Safe N Sound Swimming: what do users think?

Glady Torres: Such a great family run business! Love supporting them! A great place to learn to swim with views of south lake Union!

elvira castillo: Wonderful instructors. My daughters have loved learning here and I’m amazed by their progress in a short period of time.

Anna Artamonova: It was a really fun experience. I got my lifeguarding certification, and the instructors taught us everything really well and efficiently. Sam was a very informative instructor, and Brian was very helpful during the pool section of the lessons. I learned a lot, and I am very grateful to the staff for teaching us and helping to get my certification!

Jesse Dannenbring: They have done great work helping our child get over their swimming fears, and built up their confidence in the water!

Alicia Lee: 1:1 lesson is really the way to go for kids to learn how to swim. I have 3 boys learning how to swim currently and I love their established curriculum as well as all their instructors who are all very good with kids and teaching them how to swim. I also appreciate their transparent scheduling system and very organized manner that the whole program is ran which can only result from staff who are dedicated and experienced in the business. I plan on getting the boys in the program until they are "swim team ready".

Jenn Lin: The pool is great, just the right temperature. The staff are friendly and helpful. We always have a great time!

Bethany Smoltz: We are so grateful S&S is open during this crazy time. Having a safe, healthy outlet for my son has been truly wonderful. The instructors are amazing. They seem to provide the right level of encouragement to help my son achieve his goals. It's been fun to watch his progression and overall water confidence grow.

C C: Precise individualized instruction and a positive environment.

Julius Boehm Pool: what do users think?

Tony Song: The water temperature is good and the diving pool is great

Platon Shabanin: Good water pool and perfect instructors!

Anirudh Badam: Well maintained and staffed.

T: Nice local pool at a reasonable price. It is a bit small and due for a renovation.

Shunfan Du: I've been lap swimming at Julius Boehm Pool for about a year and a half now. The pool and changing rooms are generally clean, and I usually swim between 7 to 9 in the morning. During this time, each lap swim lane typically accommodates no more than two people, ensuring a comfortable experience. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the pricing is reasonable for local residents.

Nitin Kumar: Good pool with cooperative staff. Warm water with cozy pool temperature. Big waiting area where u can see whole pool

Mila Tyumneva: Great facilities. Nice and clean change rooms, friendly staff. Good hours for drop offs for families with children.

Dina Bhatia: We love the pool, very clean , never very crowded and the staff is very attentive. $5 for each person and we can stay the whole time. Much better than the Y pool.

Praveen Bodke: I would definitely recommend it

Michael Leavitt: Kids always have fun here. I rehab my foot and knee here.

K1 Speed - Indoor Go Karts, Corporate Event Venue, Team Building Activities: what do users think?

Andrew Jones: Went with friend. Amazing

James Manuel: This was an excellent experience. Love to go there again!

Moakac: Fun place to hold an event, the staff was very friendly and professional. Karting was a blast!!!

Cherie Reddick: Had a work event here and was totally impressed with the facility and staff! Andrew the PartyHost was amazing and made sure everything was top-notch. Dawn, Ali, Daybree....soooo helpful and wonderful! I would definitely recommend this place to stop in and take your kids or friends!

Udit :D: Great Go Kart Tracks, and the karts are quite fast, a bit pricey though.

virlla devi soothar: We attended a team event at K1 Speed indoor Go Kart. It was a blast navigating the twisty tracks, requiring skillful control of the wheel and speed to secure victory. Despite the challenge, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff gave a comprehensive overview beforehand, setting expectations for what awaited inside. At the race's conclusion, they announced the top three finishers and provided a podium for celebratory photos. Winners received medals and all the participants were provided with the with detailed performance stats.

Thin Icetreader: Staff was super friendly, karts are faster than the last place I visited and facilities were pretty clean and organized.

陸晞: It was fun driving and speeding feels so good, hit the wall a few times, but still very enjoyable

Amy Evans: and we did 2 races. I think they should have a screen that shows the order of races and who is in what heat. The karts were fast and fun. The email and print out with your race stats was also really cool. Overall, this place was cool!

Chris Strovas: The team at K1 is fantastic. What a great option for team building. The track, the crew, the karts and the facility were above expectation.

Wes: I've traveled a lot and been to dozens of go kart places over the years and have always enjoyed the thrill of racing these little bad boys. The karts are electric and have good consistent speed to them but the seatbelts kinda suck. Ended up having a pretty bad experience on one of the races and Josh immediately made it right so that was awesome. I'd return again, but probably visit on a weekday to get a little more freedom on the track. 🤙

Ramon Morris: Staff was super nice and helpful. And always a fun time!! Loved it!

Andrew Wagner: 04/21/2024This place will provide a great time!Showed up on Sunday afternoon around 1 and the wait was quoted 50 mins. Only has to wait about 35 mins and the ride started quickly. Total cost for 2 riders with 1 race each was $50.85 not bad for a fun little race. Will be back with a group sometime!

tmarie tee: Fun place. Wait was 2 hrs to race. They should have online reservations.

David Brown: Evelyn was fantastic and made the whole experience a great. Great job definitely will be back again

Canlis: what do users think?

jake devlin: A phenomenal experience and an absolutely must do if you are looking for fine dining in the area. Service and presentation were amazing and the food was full of flavor and meticulously prepared. My guest was a pescatarian and was easily accommodated.Parking: The parking lot comes up quick and the turn around is pretty far out of the way so be careful when approaching.

Sherry Fan: out of all the fine dining places in seattle, this doesn’t necessarily have the best food, but it undoubtedly has the best service and atmosphere. i appreciate that there is a formal dress code as it really elevates the ambiance of the meal. the service is truly unmatched; you feel very welcomed and the staff takes care of every aspect of your experience. the view is probably one of the best in seattle. however, for the price point, the food is merely good. there certainly were dishes that blew my mind, but this was maybe 2 out of the 10 dishes we tried. the drinks again were good, but not particularly special. again at this price point i would expect the food and drinks to be more singular.

Girish Shekhar: On my first visit to a fine dining establishment in Seattle, I was treated to a truly exceptional experience. Despite the set menu, the staff graciously accommodated our requests, showcasing their dedication to personalized service. From the moment we arrived, the valet and welcoming staff set the tone for a memorable evening. Each expertly prepared course was a masterful fusion of rich flavors, with every bite a testament to the chef's culinary artistry. The entire experience was a symphony of warmth, elegance, and gastronomic delight.Note : This is not a traditional dining experience in Seattle so make sure to dress up with suits, sport coat and dresses.Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian set menu.

Chris Roach: Absolutely incredible dining experience. Was fortunate enough to attend a dinner lecture series in the upstairs section. Some of the most delicate and delicious cuisine I have ever had. Most amazing salmon I have ever tasted.Dietary restrictions: Staff were very considerate and careful to ask about dietary restrictions and offered vegetarian/options for their set menu

James Edward:

Neressa Govender: on a Sunday at 6pm. The bartender/server was awesome. He did an amazing job for being only one person. The quality of the food was great but it was overpriced. A simple cheeseburger is $20. It's a good date night location but not suited for large parties of more than 4. I typically take pics of all food but we were starving by the time we were served so I wasn't able to get pics.

Mountlake Terrace Recreation Pavilion: what do users think?

Mariann Oxford: An oldie but goodie.

Bj Hedahl: Does the job !! It is a relatively small pool, but the showers work and there enough parking and the water temperature is almost too warm. Most all, it is less expensive than all other pools in the area ! Wish they had a suit spinner, but they are expensive!

Hans Schneeberger: Great instructor for the Lift class. Great fun.

Travis Lange: I’m staying in Mount Lake Terrace and needed to find a local pool to work out at. Fortunately the pavilion has frequent hours and multiple lap lanes, a sauna and a lazy river!Entry is $6.25 if you don’t live in MLT and less if you are a resident.Overall it’s a nice local recreation facility and I will be going back.

Judy D: Been going since 2005 and love it! Only warm water pool I know of in this area.

The Woodmark Hotel: what do users think?

Andrew Eliquen: Update as of 5/6/24: The General Manager has reached out and made sure the concerns we have raised were investigated and looked into. They have committed to improve on training their employees in order to avoid situations like this again.Possibly the worst hotel experience I had in Greater Seattle area. We were not able to check in until around 4:30 PM even though they did say 4PM is the check-in time. All the other white folks who came before us were able to check-in fine. When we checked in, we arrived and there was a used clothing in a plastic and marked '431'. They felt bad about the late check-in so they gave us a bottle of champagne. The Director of Rooms tried to apologize by calling but the call was cut off. I never heard the rest of what they were trying to say. While waiting for the room, we are overhearing the spiel that they were giving to new guests. We never heard the same for us. There is high chance that this was because we were colored people. Try to avoid this hotel if possible.Edit: we also asked for a late check out to compensate for the late check-in and they said no.

Jabran Khan: The Woodmark Hotel and Still Spa offered a tranquil escape from the bustling city life. The breathtaking views from my room instantly captivated me, providing a serene backdrop for relaxation. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the luxurious furnishings to the impeccable service. Indulging in a spa treatment at Still Spa was a rejuvenating experience, leaving me feeling refreshed and revitalized. Overall, my stay at The Woodmark Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary, leaving me with cherished memories of tranquility and luxury.Rooms: The Woodmark Hotel and Still Spa offers an unparalleled experience of luxury and relaxation. The rooms are elegantly appointed, providing breathtaking views of Lake WashingtonFood & drinks: Dining options are equally impressive, with exquisite dishes crafted from fresh, local ingredients, tantalizing the taste buds with every bite. Indulging in a spa treatment at Still Spa completes the experience, leaving guests feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Trevion McClellan: Reserved a room for the view and to be away from the city center. Arrived to champagne, exhausted from my flight and took a shower. Laid down to sleep and after a couple of hours, blaring fire alarm and full-evacuation!! Outside in my undies, fire trucks, a whole thing. Guests blamed the wedding but it was never cleared-up. Plus side was I got to hit the sinful pantry for one night. Chocolate Haagen Dazs make it alright!Beds and bathroom are fine. But I was so exhausted that straw on a cave floor would've done just fine.Cool experience.
