Bathtub Gin & Co.: what do users think?

Siddhi Murkar: My first speakeasy, went there on a date night with self and enjoy the vibe.It is in the alley opposite have a heart. Was fun to discover it.The guy at the entrance was good at conversation. The bar tender curated the cocktail and was flexible to swap the spirit with my preferred one. The cocktails are amazing and strong!!! Met some fun people at the bar and the conversation with each one hit off well.A good place to write stories

Shannon Lee: Cool speakeasyAtmosphere: 5/5 …

Percy's & Co. Seattle: what do users think?

Anton M: Amazing cocktails! I’ve been many times and every drink I’ve had is delicious. Their food is actually really good, too - the chicken tenders was a surprise hit.I also booked a private event at Percy’s and it was a wonderful experience. The space was nice and private, the staff was very welcoming and accommodating, and our server Olga took amazing care of us! I would definitely recommend booking a private event here.

Corey Judd: I had the pleasure of dining at Percy's recently., and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. We were warmly greeted which set the tone for an exceptional evening. The dishes were remarkable with each plate being a work of art bursting with flavors that danced on my palate. I particularly enjoyed the steak tartare. It was a perfect balance of flavors and textures that left me craving for more. I will certainly be recommending your restaurant to all my clients, friends and family and will eagerly be anticipating my next visit. Thank you!!!

Hazlewood: what do users think?

Holly: I walk by here weekly and the only time I was there was on a pub crawl about 10 years ago and they kicked us out, which I don't blame them. I would've as well because we were out of control and it was our last stop. Glad my husband and I stopped in for a drink on our date night recently. It did not disappoint, and I loved the vibe. Hazelwood wraps you in its cozy embrace. The main room’s chandelier adds a touch of elegance, and every room has a unique look. We didn't go upstairs but I'm sure it has the same vibe. They have a ton of Crafted Cocktails. Pretty sure they take their mixology seriously. Each drink has a unique name, often grouped together by themes. The Bartender was knowledgeable and made each drink like it was his precious art. It was great! You might find yourself chatting with a stranger with a cat on his shoulder and a dog by his side. So, gather your curiosity, sip on a cocktail or mocktail, and let Hazelwood’s ambiance envelop you. Cheers! We didn’t eat here.

canon: what do users think?

Zoe Schneider: Both times I've been the food and drinks have been amazing. The beef tartar is hands down a favorite. My only issue is the first time, we requested a Shrouded Roulette for my sister and made sure to say no mint because she is allergic. The drink was topped off with a large sprig of mint. The second time the same bartender was our waiter. They would walk right by our table or stand in a corner and it felt like they couldn't be bothered to take our order. We had to flag them down to get food and refills. Everyone else was super nice and the kitchen is always on point. Just disappointing service from the one bartender/server.

Tien Nguyen: Love the atmosphere here!Staffs were very friendly and attentive, they made sure we had a great time there.Drinks were visually appealing and food was good.Amazing experience and highly recommend!

Barnacle: what do users think?

Dampier D: Went on a Sunday night to their bar area while waiting for my reservation for Walrus and Carpenter. They give you free chips while you sip on your drink.Drinks were really good and the spot was so nice. Felt spacious especially with the wide bar area.If you are waiting for your walrus and carpenter reservation definitely stop here. They will also let you know when your table is ready and can bring your drink to the restaurant once your reservation is ready so you never need to rush. Not that the drink menu here is different from Walrus and Carpenter.

Sahar: The restaurant presents a varied selection of fresh oysters that are carefully sourced and skillfully prepared. With attention to quality and craftsmanship, Barnacle provides a destination where both seasoned oyster connoisseurs and newcomers can savor the flavors of the sea in a refined setting.

Kangaroo & Kiwi: what do users think?

Holly: . Nice spot for an outdoor area to enjoy HH drinks and the sun. The inside is quite large too and I’ve been there to watch sporting events and it’s a fun atmosphere. Check out their daily specials, wing night on Mondays for $.75 per wing, Tuesday $8 burger and fries, Wednesday $8 Toasty which is cheese sandwich and tomato soup, Thursday $10 Aussie Parma or schnitzel. It’s all sounds like a good deal! I’ll be back for other items on their HH list. The waiter was nice too! No complaints and it wasn’t busy on a Tuesday afternoon at 4. I’m sure it’s busy on big events and weekends. Fun spot!

Kaelin Carson: Cozy historic spot. Love coming here for silent book club. They have affordable food, a good variety or drinks, a patio, a fireplace and screen kraken games. What more could you want? A tim tam slam? They've got that too!About the only thing I can say is on certain nights it gets louder with college kids and for the price don't expect Michelin star food, but it's by no means disappointing, in fact I'd say it's comforting. You can get burgers, schnitzel, Aussie pies.

Anusha Kondle: ! I loved it - no crumbs left behind! I also tried rustic nail cocktail- a little strong but I like the flavours. My partner ordered biscuits and gravy. He gobbled it up before I was halfway through mine!Service was pretty quick- we got the drinks and food pretty fast! Portion sizes were good enough and filling. Lemonade was surprisingly too sour.Ballard has some good places for biscuits and gravy and IMO Hattie’s Hat is one of ‘em!

Gold Bar: what do users think?

Singthesaw: I love Gold Bar so much, always a vibe. I do miss the old location, but the new spot still maintains the artsy energy. The drinks are amazing, and Devin at the bar is one of my favorite bartenders in the city. Always warm and welcoming, remembers my drink order like we're old friends. Ugh, love this place, please keep doing what you're doing gold bar! ALSO- Bring back the smash burgers!!!! PLEASE

Gabe Gomez: Estelle and Cody were amazing host and i will definitely coming back because of them!!

Abbie Altamirano: We had my boyfriend's 30th birthday here and had a wonderful time! The staff was helpful in securing the space we needed, helping set up, and making sure all of us were taken care of. Some of our group ate food, most drank, and we even ordered a round of shooters that were recommended by staff. Everyone was happy with the options there. They helped set up cake and cut cake for us. Overall great birthday, he was very happy and it was a seamless process for me!

Mike Sampson: Very good bar with an outdoor patio and a live DJ on some nights. It has a small bar when you enter and 2 small and cozy seating areas with nice seats where you can relax. The lower level is where there is a DJ on some nights and has a small dance floor. This place is one of the better bars in Capitol Hill I have been to and serves a mostly under 35 crowd. Open from 2PM to 2AM every day and located at the corner of of Olive and Howell.

Little Tin Goods & Apothecary Cabinet: what do users think?

Tyler Paulson: Everything about this spot was great, sat outdoors with a heater next to the table with enough table space for our drinks and four appetizers, and the pineapple upside cake to finish. I don't know what magical place people are looking for where everything is inexpensive, this was worth the price, and we got to try a lot of the menu on our first visit. I didn't get any names of the staff, but everyone working the night of Mar. 30th was amazing.I almost forgot, the entire reason I went here was for mocktails, of which they have plenty. The Photosynthesis was great.

Gaurav Hegde: Amazing cocktails, delicious quick bites , beautiful vibe similar to a speakeasy but super pricey place. Not a place to spend the entire night at because of the super expensive drinks and food. But definitely worth a visit specially to enjoy the lovely unique cocktails they have to offer . Some of them also come with a bag of chips. Also got the chicken dumplings and the duck rolls, were good but small portions.Had to go to a different restaurant next door to have some more food.Gratuity is included in the bill so be mindful of it.Great bar in ballard but may not be a frequent visitor

Annabelle Veatch: I’d highly recommend trying the Lei Over which is similar to a Tokyo Tea 🌺 Absolutely amazing craft cocktails. 🍹 fresh garnish and nice presentation. The service was timely and friendly! Very tiki 🗿 style and Caribbean feeling! Their signature cocktails all have an island 🏝️ aesthetic. The only thing I might suggest adjusting is the lighting. There is very little light inside. 🔦 They do however have a token few seats outside on their back patio area!I would definitely visit again the next time I am there in Seattle 🌊 They do have small bites to eat, but we didn’t get to try any.

Marshall Sharp: Amazing service. My girlfriends drink glass somehow broke and spilled on her, and they replaced it and brought us espresso martinis. Very kind, great staff. Quick service! Great drinks, 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Essex: what do users think?

Jen Deal: This is a pet and human friendly place with straightforward cocktails and appetizers set up. The beautiful pizza smells are from the connected cousin next door but there's no dining cross over. However, the apps do not disappoint. We had the meatballs, burrata, and cauliflower. All flavorful, no competing over overpowering flavors or seasonings, and satisfying. That said, the complexity of their cocktails are incredible. I had the local botanical gin-based cocktail, Birch. Fantastic. A second will definitely hit you. 😉. I had a sample of the local gin neat. It's clean, slightly sweeter than a Gray Whale from CA. I would order the gin straight or the cocktail again. The team is incredibly nice!so sorry i forgot to take pics! i was hungry.Vegetarian options: delicious cheese and veg options: birrata, cauliflower and more

AJ: Great drinks, great food, and great vibes. Plus it's a nut free kitchen! We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Jim Hall: Great cocktails, amazing kale salad, seasonal food specials, rotating Cloudburst on tap, the absolute best staff. Order a to-go pizza from sister restaurant Delancy next door to take home at the end of the night. I honestly don't understand the 4 $ rating. The food is great and for Seattle the prices are pretty normal: ~$50 per person + tip.

Courtney Rusk: Great cocktails

Anne Kirchner: Cocktails are inventive, delicious, beautifully presented and fill the beautiful glass, whatever you choose. Their cask negroni, on a big rock or straight up, is lovely to sip and to look at. Appetizers are generously portioned-the olives with prosciutto and roasted cauliflower were almost enough for a light dinner. Service is friendly and attentive, especially appreciated in this at times very busy place. One drawback-parking is a challenge in this densley populated neighborhood.

Kaley K: One of the best bars in Seattle. Very charming with great cocktails, delicious food, and delightful staff

Phil Toronto: One of the best Negronis I’ve ever had. Truly. We popped in while waiting for our table at Delancey. Really lovely vibe, super friendly staff and the drinks … stunning.

EE Stewart: These cocktails take the meaning of mixology to a whole other level. The blending and layering of flavors in each drink takes your taste buds on a marvelous journey. Sweet, smokey or spicy with an olive oil surprise it is taste bud heaven. Make sure to try them all because each one is such a fantastically different experience you will not regret it. We've had to go back several times in a row to taste them all and it was totally worth it. Essex is our go to when we want to relax, unwind and go on a cocktail adventure.

Brian Slick: Jano is God, the way Clapton is God: sublime. The mix of artistry, presentation, and flavors is un paralleled. We kneel at the altar of Jano.To dial it back a bit, the reason to sit at the bar is for the company and Jano delivers that in spades.

Yokonori Kid: Themed karaoke nights are so fun. Tonight was "emo karaoke" so fun. Hope they do it again. Bartenders April and Alyssa killed it !!

Devin Haughton: Super fun "dive" bar! The ambiance is immaculate, lots of effort has been put into the creation of this comfortable watering hole. If nautical nonsense be something you wish, then come here! 🐙 Drinks are of average quality and food is typical bar food. Service was a little slow, but seemingly understaffed. Plenty of midweek events that we'll be back for.

John Aavedal: Staff is great! Drinks are awesome. Food from the Salty Shake is pretty good!

Foreign National: what do users think?

Schuyler Bailar: A swanky, fancy, quirky cocktail bar with low lighting and very interesting/strange/unique/fun drinks! I went with friends but we all agreed this would definitely be a great date night spot. Each drink had lots of different flavors that were well balanced but somewhat surprising. My friend got a rum based cocktail with coconut cream, pandan, and Thai curry spices and you could taste each of these in succession. It was fascinating. I'd definitely recommend this spot for fancy unique cocktails!

The Walrus and the Carpenter: what do users think?

Barrett Brooks: We were in town for an evening for a Justin Timberlake concert and went straight to Walrus and the Carpenter upon getting to town. It was the perfect happy hour / dinner before an evening out.The oysters were fresh, varied, and delicious. The other fish dishes were excellent - especially the grilled sardines. And best of all, there were real, hearty vegetable dishes on the menu, which are often hard to find at restaurants. We also enjoyed the drinks. Ambience and service were great. In fact, they managed to make it feel like you’re right on the water even though you’re not.

Vivek M: Absolutely fantastic. The food speaks, the food soothes and the food satisfies.Probably the best seafood restaurant in Seattle. Probably the best seafood restaurant in Pacific Northwest. Better than any place in Portland or San Francisco.Wish they had Sancerre for pairing by the glass and more choice of mineral white wines for pairing with absolutely delicious oysters. Very little choice on wines by the glass, hence 4 stars but the food was 5 stars including the best selection of Washington oysters.

Matt Tatoczenko: The Walrus and the Carpenter is a fun experience. I've heard it's a great place for oysters, so we needed to stop in.The restaurant is in the back of the address you go to, but isn't hard to find. It's on the smaller end, so expect to wait if it's busy. We came around 6 on a Saturday and luckily got a table right away.We got two of each of the seven oyster types they had, which were delicious. We also got the scallop and albacore crudo. The plates were small, but the flavors were delicious. We also shared a cheese plate, which was the same as the crudo plates, small but flavorful. My thinking is that you shouldn't come here if you're starving, but do come if you want some delicious food.Drinks were good as well. Well made. I didn't like the flavor of mine, which was a gin drink, but that was my fault for the poor choice for my tastes. Our only complaint was that the interior is loud. I felt like I had to shout at times to talk. Other than that, we had a great time.Parking: Paid parking lot next to the building and free street parking.Kid-friendliness: Kids can come. No kids menu, but if they can enjoy some seafood, they'll be fine.
