We were able to make a lot of changes before the day, which they were so gracious about, and they had very timely responses with phone calls and emails to make sure everything was as it should be. The delivery man Ryan was great, he was so friendly and explained how to set up some of the trickier items like the heaters. We will definitely be using Pedersen's again!

Needed to pick my kids up from the Airport on my delivery day, Phoned the Pedersen's; the young lady on the phone was able to send a message to the driver and Escobar phoned and was able to drop our delivery off before I needed to leave. Pedersen's sent email reminders of your orders and when Seattle had snow after the Holidays I phoned to make sure they were open and they gave me the option of coming in next week to be safe! In returning my order there where two gentlemen whom carried the items from my truck. I will be using Pedersen's from now on for Holiday rental! Thank you for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Izumi Hansen: We rented from Alexander for our wedding in 2022. It was easy enough to rent from them. There was a hold-up in picking up the rentals, which is why they aren't five stars. We'd rent from them again, however.
Rowan Cook: We ordered 150 chair for our wedding at the end of August which was an easy process. They have two loading docks so be prepared if it's a busy season. We were able to pick up the chairs easily; they were carted out in stacks of 50 and we carried them to our uhaul. Drop off a easy too.

Jesse Ropp: Great place to rent stuff, tables, chairs. With tablecloths, tents. Worked out well and made a great wedding for my son. The only problem I had, was loading and unloading all the tables and chairs, my shoulder is damaged, and probably gonna need surgery. Make sure you have help if you rent a bunch of stuff, im paying dearly for it now, being a tough guy and doing it by myself. That's my fault though, not theirs in any way.

Jackson Campbell: Considerably cheaper than Home Depot rentals and with more variety/options. Friendly people to work with. I needed to keep my rental longer than originally planned or paid for, but with a simple phone call they approved the additional time without having to back to the store and with flexibility for when I would be done.
Andrew Barker: Very knowledgeable and friendly. Aurora Rents is my go-to place for equipment. Since they have three locations spread out in North Seattle, it makes it really convenient to pick up and return, depending on where my customers are.

Everyone was aware of what was going on and jumped in to assist me as quickly as possible.Great group of people.

Missy M: I went to Aurora Rents this am for the first time to pick up a cabinet lift that my movers could use to put a very large and heavy top section of an armoire on its base. I needed help getting it into my Outback and I was introduced to Mike. What a guardian angel! After explaining what I needed the piece for, Mike suggested switching to a fireplace lift which has a long support base-kinda like a fork lift that could safely lift the upper section on to the base. I could tell right away that Mike knew his stuff and went with his recommendation. As we were about to put the lift in the Outback-down swooped 3 employees to help Mike with the load. More guardian angels! My movers loved the unit-it completed the lift and we all are still alive to tell the story. I return the unit the same day. This time 4-5 guys came to take it out of my car. Mike greeted me and asked how things went. Awesome-of course. Here’s the deal. The crew at Aurora are knowledgeable, eager to help, professional and serve with pride. They all deserve 5 stars but I’m giving a extra star to Mike cause he saved the day.

Honestly still kind of emotional.I was looking for a hiking boot for the weekend but came really late. Like 2 minutes before they close late. I was really just browsing and didn’t expect much but a sales rep approached us and took so much time and care measuring my feet, giving me hiking socks to try, and letting me try some shoes. In the end it took about 15 minutes, but I just felt so appreciative. Honestly this is what makes REI the best. If the rep ever sees this, it’s a dude, thank you again!!
