Winterdreams 66: DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO BASHER ALLEN FOX! Total fabricated write-up, as this is a quality family-owned business for the last 13 years. Possibly, Allen works for another drug testing clinic and is feeling the pinch. American Diagnostics is not a medical lab, but deals with an assortment of certified laboratories and pre-employment testing for walk-ins and employers. The place is as clean as it can be kept during a heavy volume day of testing. If any needles were brought in, possibly they were Allen's. Fully accredited and qualified with documentation visible to clients. Obviously, Allen disagrees with employers doing drug and alcohol testing - which keeps the workforce clean, responsible and accident and sick-call free. Actually, American Diagnostics Seattle has every right to sue Allen for defamation - but, probably no use to sink to his level. By the way, American Diagnostics Seattle has a vast assortment of repeated satisfied customers. Always a pleasure to deal with this facility - they go out of their way to help.

Kyle Petersen: I have gone here for glasses and exams several times and have always received an amazing customer experience. The people who work here are truly experts at what they do. You won't easily find anyone anywhere who understand frames as well as the people at Queen Anne Eye Clinic. I have somewhat exceptional prescriptions that can sometimes make getting glasses that fit right and help me see right. Not all shapes or materials work well with the lenses I need. I have never had an issue at QA Eye Clinic with any of this. They really understand what they are doing and it shows.
Casey Elkins: I’ve been to many optometrists and opthamologists over the years and could never find one that I liked as much as the one I used to go to in California. I’m sure my jadedness came across in my appointment but it didn’t faze Dr. Samra. I thought she was excellent. She listens, considers, and speaks thoughtfully about eye care, and I found the whole experience quite pleasant. It’s nice to have someone I can see close to home.

She takes time with me and my companions and you feel her true love of animals and her work, not to mention the amazing techs and receptions. Five star.

Hannah Spring: Having moved a lot, we’ve seen many different vets over the years. QAAC is by far the best. The office manager at QAAC is SO good at her job and just a lovely person overall. We have two dogs - a puppy and a senior - so we spend more time than most and have multiple prescriptions, tests, emails back and forth for questions and scheduling, etc. having someone like Gabby to work with makes it all so much easier and efficient. It makes a huge difference working with this practice. Dr Salt and Dr Balas are great vets! And the vet techs are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and warm, even with my less-than-friendly senior dog. Only good things to say here!

One of the most well managed staff from a vet office I've encountered! Rose Faerie: I’ve been going here for nearly 20 years. The majority of the time I saw Dr Irizarry but since his leave I’ve switched to Dr Banda. Both are great doctors and I don’t plan on switching my primary care anytime soon. They offer great video appointments and an easy to navigate MyChart system where you can book online and request prescription refills. Excellent “bedside manor” I’ve never felt as if I’m not listened to and they are great about follow up care.
Erika Vanvick: Impressive! I established care with Dr. Stephanie Hodges and got a sports medicine referral. The office is nice with plenty of nearby street parking, and the wait...both in main waiting room and exam room...was minimal.Dr. Hodges is knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and an active listener and great communicator.

If I had any complaints, it would be that the security guard checking us in at Ocean six was incredibly rude. He was probably early 30s, dark hair. Didn’t catch the name. Really dark energy, And really super rude. As the first person that I interact with coming into a Children’s Hospital, which is already a stressful, generally serious situation, you guys should have somebody with excellent bedside manner. Brieanne H: Dr. Meehan is beyond a 5 star surgeon. He has been my son's main surgeon since he was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma. He removed my son's 6lb melon sized tumor completely with no complications and negative margins. Then most recently, my son had a partial bowel obstruction from adhesions. He removed all adhesions without creating perforations in the bowel and did not have to resect any portions of the bowel.I highly recommend him as a surgeon. Not only did he perform the surgeries well but his bedside manner is phenomenal. He made us feel comfortable during very hard times of waiting for surgeries and recovery. He explained all of the procedures and challenges to us perfectly.We have had struggles with many struggles during our sons treatment at Children's. He just happened to be the kid that ran straight into every single obstacle he possibly could instead of leaping over them. We spent probably a total of 8 months all together inpatient at Children's and really worked hard with us during these moments. They allowed us to express our frustrations and worked with us to make things possible.I attached 2 pictures, one of my son where we started vs today. Thank you Children's for making this possible.

J: My toddler had their first ever surgery recently and we had a great experience. Please utilize Child Life services — toys were given and kept them busy. The CLS also introduced the gas mask in a fun way that was tailored to my tot’s interests.No tears were shed. We were given a phone and was updated on our tot’s surgery. We also had the case # which was listed in different areas of the hospital. We ate in the cafeteria while keeping an eye out on our tot’s case. A smooth overall experience 💯
Amber Hawkesworth: My son was transfered by ambulance to Children's late at night. The nurses checked us in immediately and got us settled in the emergency room. They were sweet and even brought us a big tray of snacks and food. They informed us that there were no rooms available upstairs and we would have to wait until morning. That was the only uncomfortable part. We had no blankets, pillows and we were up for more then 24 hrs with an extremely sick baby. We got admitted the next morning. That room was our home for the next 5 days. Doctors and nurses worked endlessy and gave AMAZING care to our son. In the end he was diagnosed with Kawasaki Disease. Because of the doctors and nurses my son will not have long term side effects. This hospital is amazing.

Anna Dowd: What a great dental experience. Dr Grant is gentle yet competent & reassuring. I was getting a new crown where a big, old filling had been. It was so easy & done in a few hours. The injection of pain killer was absolutely painless. After the impression, you come an hour and a half later to have the crown cemented. I recommend Cafe Hagen across the street for a coffee/ breakfast while waiting. The new crown fits perfectly.

I called Queen Anne Family Dental and they took care of my toothache quickly and efficiently. The staff were very friendly and empathic to my pain. I have anxiety going to the dentists and Queen Anne Family Dental made the whole experience anxiety free, which I appreciate a lot. I was cared for and was in good hands. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for great dental care.

The only minute hiccup was as a result of their computer data systems not being able to properly process active insurance information. But that was resolved with one phone call to my provider.
