautiful creation by Kiko.It is always a true pleasure to work with Kiko. He is a very talented “couturier,” he knows what he is doing, listens to you and comes up with ideas that result in a very unique and gorgeous creation. As he did last year, Kiko gave me advice on make-up, jewelry and even shoes! He is also very flexible for appointments and scheduling, not to mention that he always delivers on time!We went through the same process we did last year: I came up with ideas and Kiko sketched my dress. This time I was looking for a dress in a light weight and delicate fabric that would allow me to move and dance comfortably. We picked a beautiful, printed silk chiffon in a very light and soft blue and green color. He made a multi-layer asymmetrical bias cut skirt that he layered over a short silk charmeuse skirt. The layers had a French hem finishing and as I walked or danced the skirt floated softly in the air creating a very graceful movement, exactly what I had envisioned. Only Kiko could come up with such a gorgeous creation!I highly recommend Kiko for fine, unique and beautiful formal wear in Seattle. Thanks again Kiko for making another stunning mother of the bride dress!

He is able to make any dress in any budget and at a quality of dressmaking that is top notch.He was flexible with my schedule for appointments and was available by email/phone/in person when needed. When I asked last minute to do a bussel on my a-symmetrical train, he added it without any issue, even though it was a last minute request. He helped with earring ideas, hair/makeup etc so my look could really come together.Overall, I would encourage anyone who wants an absolutely beautiful and unique dress in the same budget you were thinking of for a bridal store gown to go to Kiko and get something miles above your expectations. Don't be hesitant to go talk to him, you will be glad you did! You will shine on your day and you will get something so special for you to remember forever.

Kelsie McKee-Hector: I got my wedding dress at La Belle Elaine, and I’m so glad I did! They have such great dresses and at a much cheaper price range than I expected. I also worried that the sample sizes wouldn’t fit me given that I’m mid to plus size, but they did fit. For my first visit, the stylist let me and my group pick out dresses we liked and then she made recommendations as she learned more about what I liked. She actually pulled the dress that I ended up wearing. The stylists were so helpful and friendly. I also had my alterations done at La Belle Elaine and the seamstress did an amazing job! My dress fit perfectly on my wedding day and she videotaped how the bustle worked so that my bridesmaids could do it on the day. I’d highly recommend getting your dress here!

She also suggested a couple of different styles that actually were great suggestions. There are a lot of dresses at this boutique and the lighting is great for trying things on. Then I made another switch a mere two weeks before the wedding and she handled the situation with such grace. With her guidance, I was able to make a confident decision. She then helped me with minor alterations for my gown and also helped customize my reception dress. I was losing my mind before my wedding and honestly don't know what I would have done without her. I wish I would have just gone to Morgan from the beginning and had her make my dress. I basically re-designed one of their already beautiful styles by changing a few details to make it more "me". She was able to bring my vision to life, she listened carefully and my wedding dress ended up looking even better than I imagined. I cannot recommend this place enough. They also have amazing prices and I was able to stay within my budget. If you have a dress in mind and can't find anything you like, Cicada is definitely the place for you!!
Hanifah McGovern: I would give Morgan 10 stars!! I bought my dress at Blue Sky Bridal--a simple sleek crepe dress--and wanted to customize it by adding a lace overtrain. Blue Sky sent me to Cicada, and over the course of 6 months Morgan worked with me over email and then in person to create my dream dress. Not only did she add the overtrain and handle the alterations to make my dress fit perfectly, she is professional, fun, and refreshingly real in the bridal industry. Cicada's staff are clearly experts at what they do--their custom made bridal gowns in the shop are beautiful--and yet they are reasonably priced. Another shop quoted me a rate so high I wouldn't ever have been able to do the customization I had my heart set on, but Cicada made it possible. I highly recommend visiting them for either alterations or a custom gown! THANK YOU MORGAN!

Lydia Hovind: They had a great selection of really affordable dresses in many sizes and styles. The only reason I didn’t end up buying from them was that I would have to do a fair amount of alterations to make it into the dress I’d want. I’d definitely recommend for a bride on a budget!

Taylor Censoprano: I loved my experience here. Wedding dresses are so expensive and I do my best to reduce waste, so coming here was a no brainer. The space was small but there were only 2 other brides there during my appointment. We didn't have any issues sharing the space. The staff was helpful with sizing advice and schlepping dresses back to my dressing room, thank goodness because those can get so heavy!The dress selection was great! I felt that the selection was big enough to have options in different styles, but small enough to not be overwhelming. For someone who has a difficult time making decisions, it was great to go to my size section and be able to say "okay, these are my choices!" Instead of having dresses made to my size.I tried on about 6 or 7 dresses total and I think dress #4 was "the one". Retailing over $2,000, Brides for a Cause had it for $700. On top of that, it was 50% off! What a steal! I am so happy I chose Brides for a Cause as my wedding dress destination!
Jennifer Ward: Great experience! I came in towards the end of the day. A wide variety of really beautiful gowns and accessories at great price in a lovely space. They were super helpful with tips on how to shop. I had some specific things I was looking for in a bridal gown, and although I had a few maybes, wasn't finding exactly what I wanted in the time spot. There's wasn't anyone booked right after me, and they were gracious giving me more time and helping me look for what I described. The extra time helped, and I left with a beautiful gown! I will need a couple alterations on the gown I chose, which they gave recommendations on seamstresses for. Several of my maybes were a very good fit, though. So if you needed a dress off the rack, this would also be a good option!
kelsey erickson: Mya was very helpful and I found a dress that I loved that was perfect and a great price! It felt good being able to help out with the foundations they donate to. Such a great place, would highly recommend. They had so many different types of styles and price range.

Jazzy Insights: I HAD to add this boutique to my list of wedding boutiques to visit wile hunting for "the one". Staff is excellent, they will help you out if needed, otherwise your bride tribe can help you get in and out of your gown. So many gowns to look through, it was quite beautiful. I couldn't help but wonder about the stories these brides had in their wedding dresses, or sad stories, if the wedding didn't even take place. I'm sure there has to be a book about what brought the bride to bring their dresses here! Such a cool opportunity to be able to donate to another women's dream. Although I didn't find my dress here, it was a cool first experience to try on dresses here, before I went to other boutiques. Thank you for the work you do!
Tally Ellis: Didn't find what I was looking for as some of the styles were outdated or had some staining. However, the staff were extremely kind and cater appointments to the preferences of the bride. The space is gorgeous and I felt so comfortable throughout my appointment! I'd recommend it to any bride who is an introvert, nervous about dress shopping, or wanting a low maintenance experience.

Amy Laramore: I had a wonderful experience today at the Seattle location of Brides for a Cause. The customer service experience was excellent, and it was a wonderful place for someone like me who prefers to shop alone and keep things low key. They were friendly and informative when I arrived. The dresses are arranged in racks by street size which was helpful for me since bridal sizing is variable and usually runs a couple sizes smaller. You’re able to try on up to five dresses at a time with a max dress try on of 15 per each one-hour appointment. I ended up getting a gorgeous sample dress that was about 25% of what I would have paid for it retail. And how amazing that they’re a nonprofit that supports women-focused charitable organizations. Highly recommend!

Bevin Keely: We love the Pretty Parlor!!! If I have a special occasion I go here first, where I know there will be a fun selection and someone to help suggest things I might not otherwise think to try on. Their service is superb. I have also found fun items for every day wear- shoes, sweaters, and frocks or coveralls to play in. Don’t deprive yourself any longer, go to the Pretty Parlor!
Rik Schutte: I absolutely adore this shop. Perfect curation, incredible selection, helpful and kind staff. They offer a wonderful mix of true vintage and quality modern pieces. I'm particularly fond of their jewelry selection, including their Erstwilder collection.

Their sizing goes from XS-3X and they have such a variety of options that I can always find something that works on me. Great staff who are super helpful without being pushy and can always find the perfect accessory or shoe to go with anything. I had a fancy wedding to attend and a dress I ordered from elsewhere didn’t come in time and these folks came through. I won’t bother with any place else again! Michele Solano: Having a health challenge during the time between your dress purchase and your wedding is the most stressful. So I had to change dresses to something I could easily continue to alter/alter last minute but the dress wasn’t quite right. And I really wanted a Saint designer dress but since that wasn’t an option, I was so excited that Lovely Bridal sells Saint accessories, including sleeves!!! Robin helped me try on the sleeves with my dress and even though it was a very short appointment, she made me feel so special and taken care of. She gave me my Bridal moment that I wasn’t sure would ever come. I am so grateful and highly recommend this shop for any Seattle bride!

In fact, the dress I bought was one of the first three that she brought in for me.As a midsize bride, I was really worried about how bridal sizing might impact my options, but it ended up being a total non-issue.A few days after my purchase I realized that I had forgotten to ask a few important questions, but Clare answered them for me right away.

To my surprise my dress was delivered to my door in only 5 months, and it came fitting perfectly — no alterations needed! When I felt very confused and torn between two styles, Abby did a great job of breaking down my style choices and highlighting elements in the dresses that she thought really resonated with where my style was headed.Ultimately, we found a dress that blended the simple, modern look I realized I wanted from my 1st appointment with a bit of subtle detail & the neckline + back I'd originally wanted. I couldn't have done it without her, and I loved that she didn't stop at dresses that I just looked good in but was careful to make sure that I was in something that felt right & felt like me.Lastly, their big mirror & the way the sunlight hits through the window is absolute perfection, made me feel like a million bucks, and was the best possible way to wrap up my appointment! I also got such great photos of me in my dress b/c of the lighting!EDIT: Highly recommend Sokhim for alterations! And added photos from day-of!

Anna Hobby: Wow! What a way to start my wedding dress search! My stylist was Erin, and let me tell you, she knows her dresses! She warmly greeted my sister-in-law and I at the door with hugs and a bright smile! She lead us to our suite where she then offered a variety of beverages, of course we went with champagne. Since this was my first experience dress shopping, she thoroughly walked me through the process. Erin was super inquisitive on how I met my fiancé, our plans for the venue/wedding, honeymoon, etc. She really got into great detail which helped tailor the experience. She pulled some gorgeous gowns that are still on my mind to this day and top contenders! I would highly recommend booking your bridal appointment with Erin. She's so sweet, thoughtful, and has a really specific eye for cuts, silhouettes, and details on all kinds of body types. She mentioned she went to school for fashion design, so it is a no-brainer she's extremely knowledgeable! 5 stars all around 3
