He evaluated me and said I would likely only need to change the footwear to a very specific kind of easy to find sneaker and that I should be pain free in a month. I did NOT believe him but I bought two pairs
David K. Farkas: Dr. Hoy is caring and very thorough. He also communicates very clearly. The office runs in the most efficient and friendly manner. This is ideal medical care.
Kerry Fitzgibbons: I accompany my brother to all his medical appointments, as he has early onset of vascular dementia. He has had nine visits with Dr. Hoy, who has been very patient and thorough with the treatment he provides. He listens to his patient and explains what he is doing during the appointment. H e asks the patient whether he understands and if he has any questions or concerns. He is clear about follow up appointments and treatment. My brother always remarks that Dr. Hoy knows what is doing.
Annaliese Miyamoto: . Ava is exceptionally professional at the front desk and was very transparent regarding insurance/cost/information. Dr. Hoy is clearly an experienced and thorough podiatrist. He also did my X ray imaging during the visit and diagnosed my condition then and there !!!!! Very efficient visit with a dedicated team of professionals. Also, i got in to see them the same day I scheduled as a new patient— overall, very high quality care with incredible access. Highly recommend!

This was her first visit and she was nervous, but because he was so kind and gentle she was happy with the visit. Allison Kulz: Went in after my ankle sprain wasn't getting better after a week. They scheduled me as a "work-in" appointment to get me in quickly. I have been to Urgent Care for sports injuries before and it usually is a lot of money to tell you it isn't a broke bone. My first visit the team at this center took great care of me. Took x-rays, saw some small chip fractures, explained what was going on with my ankle in great detail, set me up with a boot, and got a care plan with timeline. I scheduled my next visit and have been equally as satisfied with every visit since then. Dr. Huppin is obviously very knowledgeable and never rushes a visit. I was set up with PT seamlessly and feel confident my injury is healing appropriately. I feel very lucky I found this clinic.

Tom Johnson: . He did a good job explaining the underlying issue and recommended treatment. He also did in-house x-rays on the spot to strengthen his analysis. The treatment mainly involved offloading the pressure on the metatarsal-phalangeal joint of my second toe through orthotics and stiffer-soled shoes. One of the most helpful pieces of info was the extensive list of recommended shoes, which you can get free when you sign up for their Foot & Ankle newsletter

Frankie Valenti: 12/22: I have a very low tolerance for rudeness and lack of competence from medical professionals, and I found none of that with Dr. Huppin! I can't speak for the orthotics yet, as I'm waiting to receive them, but I felt listened to with no bad attitude or arrogance from him, and he broke down the info he had candidly in layman's terms, like he was talking to a fellow human being. Despite my good experience, I really appreciate them taking the bad reviews here seriously and speaking to the concerns in a kind way. Really tells you a lot about someone's character, how they speak to those who feel wronged by them.The one thing I wished was different is, one of the receptionists was bossy and snippy with me, I think she was the newest of the two there. She started ordering me around impatiently and not listening when I told her what was already happening. But the other one who seemed more experienced was warm and wonderful, and rescued me away from the rude one as soon as she heard what was happening. I hope they say farewell to the rude one soon, or make sure she never talks to patients like that again! We're not livestock to be corralled and controlled for goodness' sake. I plan to get their names and always just ask for the nice one!
Melody Smith: This office is in their own class of providing medical care. The technology they use is awesome. Instead of a doctor typing away at a computer who barely looks at you, the doctor uses Google Glass and a scribe who takes the notes. This elevated the experience for me because the whole time we are having a conversation, he’s evaluating my foot and talking me through what he’s seeing. It’s the best experience: I can’t go back to the doctors who sit at the computer and type while you’re talking.I went in for sesamoid pain and 90 minutes later left with new x-rays, a scheduled MRI, a sturdier pair of inserts on the way taken with 3D imaging technology. No more wet plaster!The best thing for me was coming out of the office with the doctor medically validating all of the pain and foot struggles I have had, and explaining the biomechanics of why I have the pain.Finally, I chose this place because they say on their site that surgery is so last choice. They live that. Even 8 months with my pain, my other PTs and Podiatrists in Snohomish were hinting toward surgery. Not this doctor. He said we have so many other things we can try.I walked out of that office with a weight off my shoulders, information in my hand and appointments scheduled. I feel confident my pain will be resolved as I am in this office’s care.
Veronika Dunn: I’ve been very impressed with this clinic. Dr. Hale has been very knowledgeable, prompt, and to the point. His staff are also amazing. They’re very efficient, on top of everything, and kind. Working with everyone has been a breeze and I would gladly recommend this place to anyone in need of foot or ankle care.
Kristi Roundtree: , he managed to discuss my PF, do an ultrasound and treat it with shock wave therapy, as well as treat my wart all in one session. It was by far the most efficient medical appointment I have ever had. After being fitted for orthotics, something my other foot doctor discouraged due to cost and going through four rounds of shock wave therapy, my PF is virtually entirely gone and so is my wart. I couldn't be happier. Dr. Huppin is the best! Plus the office staff are friendly and billing was efficient. If you have PF, go see Dr. Huppin. Insurance doesn't cover shock wave, but it was the best money I have ever spent!

Sheri Medley: I barely walked in, needing a second opinion regarding my ankle injury. I was in severe pain and needed help. I was absolutely blown away by the wonderful attention and care I received from the entire staff. Doctor is wonderful. He listened closely, handled my foot and ankle with care, did an ultrasound right there in the room and pointed out to me what he was seeing, what was going on inside my ankle and what his plan was for treatment. He was excited and involved and interacted with me regarding my care plan. The nurses were busily helping him to get me in a position to be able to walk out without severe pain with a plan for future care. I really appreciate the level of care and you will too.

I went in for a Morton's Neuroma after not getting much help from another doctor, and Dr. Kuzel really took his time and did his due diligence on investigating the issue, and showed genuine concern about getting me back to regular activity and exercise ASAP. Highly recommend this clinic!

Sarah Lentz: I first saw Dr. Kuzel when my mom broke my foot several years ago. He was thorough, very gentle with my injury, and spent weeks following up with a progression of therapies to get me to walk normally again. Recently, I've been spraining my ankle a lot so I've decided to return to him. I've had other podiatrists, but he's the best I've seen.
Dave Ahlers: I have been to Dr. Kuzel for two different injuries - once for a sprained ankle and once for a jammed, arthritic toe. For both injuries, I was in multiple times to have the injury assessed, treated, and reassessed. Dr. Kuzel was thorough in his assessment, clear in his explanations, and conservative in his treatment. His ankle treatment included a boot, wrapping, and physical therapy referral. I'm still dealing with the toe issue, and saw a negative review from another client, so felt motivated to offer a contrasting experience. I highly recommend him to anyone with foot/ankle problems.

Jeff Oberlander: I can't rave about Dr. Matthew A. LaBella enough. Last year, my 15 year old son broke his foot. He saw Dr LaBella for treatment. Well, this year, my son cut the bottom of his foot and sliced a tendon so we were back to see Dr LaBella for the 2nd time in a year. He is extremely thorough and detailed. His communication and anatomical explanations are so easy to follow. He calls us at home for follow up! He reaches out personally. I've seen many specialists, and in my experience they just don't make them like Dr LaBella anymore.

Matt Slinger: Here's my experience for nearly every other Dr. appointment that I have to make: dread doing it, procrastinate, finally call, get directed to a website, create a password, forget password, reset password, wait to hear back, weeks go by, etc. etc. But that has never been my experience with Dr. Labella and the whole crew at the W.S. Foot and Ankle clinic. Extremely responsive, professional, personable. I especially love that Dr. Labella did not rush to a surgical option. He took lots of time with me and we explored ways to get more mileage out of my damaged ankle. Bought me a few more years. Naturally, I went to him when surgery was finally required. He's an absolute pro who loves his work. I can go years without needing to go in, but if I do, I'm treated like family. Can't recommend highly enough.

He performed a surgery that promptly removed the pain. My toe nails have not given me any problems since the operation over three years ago.The second time was when I obtained orthotics. Over time, my knees stopped hurting after wearing the orthotics as per his detailed instructions since it enforced better posture while walking.For anything foot and ankle related, Dr. Park is your go-to professional.

Megan F: I highly recommend Dr. Hale. I visited him after seeing two other podiatrists for ongoing metatarsalgia pain. After examining my feet, he customized a pair of over the counter orthotics that have been complete life savers. I've been able to run again without pain. Thank you, Dr. Hale!

Mark Stuckey: I was experiencing severe pain on my Achilles tendon. I visited 2 doctors and they both recommended surgery. I was looking for an alternative to surgery and luckily I found Dr Hale. He uses Shock wave therapy. Unfortunately this treatment is not covered by insurance and I found it painful having the inflamed area of my foot “beat up”. But after 5 sessions I am now walking and gaining strength and flexibility.I found Dr Hale and his staff efficient and friendly.If anyone is experiencing foot pain I recommend Dr Hale. Shock wave therapy may be a good solution and could avoid surgery.
Joan Roig: I was seen by Dr Hale to treat a problematic toenail. Its been over 2 years with problems with this nail, and two different podiatrist have tried fixing it with no result.Dr Hale saw right away what was happening and was clear in explaining what the plan would be to solve the issue.I'm currently in the process of fixing it, so I can't talk about results yet, but I can 100% say that the way he explained the problem and the plan gave me a lot of confidence on what's going to happen.If you are looking for a doctor where surgery and aggressive treatment is the last resource, Dr Hale is your doctor.
Toffer Palm: I had been dealing with an ongoing achilles injury and had already tried physical therapy and numerous OTC solutions none of which had seemed to help. At my appointment with Dr. Hale, I expressed concern over having any type of invasive surgery. Dr. Hale presented several non-surgical options one of which was Shockwave Therapy. After a few sessions my achilles is feeling much better and I have even been able to start running again.
Mike Krs: Dr Hale examined the swelling in my foot and ordered an ultrasound to check for potentially dangerous blood clotting. Although this swelling was previously seen by two other doctors Dr Hale was concerned enough to understand the seriousness of the situation. The clots that were found were treated and thanks to Dr. Hale a potentially life threatening condition was avoided. Thankfully Dr Hale is always thoughtful and looks at all aspects of a situation.

He is brilliant! In one visit he figured out that the pain was most likely coming from my back and not my foot. He was right, I had a nerve study and then an injection in my back and finally I am pain free. I am so impressed with Dr. Halle and feel so lucky to have found him. I highly recomend him to anyone with foot or ankel issues.
wong e: Had my foot surgery with Dr. Hale in Jan 2021. Outcome is great; I no longer have any foot pain when I walk/ jog/ hike more than 5 miles. Aesthetically, my foot looks great and is still healing with some scarring that has been diminishing. Post-surgical follow-ups are quick and easy to schedule. I like that Dr. Hale advised on non-surgical options initially and never pushed surgery. Office staff is friendly and followed all COVID procedures to keep the office safe and sanitary.

Right after I made my appointment I started receiving helpful information that was vital to me solution. Dr. Hale was thorough and took time to understand my foot problems which have multiple issues. I appreciated his calm and insightful approach. His knowledge and experience are well presented in helpful sites for shoes, orthotics, socks, and home remedies. He was able to communicate his recommendations in a clear and thoughtful manner. I was able to find an initial solution to my problems off his website for home remedies. When I came in he was able to fine-tune my solution and I am now able to resume my normal activities. I was so amazed and grateful for everyone at his clinic for their help and expertise.
Debbie Collins: I can positively recommend Dr Hale. I went in to have my orthodics adjusted thinking that my feet had changed causing everything else in my body to ache. Dr Hale notice increased inflamation and recommended I have my bloodwork checked for Rheumatoid Arthritis. Sure enough my markers were high. It had gone undiagnosed for awhile and the aches and pains I had been chasing started to make sense.With out a doubt I would still be chaising the pain. Dr Hale could have easily just treated the foot pain or gave me a steroid injection. Instead he listened and used his years of experience to help me find the root cause.
