Nora Rivkis: It was better when it was run by Pharmaca, but hasn't lost a whole lot. Even the staff is identical. They don't carry a full load of drugstore items, but they have a good pharmacy and a scattering of food supplements and other natural items.

Brian White: I have recommended Othello Station Pharmacy to my friends who are dealing with all the Bartell and Rite Aid closures. The owners and employees here are wonderful, and the meds I take are always in stock, and I rarely have to wait more than five minutes in line. This is what the pharmacy experience should be. I hope they continue to expand and fill the void left behind by Bartell and Rite Aid. They are just a minutes walk from Othello Station and have an underground parking garage for those who need to drive.

David Winiecki: This is not a normal Walgreens. It's a specialty pharmacy without a store. If you've never been here, call first to ensure the place has what you're looking for, and you understand what the storefront looks like, because it's not obvious. When you call, and a computer voice system answers, just keep asking to talk to a human until it passes you through.

Steven Liss: This was my specialty pharmacy for several years and I loved it. I only stopped using them because my health plan started requiring specialty prescriptions to be filled at one of two specific pharmacies.The difference is stark. Anyone at this pharmacy could handle wrangling my scripts, insurance and coupon cards without any involvement from me. Even through several changes of medication from different pharmaceutical companies and a change of doctor. When my script needed renewal they were in prompt contact with my doctor. I never had to give either party a call to move things along.I have to manage a lot more of that with my new pharmacy and it is a hastle. I really miss this quality of service.

My vet didn't have any in stock and this pharmacy rushed my order to make sure my cat didn't miss a dose of his medication. Super grateful and they has much better prices than my vet.
Hammin Cheese: This place does a fantastic job of custom compounding my medication for me and shipping it to me. If it weren't for them, I'd be counting and removing beads from capsules every day. Recently, before the holiday, my doctor was over a week delinquent in calling in a prescription and they scrambled to fill it for me in less than 24 hours so it was ready before I had to leave town. First class service all around.

Due to developmental disabilities our son cannot swallow pills, but greatly benefitted from prescribed medications. A compounded RX was the link between patient cooperation/ compliance and getting exact doses over time. They provide precise claim forms for filing reimbursement claims with insurance.They have been consultative for medication changes, researching what can and can’t be compounded, pricing and shelf life.

Shelly B: Super cute, retro neighborhood pharmacy. They also do compounding. There are a ton of cute gifts if you’re in need of one. The people working there were all really nice and knowledgeable. With all the pharmacy closures, it’s good that this one is still in business. I recommend giving them your business.
Dr. Boateng: Some pharmacists are friendlier than others. Overall not a bad experience getting some shots.
Simran Manhas: during travel. There were walk-ins for flu shots & the like and the customers were squared away fairly quickly as well. Definitely recommend!
Jake Martin: Went for a travel consult- online booking was easy and they covered multiple destinations during our consult, providing vaccinations and “just in case” medicine

Katterman's carries unique first aid items and travel accessories that would be difficult to find in chain stores. Lastly, the store has a bunch of cool stuff; fun to browse. It's so great to be able to support a locally owned business
Shirley Chang: I was looking for travel related vaccinations and Bartell referred me to Katterman's. The staffs in the pharmacy as well as the front were all helpful and friendly. Steve the pharmacist was very gentle and carefully explained to me all about the vaccines. The store was fun to browse around while I waited. The personal touch of Katterman's is really nice and hard to find nowadays.

Anthony “Phoenix D.” Alonzo: They set the bar for how medical staff should approach sensitive topics. Their ability to balance professionalism and casual interaction always made me feel like no question or concern was inconvenient or silly. Things that weren't within their purview they took the time to provide me with contacts that had the ability to assist me in my other health concerns outside of PreP.With as many doctors as they have in rotation and the amount of patients they see. they are amazing at recalling the details of our previous conversations and really made me feel like I wasn't the only one who cared about what was going to happen to me.It's silly to say, but for over 5 years I felt like I was visiting friends at each appt.
Laura LuSh: Edit: Ryan went above and beyond for me!!! He called me after seeing the review, explained what happened and fixed the problem by bringing my medicine to my home address. I am truly impressed and beyond grateful. You are the best Ryan!!!!-----------------------------------------If I could give zero I would. Zero customer service, zero empathy, zero understanding. Called at 4pm to check why they haven't called or anything regarding my medication and said will have ready and once ready will call/send message. Didn't receive anything and by the time I realized they already closed. I needed my medicine today before my flight and now I can't get it. Thank you for nothing. Shame on you. Never again.

Adam Truitt: Thanks for offering free medicine to save someone who may of overdosed! We were out on the town 3 weeks ago and in front of the restaurant we were at someone just fell over and was struggling to breathe. I went out to help while my girlfriend called 911 then searched for a medical professional. I got him on his side and kept him awake until my lady found a nurse. She confirmed OD and said he needs NARCAN. I yelled out for it on the busy street and someone came out of the blue, gave it to this man and the rest is history! I was extremely scared and I fear without someone randomly carrying the antidote he may of died right in front of me. We all agreed we should get some in our automobiles just in case. Since you wonderful folks are giving it away people who don’t normally even think about all this can potentially save a life! Keep up the good work.
