Not only is the pricing incredible, but working with Wacek is like working with an old friend - and when you are designing custom wedding rings, it becomes even more exciting when your jeweler can hardly contain his own enthusiasm for the project! My girlfriend and I had very specific visions and Wacek helped us make those visions a reality while keeping the price within budget. I even got a bigger, natural sapphire than I had originally planned - I should add our budget was LESS than an estimate we were given at a larger custom jeweler. I honestly couldn't be happier with our rings and with the man whose art is now part of our story.

I came in to get a dainty necklace untangled — it had two really intricate knots in it and I’d worked on it for weeks but couldn’t do it myself. I unfortunately can’t remember the name of the employee who helped me, but he spent 30 minutes untangling the necklace and did so successfully! He didn’t get frustrated at all, was very kind and now my necklace is all untangled and beautiful. Fantastic customer service — would highly recommend for all your repair needs!

At this point, I wasn't even a client, but Star emailed me information and had no hesitation to do so. After, I called the store to ask a few questions, and Tony spoke on the phone with me for a full hour. Again, I was not a client at this point, but Tony dedicated 1-hour of his time to walk me through everything. I was pretty sold at this point, but when I went in-person, I immediately knew we were going to work with Joseph Jewelry.Based on my previous conversation with Tony, the team had already sourced diamonds for us to look at, along with ring settings. We ended up having an appointment with Star, and she was great! We ended up making a custom ring with Joseph Jewelry and the process was incredibly straightforward. They sent us a 3-d print before finalizing our ring as well. We received our ring just a few days ago, and it's so beautiful. I truly couldn't imagine a more beautiful ring for me. The quality of the design and execution is impeccable. My partner and I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we've already decided to go back for our wedding bands. Evan J. Peterson: TL:DR: great work, high integrity, eager to make things right.I don't have much fine jewelry, but I will absolutely come here again whenever I need a piece repaired. I brought them my late mother's ring from the 60s/70s, and they were able to replace a stone that seemed more or less unavailable in the US. It took a while, but that is a supply issue and not the fault of Baraka. They found an almost identical match to the missing stone, and they took the matching process very seriously. They even gave me a discount for the delay *even though* that delay was beyond anyone's control and the piece was already a very slim profit for them. These are great folks.

Because the ring can't be resized after mounting the diamonds the team sent the sculpted gold band with no gemstones and gave us weeks to evaluate the size before accepting the ring in return, resizing, and then mounting the diamonds to ensure a perfect fit. Communication, kindness, guidance, and craftpersonship, were all stellar. They truly made a memory in this wedding band. Can't recommend highly enough.

I never felt rushed and appreciated how one person would ask the other person for their input when it came to my questions, to ensure quality of the ring wouldn’t be compromised while still accommodating all the modifications I asked for.Something that makes this small business stand out is they create 3D wax models of rings once the design is made. If you are extremely attentive to detail as I am, you’ll appreciate trying on and seeing a wax model of your ring in person before the real product is made.I look forward to every time I visit, they are all sweet and truly care about creating something you’ll love! Donald Stoops: I had ruined my wedding ring being excited and wearing it before I got it sized. It fell off my finger and was ran over by heavy machinery at work.Dropped my ring off after work, sweaty, and dirty, they treated me with class and respect, and took exceptional care of my ring and myself when I dropped it off.They let me know pricing via text in less than 2 days and the gold smith had it repaired, customized, and fitted within the week. I was so surprised to be treated so well and can not praise them enough. My ring looks better than when I got it, and felt like I was a regular from the moment I walked in.Thanks, to everyone; I am sorry I do not remember their names, but top notch service.

She explained that they used to sell quite a few other brands, but had settled on selling only Nomos because of the high quality and reasonable prices they are known for. Already owning one and a big fan of this brand, I was impressed. Only people who are discerning tend to appreciate this understated brand. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a Nomos and I'd guess, based on other reviews and my experience, Fox's would be a good place to buy jewelry as well.

The ring turned-out perfect. This summer I decided to replace the center stone with a higher quality diamond than I could afford when I originally had it fabricated. Josh Ramsden: I have had Lisa help me out with engagement rings and now many years later a bracelet to celebrate our ten years together. When I needed rings all I knew was the words “Art Deco” and she guided me through the process. When we brought in the rings for sizing she collaborated with my partner on her bands and made all three pieces a combo unique set that was one of a kind and stunning. Recently when I needed a bracelet she guided me through it all remotely and was on top of it all start to end without losing sight of the details. Every time my significant other was happy, and she even recognized Lisa’s logo when I gave her the gift knowing it would be top shelf due to her awesome previous experience. To boot she is kind, understanding, and will treat you with regard and respect throughout the process. Go with her, you won’t be sorry.

Cat V: I really enjoyed coming in here. We went on a weekday at 11am. There was another man here before us and he wrapped up quickly. We were greeted immediately by the two women working there and were helped as soon as the other customer left. The shop woman, Odessa, helped us get sized and then we looked around. She took some rings out for us to look at and asked about what styles and shapes I like, then made recommendations. They have a decent selection of engagement rings! I found one I liked and Odessa showed us around their website so I can look at more options at home. She took my info and we set an appointment which was about 3 weeks out. I had a good experience here and hopefully will continue on that note. I will update this review as I progress though the process of getting engagement rings.Update: We’ve been working with Odessa to find the right stone. She’s been incredibly patient with us, we’ve had several appointments. We weren’t able to find exactly what we wanted to she gave preferences to the gemologist who has been trying to track down the right gem for us. No luck yet but the website adds gems regularly.We did end up coming in to buy a placeholder stone, so I can get the ring while we wait to find the perfect stone. We ended up going for a diamond with the setting of my choice until we can find the right sapphire. We worked with the manager for this appointment because Odessa was out. Luckily it turns out they don’t make commission so you can meet with anybody without feeling guilty that they missed out on commission. The manager had the great idea of using the diamond in the setting for now and once I find the right sapphire we’ll turn the diamond into a necklace. The sales process was very easy, they have a few options for financing like affirm or you can pay half at order half at pickup. Our ring is supposed to be delivered 10 days after ordering, so we’ll see if it’s here on time. Will continue to update.

This ring was my late mother-in-law's and so ensuring it was safe and the work was done well was of the utmost importance to me. I worked mostly with Crystal and she was knowledgeable and friendly! She noticed a few additional things that needed to be addressed to ensure the stones remained secure. She was very forthcoming with costs and provided a clear explanation for the estimate. They got the ring back to me 2 weeks later and it looks perfect! They also provided a wonderful appraisal for insurance very quickly after it was returned. I am sure they do lovely custom work but they are wonderful and trustworthy with your heirlooms!
