Kayden LaBrake: On 4/15/2024 I saw Morgan Hemingway for fractional resurfacing on my face. She was confident during the process, and let me know what/when she was doing throughout it. She numbed my face, so there was not much discomfort. It felt a bit warm and stingy, but that was expected. Working with Morgan was easy and comfortable. Afterwards my face was a bit sore and raw feeling, but by the next day started feeling better. I look forward to seeing her again in the near future. I also attached a few photos to show what it looked like a day post the appointment.

The office is very clean and tidy, and I never have to wait long for the appointment to start. The technicians are also really good at their jobs. my current technician is Morgan who's great, but I've worked with several other people thru ALC too, and all of them have been really friendly and professional.The techs do a great job of communicating what they're about to do, asking if it feels like the right setting or needs to be changed, etc. It feels like they really take my questions and concerns to heart, and do their best to help me.if you want to get laser hair removal i highly recommend ALC!

Kelly McHale: I began V-Beam treatments with a different dermatologist in January 2023 for my burning/flushing rosacea. I had twelve treatments in twelve months – the entire year of 2023! Feeling defeated by very little headway in my treatment as well as the medical care, I came to Dr. Greene’s office full of anxiety and stress, believing that I would never get better. He was extremely patient with me and listened to my problems. Dr. Greene’s bedside manner is like none other in the medical industry. He ACTUALLY cares about helping you feel better and getting your quality of life back. His knowledge of lasers and skin conditions is unmatched. I had one Excel V treatment and already felt and looked better than the twelve I received prior to seeing him. Additionally, during the treatment, they treat it like you are in a spa! Dimming the lights, providing cold washcloths and ice rollers, water if you need it, etc. This office is truly a gem and I highly recommend making an appointment if you are also searching for a doctor and staff that listen to and care about you and your needs.

Arielle Jendruh: If you’re a parent of littles, this may not be the clinic for you. I struggled out of the house after juggling my newborn and toddler and was set to arrive right on time for my appointment. When something unexpected happened on my route, and Google Maps predicted a 10 minute delay for my commute to the office, I gave them a courtesy call to let them know. I had already been driving for 45 minutes with my newborn in tow, and they cancelled my appointment because another patient’s appointment was scheduled 10 minutes after mine. I wish I hadn’t given them the courtesy call because they didn’t show the same courtesy back! What a waste of the morning and so much unneeded stress that I now need to repeat later this week. If the appointments are spaced this closely, they should tell all patients to show up 15 minutes before their appointments. I really like Dr. Greene but this was a really frustrating experience, which is making me rethink if it’s the right clinic for me during this season of life.Update:I do want to share that my visit with Dr. Greene and his team later in the week was very pleasant, and I appreciated how he provided me additional consultation beyond the initial purpose of my visit. He offered new strategies for caring for my postpartum skin and he shared that he previously worked as a pediatric dermatologist at Seattle Children’s. I am still frustrated by the earlier problem with traffic causing my appointment to be cancelled, but this is still the best clinic to go to if you want to glow. Another dermatologist I saw at one time mentioned that Dr. Greene is the best in the region.

Benazir Dadayeva: Dr. Greene and entire staff are wonderful. My concerns and questions are always answered unlike all other dermatologists dr.Greene l leaves room for valid concerns and is open to discussion altering plans for clearing skin within the comforts of the patient and giving gentle pushs on what he recommends best. I have gotten a wonderful laser treatment for under-eye veins and am in process of clearing post acne scarring.I referred my husband and he too was very pleased that the dr.actually took time with him took culture to establish reason for this scalp breakout and listened to all of his concerns with carefully customized plan of action. For as long as you speak up about ALL your concerns, you should get a wonderful science backed experience.

I had the best experience with this office. After a month of recovery, all the dpn is gone and hypopigmentation from the treatment has also resolved. Highly recommend and I’m very grateful

Caroline Plummer: I saw Dr. Greene today for some skin concerns on my face. He and his entire staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and collaborative patient care. Dr. Greenberg recommended a biopsy to rule out a skin cancer diagnosis, not knowing that their clinic does not accept my insurance. When he found out that they did not accept my insurance, he asked me to come back to his office for a consultation and he spent a considerable amount of time telling me what procedure I may need and gave me names of Dermatologists he trusts to do a specialized procedure, and who may take my insurance. Certainly above and beyond. I highly recommend Dr. Greenberg. He truly cares about his patients.
Chi Trinh: I have been a patient at the clinic since Oct 2022. I first went in for a consultation on acne treatment. Dr. Green was kind and patient in explaining all treatment options to me, and let me make my own decision what treatment I was comfortable with. Fast forward 10 months, my face is clear of acne and my skin actually looks good. I have visited two other dermatologists in seattle but nothing they prescribed for my skin worked, so I am very happy and grateful for the results I attained at this clinic.Now, while Dr. Green and my aesthetician, Amanda, have been really great, I have feedback to give to the front desk team. I was booked to come in at 11AM on a Thursday to get my second microneedling session done. I had to take the morning off from work knowing the appointment would take between one and one and a half hour to get my skin numbed and microneedling done. At 10:50AM, while I was driving to my appointment, I received a call from the clinic that they only scheduled me for an hour and "for some reason" did not account for the time it would take to get my skin numbed. They asked if I already had my skin numbed at home because they had another patient at 12:00PM, and if I did not have my skin numbed, I need to return at 1:00PM to get the procedure done. I obviously couldn't return at 1 since I already took the morning off work and had meetings in the afternoon to attend. I had no numbing cream, received no numbing instructions prior to the appointment, so I was puzzled what led the front desk to make that assumption. Then I made a U-turn and drove back home, wasting an hour driving.I am fully understanding sometimes hiccups happen and no operation can be perfect. However, I could have gotten this call at 10AM that morning, not 10 minutes before the appointment. Now as I recount this story, I don't understand why they were fine with rescheduling my appointment but not the 12:00pm appointment which happened later and the patient probably did not leave their house yet.I just hope they are more respectful of my time.

Victoria Roszkowski: Got medical microneedling done here and it was amazing! I was super nervous about any long term side affects but I had no issues and my skin healed beautifully. Loved my esthetician and they have some later hours that worked better with my schedule. The only drawback I would say is the price; I got a gift card which covered the intro price but with one treatment costing $300, I feel that's unfortunately a bit too much for me to come back. Still though, 5 stars for the customer service and treatment.

Diane and Stacey have been experts in guiding me to select the best services that are appropriate for my skin. They are honest and very professional. I have received Botox and filler from Diane about four times, and recently saw Stacey for Morpheus 8. I can already see the results from the Morpheus 8 after just one treatment. I will definitely continue to be treated by the skin spirit staff. The environment is warm and sophisticated, the staff is very professional and timely. Very clean and beautiful facility. Botox around brow bone and eyes, filler in lips- looks very natural.

I used to have extremely dark pigmentation scars on my upper back and front side of my legs and i underwent the chemical peel, VFR and 1540 treatments consistently over the last few months and the results have been excellent. The scars are lightened and i feel more confident with skin exposure. During my time here the staff has been nothing but encouraging, motivating and courteous in all aspects right from taking my first free session to supporting me with all my treatments. A huge shout out to CINDY - she has been truly amazing. Almost all of my treatments have been with her and she is extremely hands-on and best at taking care of me during my treatment. It was such a boost of energy and immunity. I also have worked with Dr. Lisa Brennan to have a in depth women’s lab done. She arranged for a phlebotomist to come to my house to draw my blood. Lisa sat down with me to discuss the results and help me understand hormonal imbalances and how to address them. At the time of my three month redraw, significant improvement had already been made. I am so grateful to Lisa for the help with this.

AIDA: Staff is lovely, calm, supportive, and flexible. I am receiving laser hair removal on face, chest, and legs. The laser club is an absolute steal! I can't say enough how great ALMA lasers are if you are used to Candela lasers. The pain is negligible on most of the body. Face and sensitive areas do have some pain, but unlike Candela lasers which hurt the skin in addition to the follicles, ALMA lasers only sting at the follicle. The staff do a great job at knowing when to use a bit more energy or do targeted zaps to reduce treatment length.

Sofi T: Like many found this place through a Groupon. Just a heads up, you will have to pay $20 for a tip that will be reusable for all sessions, even if you have prepaid via the coupon. Sometimes I don't bring any credit cards if I know I've prepaid, so just a note. They are super efficient and usually get me in early - basically as soon as I arrive. They call a couple days ahead of time to confirm your appointment as well.COVID protocols - during the confirmation call, they will ask if you've been in contact with anyone feeling sick or if you have been feeling any symptoms. I assume if you say yes, they will ask you to reschedule. Upon arrival, they will sanitize your hands and take your temperature. All staff is masked properly.Laser effectiveness - I think with dark hair I'm an ideal candidate and I am happy with the results.

She took the time to get to know our family and each member's specific needs, she always meets each person at their level regardless of age, and she has accommodated special needs with sensitivity and pragmatism. She has been flexible to try new things when treatments didn't go as hoped and has stuck with us until things have been effective in the end. She's a gem and I'm very grateful for the impact she's had on our family.
