Cielito P TransmissionMeditation: I am giving five stars with the caution that you read ALL the reviews here. Rainier Copy and Print made a transaction right for me so I am satisfied. From my direct observation of other customers, you will likely be ok here if you bring in a basic flyer job and coming back another time is not an issue for you or you need a passport photo. Even still, ask for a proof and steel yourself with a lot of patience. They send jobs out to other print shops which may add another layer of waiting. Similar to other reviewers, I also had prior very positive experiences here years ago. It's clearly under different ownership and coming here is no longer convenient when I factor in all the follow up now required.
Lue Lue: This place is truly amazing! Always the friendliness service and a smooth process to print. They get to know you the more you come in and make sure to say hello and ask how you're doing, something that really surprised me. I was shown a immense amount of compassion and kindness when I was going through a rough time, which is going above and beyond - something that is frequently done here. This is my go to shop and Im planning on giving them my business for as long as I live here!

Amelia Weeks: Dee was incredibly helpful and great to work with! I called in about getting programs printed for my sister's wedding, he got me a quote in less than an hour, I came in to evaluate paper types and he helped me resize and adjust the file then printed and wrapped them same day. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I will say I was not expecting them done same day and that probably wouldn't happen if they were working on other projects but still even if it takes a few days, they are overall very easy to work with, friendly and a communicative.

Kirk Anderson: Great location with great people and fantastic service.I had a friend who is a traveling musician come to town in April and I had a couple of 8 x 10 photos from the 1990s that I really wanted to make copies of and give to him . He's from Atlanta and is on a nationwide tour and I know from history that you can get pretty lonely when you're on the road so I thought these nice pictures from the 90s given to him while he's on the road on the Pacific Northwest in 2024 would be a nice thing to do.I really didn't know what I was doing and these people really helped out . They did a little bit of cropping and enhancement and the pictures came out fantastic.You should've seen the look on my friends face when I pulled these photos out !!!!!Thanks for making a special memory for us both and thanks for working with my calendar screw up and getting the pictures done a day early.

Lauren Rodriguez: The best photo lab in seattle, I’ve used every other lab option and would always recommend moon photo 100% over any other lab. The rare times there’s been issues with my development they’ve communicated well and remedied the issue, the quality is also superb over any other seattle lab. They also do the best scans in the seattle area. Sometimes I’ll re-try another lab with easier hours & maybe a bit of a price break and I always regret it with the outcome.

I can't speak highly enough of this place. If you are on the fence, please take my advice and GO HERE for your photo printing needs. It's hard to find good quality and service these days, but you will find it at Color 1, I promise!!
brent martin: It is hard to give up a good thing. I just can't seem to quit using Color 1. It's easier than going any number of places closer to me in Los Angeles, though not as easy as when I lived half a mile away. I can always count on the best quality prints for my work at Color 1.

J P: I don’t often review places but I wanted to express my gratitude towards the folks who work at Panda. This past January, they rushed negative scans of my dad who was rapidly declining from cancer; they were the last portraits I took of him. It was because of Panda’s willingness to rush the scans that I was able to show my dad his portraits before he passed away. That right there is a gift, and I’m grateful.For a number of reasons I wasn’t able to pick them up until today, 8 or so months later. I wouldn’t try to leave negatives at a lab for this length of time again - it would be understandable that they’d be disposed of. I feel they made many exceptions for me and regardless if they knew the importance of those negatives, I’m so very grateful they kept them safe and I just wanted to say thank you 3

Jason Spencer: Cully and the other employees do exceptional work. I’ve used multiple print shops in the past, and the team here has always had the best results. The store can be a little busy at times, but it’s because they do a really, really good job. I could not recommend them more.

If the color is off, border is cut off, whatever, he will reprint until it is correct.And the most impressive part if he is SO FREAKING KNOWLEDGEABLE. Paper weight, colors, brands, you name it. He uses Adobe InDesign more efficiently than any graphic designer I know.He has this cool tool to take passport picture and I look decent in it

We were running late and the nice employee who is tall with glasses had waited 15 minutes past close to make sure we got them. Don't go to copy centers often but this place is great, I didn't catch his name but this employee deserves a gold star.
Romy Newbold: I brought a file and my own stock to print. The clerk listened while I explained what I needed and printed a proof for me. I noticed a typo in my copy and he very patiently waited for me to correct it on my laptop. The prints were great, the cutting was perfect, the prices were reasonable, and the service was fast. Exactly what I wanted and expected.
