Appreciate their improvement and thank you for listening!Previous review: Doctors are fine. But nurses are NOT friendly. It is like me owing them something. It is really unpleasant to communicate with their nurses. No idea why they are so rude or just seem to be cold blood.
Erin McDonald: We have a 9-month old and so far every visit has been great! Dr Hibbard is a very clear communicator and great at addressing any concerns and celebrating wins & milestones. We have had good interactions with the front desk and nurses as well.
aparna kaushik: I accidentally came across this facility when I was pregnant and since we were to move to shoreline, we decided to be here with Dr. Seru.This has by far been our best decision when it comes to seeking care for our baby.Dr. Seru is such an amazing person and ensure all our worries are addressed.The last immunisation experience was a very good one, we were out in record time from the clinic. After getting vaccinated and the way the nurse did it was so quick and perfect that my baby went in happy and came out happy.I trust this clinic and it’s faculty for my child’s health.

Emily Campbell: We’ve had many positive experiences here. Our first Dr wasn’t the right fit for our family but we found another provider, Dr. Cronin, who has been wonderful. She’s gone above and beyond to support us as parents in addition to our little one. We’ve seen several other doctors and staff at the office as well and have had mostly positive experiences.
Tasnim Khan: Switched from Kaiser to Swedish and the service is amazing! Love Dr Hawes he is attentive, detailed and helpful. The staff there is great too and I highly recommend to get your kiddos to get their care here specially if you live in west Seattle and your insurance is supportive of Swedish!
Priya Ball: We love Swedish Pediatrics in West Seattle. Everyone we have interacted with at this location has been wonderful. They are always able to squeeze us in for urgent issues and scheduling for the regular checkups is straightforward. Every pediatrician we have seen has been professional, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. All of the nurses and staff have been great to work with. Overall I have been very pleased with my interactions and the care received for my family here.
Love Juanè: Today was my first of 3 visits I have scheduled for my kids. My teen son was the first to go, and the experience with this clinic so far has been very pleasant. I haven’t experienced too many clinics but the ones aside from my children’s previous provider have been okay but not what I’d want long term.Pros: Calling and Scheduling.- I called and inquired about accepting new patients, the patient care rep said they were accepting new patients...I went on to book 3 appointments 😬 and the patient care rep was awesome. At one point, more than half way through, my phone died and she called back and left a voicemail. Most providers don’t, delete your info and your back to point A.- I received 2 follow up/appointment confirmation calls, between the day I scheduled the appointments and the 1st one. 👍-Day of Appointment:The safety precautions they take are great and have a organized setup. I definitely felt no risk of being subject to possibly contracting COVID. They have you stand in a line with 6ft + distance, with 😷 on, and hand sanitizer available to use be entering.-Doctor/Nurse/Front Desk(Patient Care Coordinators: All staff were extremely nice, friendly and provided great support. I’ve been places were I’ve thought the smiles and conversation was forced, fake, or trying to hard but I actually felt like I’ve been a patient and it was just another visit. 👩⚕️👨⚕️🧑💼👨💼Great experience overall, parking was cool, directions were easy, concerning time...couldn’t have been better! 😀
Edgar Zambrano: Great extended office hours. They do care about the little angels. Everyone is very professional and courteous. I am glad we found this place. If you have any question, they will always be there for answering. Zero complaints, many pros. Oh, super important... Is so easy to schedule appointments in this office. Did a little research on Drs and it seems they are all highly qualified.
Claire Gordon: Front desk employee Victoria was exceptional. She dealt with a very rude and accusing mother in a very professional and mature way. I was impressed by her calm attitude and kindness despite the mother's crude behavior.

Christine Openshaw: I have brought my 4 children here since birth. The staff goes above and beyond to get things done quickly, I usually can call and get a same day appointment. We primarily see Dr Dong, but both Dr Hineline and Dr Elahi have treated our kids. Best pediatricians in Burien!

RoseMarie Carter: First time being seen and we had a great experience, lovely little office, respectful and nice staff, I felt heard and understood, gave my son healthy suckers. Dr. Dong and staff took extra time to meet all my needs and questions. Excited to see what they do with my daughter in a few months for her initial visit/12 month exam.
Rosie “Rose” C: The front office staff was always friendly and attentive. We had been going to this clinic for 3 years. My kids' doctor was Dr. Hineline. She was also my husband's pediatrician for years. She is a woman of few words and had a "business only" demeanor, but we liked her. She was practical and to the point. It is true that this office is a bit old school in that they don't offer online services like online accounts, online payments or any of that stuff, but we never found this to be an issue. Yes they do not offer appointment reminders, but I mean we are adults. Just set an appointment reminder on your phone. Sadly, we moved out of state or else we would have continued seeing Dr. Hineline. I definitely recommend this place!
