Steinway Piano Gallery: what do users think?

Derek Bryant: Very pleasant Gallery and much appreciative of the hospitality from the staff.

Eduardo Aguirre: Best pianos ever

Aaron Spiro: James leads an incredible store and program, some of the best pianos in the world sit in that room.

Friar Andre: Friar Andre'just nowI am extremely touched and grateful of the staff of the Steinway Seattle Gallery, Jordan and Connie you guys are helping my dreams come true..i am a blind man learning life and you helped me found my passion for music and for piano. Thank you!

carlom: Amazing pianos, nice room for performances

Ed Axton: Pleasant helpful personnel with pleasing surroundings and as a bonus only a block away from Benaroya Hall.

Zach Eberl: Very knowledgeable staff, top tier product. Recommend a visit if you're in the market.

Richard Beaudry: We purchased a Steinway Model B Spirio a few months ago and have enjoyed it increasingly over the break-in period which required tuning 3 times already out of 4 complimentary sessions. From the sales experience through today, we have had excellent service under the direction of the store Manager, Jordan James, who attended to every detail including a home presentation with video about the design and making of this fabulous instrument. The piano replaced a large grand I bought 42 years ago, a fine instrument in it own right. But the Spirio is a revelation! It plays as a fine grand independent of the "player" mechanism and when you hear it, you are inspired hearing all kinds of pianists as if they are sitting there performing for just YOU!The mechanics, voicing and clarity of this piano is the best I have ever experienced. It inspires me to practice more and simply play more for sheer enjoyment. I love it and will hopefully enjoy it for many years to come. I am so glad we met Jordan and his technician Yuri! Thanks so much. Richard Beaudry

ranaldo@ vtour-me.com: Friendly, inviting, and understanding staff with beautifully marvelous pianos are some of the reasons I visit this shop

Maria Yunita Widjaja: I bought my new Boston upright from Steinway Seattle. From the get go, Jordan James who is the manager had been very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He made us feel welcome and I saw that he did the same to everyone who visited the store. The selections are great in this store. The lifetime investment upgrade program is definitely worth it. Delivery is prompt and courteous too.Well done guys!!!

Off the Wall School of Music: what do users think?

Rachel Knecht: My son went to Off the Wall for over two years for guitar and really loved it! Nick taught him so much and was always thoughtful and in-tune to what my son was interested in. I also loved the office staff! They were always so helpful and quick to respond to emails and texts. Highly recommend for any level. They meet the students where they are at and I couldn’t have been happier with our experience.

Yanhua Chen: We are with Off the Wall School of Music for over six months and we are very happy with it. My both kids are learning piano from Mr. Reuben. He is an amazing piano teacher, very knowledgeable and patient!

Sage Stevens: Awesome teachers for all ages, great facilities and opportunities to perform at good venues. We've had a fantastic experience at Off The Wall

Jen D: We have had nothing but positive experiences with Off the Wall in person and online for lessons. Both our kids especially love having Matt Moore for drums - he's engaging, encouraging, and just simply rad as a teacher.

Eve Lake: Our 5 and 7 year old love their piano lessons with Tatyana. Highly recommend!

gtberg: I'm so happy to have found Off the Wall. Awesome place to not only take lessons, but having access to practice rooms is wonderful for me and those students who don't have a piano yet. Chris was very welcoming when I came by for the first time.

Sarah Mahoney: Best place in the city to learn an instrument. Plus, these top-notch practice pianos are available for use outside of lesson times. Friendly and clean environment.

Patti Feavel: I bring my dreams to Off the Wall. They seem to be just dreams. But then staff take them and help me to walk those steps to make my dream happen. My teacher, Caleb, teaches me with so much warmth, good humor, and solid advice so that I will stay encouraged as I meet each challenge and master each accomplishment. I am so impressed, while I am waiting for my lesson in the lobby, at the warmth and joy that staff extend to each child, family member, and adult aspirant. They encourage us all to revel in the joy of music. I am 67 years old and I am thrilled to fill out my life with grounded practice and all the help I need to understand what I am wanting to accomplish. And yes, my dream: I want to be able to accompany myself while I sing standards. My very secret dream is to play at a bar regularly for one hour before happy hour when there are not that many people around. I will pretend that I am Dooley Wilson in Casablanca singing "As Time Goes By."

Dan Roberts: I have had a fantastic experience with Off the Wall! I was searching for a piano teacher to expand my musical horizons - I have played brass instruments at a "strong amateur" level for many years, and wanted to learn keyboard to get better at theory and improvisation. My teacher Caleb was wonderful. He was quickly able to hone in on what I wanted out of lessons, and what I needed to do in order to get there, allowing me to set my own pace and giving me just the right level of direction, motivation and accountability. I am so much stronger musically as a result. Thanks Caleb, and thanks Off the Wall!

Mia Esther: Off The Wall School Of Music is an awesome community to be in. All the teachers are so friendly. Your music life will change for the better. I had a bad experience in Middle School but it changed forever in Highschool. Most students don’t like seeing this black and white they rather have color coded like i did from the last 5 years with being with the whole school. All the staffs are trying to spread by saying that we want our students to love music and maybe in a band. I want to thank my good friend Chris Marx.

Lillian Morris: This is heaven in a place. I have gone to camp here twice every year since I was eight and I can't express in words how magical this school is. It's amazing to be in a place where everyone is there to learn and have fun. It's obvious no one is there to hurt anyone. Everyone that works there is so fabulous I can't imagine a better place. If you can imagine this really doesn't sum up how amazingly awesome this school is. They have taught me to love music!

Amanda Capella: . We've been attending lessons for about a year or so and also participated in the summer rock band camp this year. He had so much fun! Every day was playful and exciting for him. This business has definitely shaped my son's appreciation for music, and I know it'll be a memory in his heart he'll never forget.

Kristina Simpson: We just started drumming and piano lessons for my kids and already they are learning so much!! Super friendly, energetic teachers who are clearly passionate about music.

Jake Escobar: I grew up learning at Off the Wall, and they helped me kickstart my musical career. A+, highly recommended.

A-1 Piano Sales & Rentals: what do users think?

JLC: A-1 Piano movers were fantastic in helping me move! They were friendly, efficient, communicated well, very organized and hard working. The A-1 drivers were very professional, and unloaded the giant truck with a great attitude in a short time. The drivers were personable and polite, and in and out very quickly! The office made my arrangements easy and stress free. A-1 movers did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. They honestly provided the best moving experience I've ever had. Dave Marone, the owner, provided incredible and outstanding service and was a joy to work with. Don't look anywhere else for a move, these guys are the best!!!

LQ BN: We went three times in total to look for pianos, and each time we received very patient and knowledgeable service. Later, I decided to buy a Yamaha upright piano from this company and it was delivered to my home the same day. The shop owner gave it to me personally and patiently introduced the condition and maintenance of the piano. Thank you very much🙏

Charlie Kopp: I love A-1 Piano. Their success is built on treating customers well. It’s rare to find a truly mission-driven business. Their mission is to remove the usual barriers to having a piano to enjoy in your home. They sell, service, tune and rent pianos. Their rental rates are quite reasonable and you can choose from a wide variety of pianos. They have a beautiful showroom in Bellevue and owners that really care.

David Orr: , and A-1 gave us an excellent price. Highly recommended -- we'll be back when we're ready for an upgrade!

B.K: Very friendly, respectful and helpful. Good prices too.

Tom Kim: Juan, Aaron and Isaiah did an awesome job! They were communicative, helpful and just all around good guys. Most importantly, they showed up on time and completed the job faster than initially anticipated.

Jen Dean: The owner went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the move. It is very clear he is passionate about pianos and wants the very best for his customers. We very much appreciate the beautiful job his technician did. Thank you!

Sarang Tekmalkar: A1 piano was super helpful in finding the right upright piano for my kids. Sasha was super helpful and courteous and even stayed after closing to help us finalize. Delivery was seamless and fast!

Qirui Zhang: Very positive experience. Hui is super friendly and Minjie knows many techniques, which made me confident in buying a piano from here. highly recommended!

Lu Yu: We love the piano so much!

Anonymous: A-1 piano store is really a 5 star store, and the show room, which’s all designed by the owner David’s daughter, is very beautiful!! Firstly, the services they provided are excellent and nothing to be picky about. Sasha is beautiful and cute and patient and Johnason is really nice. Secondly, not like other piano stores with high price, this store has reasonable and great price for all their services like piano rental/sell/tuning/moving. I’ve rented 2 pianos from them, and also bought 1 piano and sell 1 piano to them. Now I’m still using their piano maintaining service. I’ve also recommended it to my other piano friends. Thirdly, In the end, the owner David is a great person who built this store and running it for 40 years, David and stuffs in the store have true knowledge of pianos, they are not like some of those pure sales people who only care about selling things out. Kudos to the store!

Jason Webster: A-1 has a wonderful, knowledgeable, welcoming staff who are intent on supporting the arts in the community. Our daughters are learning to play. We dropped by and they really enjoyed getting their hands on the Baldwin pianos. We were touched at how enthusiastic Sasha and David were to have the instruments played. Do not hesitate to drop by and explore the instruments they have to offer.

Jimmy Zee: but that's minor

Maryia Radchanka: Beautiful showroom and such a nice team of people. They were very friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable about pianos. Definitely recommend.

Rui Yin: We had a great experience with A1 piano. They have an excellent selection of pianos, the service is professional and efficient. Sasha helped us find the best plan, we really appreciate it.

Gail Carpenter: spent a ton of time with our family, answering a list of questions about buying a baby grand piano

HLC -: I had a fantastic experience with A-1 Pianos helping me move my piano and getting it into storage! The movers Juwan and Aaron were amazing! They were very kind, professional, efficient, and made the process easy and stress-free. Couldn't have asked for better service, and will definitely be using A-1 again for my next move. Thank you!!!

A-1 Piano Movers & Storage Seattle: what do users think?

Peter Drury: ! I needed to move a 1914 Steinway Grand

Ingrid Phillips: Went with A-1 because they were the lowest of multiple quotes. They were kind, efficient, kept everything safe and in good condition!

Alexandria Zhang: Great experience with A-1 moving our piano. Juan and his colleague were very punctual, efficient, and friendly. Would recommend!

Lindsay Hughes: The move was everything one would want in a piano move - quiet, competent, and no drama. The instrument is a bit of a beast, and the team handled it easily and confidently. I would not hesitate to recommend A-1 for anybody with a piano to move, given the ease with which they handled our 1920s full-size upright.

H H: which is what we were originally quotes for. Highly recommend if you need to move some pianos for their fair price and good work. 👍

Scott Mennella: Very professional. Dijuan communicated regularly. I highly recommend their service

Nandita Sinha: I was very happy with the move. The pricing was decent and the crew of 3 members were really careful when moving my heavy upright Piano. I will recommend them highly. Especially Juan was very professional and handled the project efficiently.

kate tremblay: Positive:QualityA-1 Piano moved a family-treasured upright for us. Juan and Ryan were wonderful. They took good care of the piano throughout the move. Highly recommend!

Tiffany Borbón: and deliver it to it's new home. They were very good about calling me with updates as well. Thank you!

Juwan Williams: Positive:Professionalism,Quality

Sammy Chowdhury: These guys were fantastic at moving my upright piano. They were able to move my piano out of a very difficult, tight location as the piano was on the second floor of a townhouse with a narrow turning stairwell. They were early, professional, and fast! They assured me they could do the job after scoping it out. They protected the walls as well as the piano and quickly got the piano into my new townhouse. Would definitely use them again. Tips for those with pianos that have to move through narrow stairwells: remove your banisters temporarily. We knew ahead of time how difficult it would be so we removed our banisters so they could get the piano through the home.

David Walls: David and Sasha were kind and helpful, although we ultimately chose a piano from another dealer their prices were competitive, and their customer service is top notch.

Fa ye: A1 Home & Piano has hands down one of the best moving crews in Seattle. If you get the holy grail moving trio that is Hill, Eric and Jose. You can be assured that you're in very good hands. This was my first time booking a move with a moving company and the entire process was a very seamless and painless one. My family was moving from one house into two separate houses adjacent to each other. A1 made what would've been a very complicated move into an enjoyable process. Jonathan was great and very prompt in responding to my questions and concerns. Jonathan had sent Hill out to do an estimate for me and Hill is the absolute best. I loved his energy and his patience in answering all my moving questions. He gave me pointers on how to prep, pack and mark items for the move. Hill guaranteed me a smooth and painless move and he definitely delivered. I was originally scheduled for a 4 man team, but something came up and they were down to a 3 man team. Even though they were down to 3, Hill, Eric and Jose were fantastic. They were polite, kind and very, very efficient. They took great care in packaging my families boxes, items and piano. It was a big move and they finished very fast and were very mindful of the floors and walls. A1 will definitely be my go to for my next move.

Uğur Uysal: Positive:QualityI had a great experience with A1 Piano! Juan and Aaron were professional and delivered my piano on time! Whole process was very smooth! Thank you to the great team!!!

Julie Wolfe: I have hired A1 piano movers three times now and have been impressed each time. They are always timely, communicative and professional. Often they finish the move faster than anticipated, so the total cost ends up being less than the initial estimate. I am particularly grateful to Juan, Eric, and Aaron, who moved my piano up four flights of stairs in 85 degree heat. Highly recommend!

Kate Bradley: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,ResponsivenessUsed these guys several times, they have always taken the best care of my piano! I'll just keep using them if I ever need to!

Carlos Fernandez: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueJuwan with A1 Piano Movers moved my piano carefully and efficiently. I wouldn’t hesitate to use A1 Piano again. Very friendly and professional. Thanks again!

Prosser Piano & Organ: what do users think?

Linda Burns: I bought a hybrid piano at Prosser last year, a Kawai NV10S. Rich was great to work with, and it’s an amazing instrument. Recently I had the piano moved, and the movers didn’t connect the cords properly. I contacted Rich, and he was able to explain how to do it. He saved the day! I highly recommend buying a piano from him.

Isaac Santos: Loved the selection, and the staff is extremely nice! Great place to purchase a piano or keyboard.

Vivek Sharma: Rich was so nice to show around the digital pianos and delivered it as well. A great experience buying a Kawai digital piano.

Robin Barranda: Had a great experience working with Rich and Bob to purchase a piano. The whole process of purchasing and delivery went smoothly, no complaints or pressure while I was trying out their pianos in the store for hours.

Dutch Heetbrink: We bought a Kawai piano from Rich at Prosser. Wonderful and personable service with lots of explanations about features, benefits of different manufacturers and models. We are savvy on-line shoppers, but an in-person sales experience for such a purchase proved immensely useful. Also Prosser provides a discount for in-house piano lessons, if you are in the market for that. Visit Rich and tell him Dutch and Cindy send you. Enjoy!

Irfan: Good collection of world renowned Pianos. Rich Bakker is a GREAT person toconsult with. He understood what I was looking for, advised on options and showed me various instruments and explained their features with patience. Definitely a good stop for anyone in market for one.

Christopher Bevers: Both Bob and Rich were extremely cordial, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The best pianos and the best people from whom to buy them!

Ian Ross: I couldn't be more impressed with the overall knowledge, communication, and integrity we've had with the gentlemen atProsser Piano & Organ. Rich and Rick have been instrumental with making a dream come true for my dad with his new piano and QRSPNOmation upgrade. Thanks to the QRS installer for the rush install.Thank you Rich for the follow up visits and the continued support. 6 stars!

Christabel Britto: and have thoroughly enjoyed my time learning the piano and getting better at it. Marzena Pietra who heads their music school and I take lessons from has become a good friend and taught me to play pieces I never imagined I could. As I have progressed over the years, I have also successively upgraded my instrument - starting with a digital piano to now owning a baby grand piano. Each time I upgraded my piano, Rich Bakker, the store manager, offered me an excellent trade-in and lots of advice and assistance in making the right choice and getting set-up each time

Anil De Costa: We gradually moved from a basic keyboard to a baby grand piano and all of these were purchased from Prosser. Rich is really patient in helping you choose an instrument that suits your ability, level of interest and budget rather than pushing a sale. Sometimes he's also the one installing and testing out that new piano to make sure its working like it should. I also take music lessons from Prosser and was lucky enough to find a teacher and schedule that works for me! Its much better than finding lessons/teachers online!

Leo D: And as I was completely new, he played several of the pianos for me, giving me an opportunity to hear, first hand, how uniquely different each piano’s voice is from one another. I never felt any pressure to buy anything and I found that very refreshing, but after a week or so, I went back and Rich was happy to play the pianos that I responded to most and I was able to make my final decision.Rich made the entire process of purchasing a piano so easy. He was even able to have my purchase delivered to my home the next day by piano movers who did a great job of placing the baby grand in the perfect location, and at no charge for the delivery.Prosser also offers piano lessons, and I received a discount off of lessons for an entire year. That was a nice surprise. And my teacher is absolutely wonderful.I recommend Prosser Piano and Organ on Aurora because of their great selection of new and used instruments and the knowledgeable and friendly people who work there.

Brian Chu: . The process of getting our Roland 702HP was easy and smooth, at a great price. Delivery was also great, Rich has a ton of experience and really set us up well. Cheers! If you want good service and a smooth and comfortable buying experience, Prosser is a great choice.

norine federow: They know lot and fun place to be in. Love my piano !

Jess Kudlo: Always greeted with a warm welcome and friendly smile. I love getting my piano lessons here. Great environment to learn.

Stage 7 Pianos: what do users think?

Prince781: Great place with a wide selection of pianos.

Erin Gorkavchuk: Stopped in for the first time today. Kenn, the owner, was super friendly and knowledgeable and spent a ton of time explaining the pros and cons of all the different brands and types of pianos they carry to me. You can tell he is passionate about pianos and knows his stuff. They have a huge selection with very reasonable prices. Will definitely be back. Can't recommend highly enough.

Akshay Kulkarni: Very cosy location for events, awesome owner/host! Loved the event itself too - the owner has good taste!

LiZ Jaime: I have deleted my previous review. I now give this company 5 stars for there way of fixing and honering a huge mistake and misunderstandings upon the company's part. I Give a Big Thank you to SANDRA who has helped me with this entire ordeal. And for having great customer service skills. This company is lucky to have her. Thank you to the owner for honering your original post. I'm glad all offerup posts have been updated/revised.

Russ D: Great team of technicians and a truly amazing selection of pianos! Kenn was super easy to work with. Highly recommend them! Technician-led piano stores are truly the best because they only put out the most refined, dialed-in, and top-notch instruments. They also can work with you on things like voicing and action adjustment to suit your preferences.

Kiarae Donaway: Great deals on good pianos. It is also a great place to watch your child in a piano recital

Craig Sibley: were a delight to work with. Without their help, this magnificent instrument would be sitting buried under tons of garbage, rotting away and forgotten. I am extremely thankful for this organization, and can’t recommend them high enough. Thank you Stage 7 Pianos for saving an important, beautiful piece of musical history! - Craig

Eric Herbig: he will get you a decent instrument. If you have more to pay, there is much beauty to be found - it is a great place for you to try out, compare the sounds of and find your perfect piano. Kenn is also extremely knowledgeable, helpful and supportive once you get your instrument. I will be using my piano for recording, which meant I had to rearrange a lot of things to get it in the studio and the original movers had a couple people who were sick and so they had to cancel. Kenn took the initiative to find alternate piano movers

Geoff Landskov: . The piano has sounded fantastic after the work was completed with the touch and tone both much improved. By being honest and focusing on what actually wanted improved Kenn saved us thousands. Can't recommend enough!

Kristy Lu: The sale at Stage 7 was just okay, no one even bother to check with us after I paid for the piano. I had to call to arrange delivery etc. However, we were extremely pleased with the piano tuning and repairs that was provided. Sepanta is very professional, skillful, and personable. He responded inquirers fast, prices were very reasonable for the amount of time and effort he provided. He even let us know that he can come back to check on the piano if there's any issues after the service. We highly recommend him.- The Kristy's Family

KG House: I recently had my piano tuned and had the hammers shaped by Sepanta. He did an amazing job with the tuning, and the piano now sounds in tune and balanced across all octaves.

James Gordon: Awesome shop. About a year ago, I tried the main shops in the area, and Stage 7 was selling the best piano for the comparatively lowest price. This was a vintage, fully restored Bösendorfer, regulated and voiced by a master technician. I absolutely love this piano and don’t know if I’ll ever find a better one.

Marina Ivy-Mars: Elena was so amazing and great. Really helpful at selecting a free piano.

Ted Brown Music: what do users think?

Aaron Kahn: Matt and his team run a great shop. He generously lent me a high-end Bach Strad trumpet at a very fair price and did so with consummate professionalism and support for my professional needs as I was waiting for my Shires horn to be repaired. I am truly indebted to Ted Brown and will trust them with musical needs I may have in the future!

winnie: Fantastic experience as someone who is disabled! I was unsure if I'd be able to play an instrument again but Nat was incredibly patient, helpful, and made sure I was comfortable. Really went above and beyond, thank you all!Parking lot was big and looked accessible as well- hard to find in Seattle.

Carter: , and having it moved from their Tacoma store to Seattle for me to try out. I was given a private room with the cello to try as long as I needed. All in all, a happy customer. Thanks TBM!

Delanie Montoya: Ted Brown is awesome. I had an old clarinet that needed everything replaced and it came back to me looking brand new! The turnaround time was also fantastic! The staff is super friendly and helpful!

Michael Zou: got my first guitar here and am very happy, staff are friendly and helpful and their products seem to be quality as well. i never review stuff but this place was a standout

Catherine: Got a great beginner’s guitar lesson!

chloe mai: ive had a great experience here. the three times I have ruined my trumpet this year ted brown's repair guy Tim was always reliable, fast, super kind, and very reasonable! the last time, I totaled my bell and one of the spit valves. I went to another repair place that I've heard great things about, and they didn't even take a single look at my trumpet. they just told me that they were lined up with appointments until a month later and that it would be $100. So ofc I went back to Tim and he fixed the whole thing for only $25! I was back playing again the next day. This guy really goes above and beyond. he doesn't try to fool or trick u into thinking that the fix would be hard and costly. hes super honest and straightforward. Ted Brown will always be our go to repair shop from now on.

Will Gross: Very friendly staff.

Lawrence Fosnick Davis: The service is excellent and if they don't have something they are happy to get it transferred from another store. We were there for a tux shirt for band and they were great.

Joshua Lang: Great customer service and support.

william Field: They have a lot of acoustic & electric instruments, sheet music , lessons & practice rooms.

Cary Emens: Great music shop with very informative and helpful staff. A great musical instrument destination especially in these times where a lot of music stores are closed.

Raul Robles: Very happy with my experience here! Found most everything I needed for band/wind ensemble-related activities. Also had to get my instrument serviced, and the technician and people working there went above and beyond my expectations. 10/10 would recommend
