Errant Garage: About five months later and the work is great as the day we had it completed. Best value for plaster in my opinion and high quality results speak for themselves.This home was built in the early twentieth century and one vaulted bedroom ceiling was in dire need of repair. Once the old damaged plaster and retaining drywall ceiling portion was all detached; I decided to have the walls redone as well.I'm pleased with the results and appreciate the artisan craftsmanship displayed. I think the finish is beautiful and couldn't have been executed better. The flatness and uniformity is astonishing.

We worked with Bryan - The operations manager and his team, including the customer service manager. They were all great. Very nice and professional.I will say, they are not cheap, and they charge by the hour, especially for leaks, because they don't know how extensive the leak is or how far it goes, and they have to investigate the leak before they can repair it. It is hard to give an estimate without knowing the full extent of the damage. If you are looking to go the cheap route, SFW may not be the best fit. The crews typically work in teams of two and bill at a rate of $125 per hour per person. Plus, material cost + 20%.Overall, I recommend them and we were highly impressed. Thanks, SFW, for everything!
Trevor Settlage: Kyle's crew did a great job on my project! They had great communication and kept me in the loop with pictures every few hours during the repairs. Not the cheapest around but you definitely get what you pay for. They paid attention to every detail and it was apparent how much pride they took in their work. I would highly recommend this company if you are in the unfortunate position of needing a house leak or weather damaged repaired.
L Baldwin: Our ceiling sprung a leak during a heavy rain. SFW Construction placed us on their active leak repair list, and they were able to send a crew out much faster than other places I called. SFW Construction employs what I’d call leak detection experts who love to solve a good “leak” mystery. We worked with Chris, who walked us through every step, gave us options for a fix, and then fixed the leak. It was such a relief. The crew was also very tidy.My understanding is the crews work in teams of two and bill at a rate of $125 per hour per person. Plus, material cost + 20%. All and all, an excellent experience.
Cliff Rosson: Had a leaky roof was worried about costs. These guys came out and found expired sealant on a cable tie to my roof. Instead of just re-sealing they installed new sealant plus flashing around tie off to direct water away. It looks clean and professional. A few short hours and the leak is fixed, and at a far more affordable amount than I had feared. Great work.

The leas was from an exterior wall adjacent to a concrete wall. I wish I could remember the name of the brothers who determined the cause and thoroughly repaired the leak. They did an excellent job, were on time, clean and professional throughout the work. We would definitely contact SFW again for any type of work that requires expert knowledge and repair. The work was not cheap, but worth the peace of mind.

Lois Gore: Karla cares about pleasing her customers. She listens carefully and executes with attention to details and skill. She has done several jobs for my husband and me and I will continue to use her for painting jobs that come up in the future because I trust her fully to do an excellent job, to communicate well and to make sure I am happy with her work. Recommend her enthusiastically . Most recently, she painted our old and rather yellowed cabinets and meticulously brought them new life. I’m so happy with her work!
Ryan DiCicco: Karla and her team are such pros and I highly recommend them to anyone in Seattle. They completed a 1800 Sq ft paint project in record time with multiple coats of paint and multi-story walls involved. My house looks night and day compared to the previous flat white walls. Matt: Karla did a fantastic job painting the interior of my townhouse. After visiting my house to do an estimate, she spent 30 min explaining to me her approach to painting, what kind of paint my house currently had and the pros/cons of it, the various options for paint she could use along with pros/cons of each option, etc. The contract was specific and accurate in terms of explaining the work that would be done. Given the time and level of detail with which she explained her approach, I was not surprised at the high attention to detail she had with the painting. She patched many holes so well that I can’t see where they were anymore. She flawlessly repaired areas that had drywall tape failure and cracking. It looks like a new house now. She was also very friendly and responded to texts quickly, also provided frequent updates as the project was progressing.Service:Interior painting

Alexandra “Lamarsha6006” LaMarsh: KP Painter was hired to re-prime and paint our 15 yr old deck. Karla communicates all schedules & expectations well, is punctual and VERY quality conscious. We had to wait several days because of rain, because she insisted on having at least two fully dry days to ensure the best quality application that would last the longest. I was very grateful that she was so conscientious because we certainly want to get the longest life possible out of this job.
