That is not a exaggeration as our contractor had caused so much damage to our house the City of Seattle placed a Notice of Violation on our property and we could not get it removed unless we fixed the damages by the contractor. Damages were in excess of what we could afford and the contractor went down a rabbit hole. We contacted Levy Von Beck Comstock and were assigned Seth Chastain. Seth was very sympathetic to our situation and told us he would take on our case. Once we hired him we immediately felt we had someone to help us out and had our back. Ryan Fleming: Sent a client with a quirky real estate issue to Lee, and he solved it masterfully. He gave the client a breakdown of what was needed to unwind her issue, what the cost would be for each part, and a straightforward contract and bill. All of the work was done in the timeframe he laid out, and the price was inside of the quoted amount. He comes off as a genuine guy - didn't seem to have the know-it-all attitude of some. Really pleased with the interaction and engagement.

Levere Searles: One of the best law firms in the Seattle area. I needed a lawyer to help me and integrity law group got me the relief I needed. Hopefully I would never be in another situation where I need a family lawyer but if I do integrity would be my first option.

Derek: . From what I can tell, Max provided good legal counsel and helped my partner know exactly what he was signing and what his rights were pre and post-marriage. We were told that notarization would be another $10/signature, so we figured with 3-4 sets of signatures, another $60-80. No big deal. However, when we both went to do the notarization and pay the notarization fee, we were blindsided when we were told that in totality, their services were going to cost $500 and that this would be a flat fee much "lower than the hourly rate they typically charge." What? We were under the impression that the consultation and document review was $200 and that the notarization would be another $60-80 for a total of $260-280 total. Now, Max did add a fairly standard, 2-page addendum into our prenup stating that we both knew which spousal rights under Washington State Law we were waiving, but my fiancé told me that he had not been informed AT ALL that this would result in an extra fee, let alone an extra fee of $220-240. I don't know whether the addendum was a copied and pasted boiler plate or if it was drafted from scratch and actually did result in at least one more billable hour of Max's time, but in my opinion, it should've been made transparently clear to my fiancé what that additional document/service would cost and this was not communicated to him at all at the time. We both felt blindsided by the amount we thought we were being charged for ILG's services basically doubling. In summary, decent legal advice and services, but ILG desperately needs to work on pricing transparency and communicating additional charges to clients.

All the lawyers at the firm are very competent and no-nonsense.Most recently he helped me with an eviction and get compensation from the county. Evictions are really complicated now, tenants have a lot of rights and protections. A lot of things can go wrong in the eviction process. Max did everything as fast as he legally could to serve the tenant with an unlawful detainer lawsuit and then worked with the county to get me some compensation.Not the first time we have used Max he helped me petition my wife for immigration and get her into the US very smoothly. There's a lot of documents, forms, and steps to the process but Max explained everything clearly and to make the application for the greencard, work permit, and travel permit get processed as quickly as possible. Now we are planning to sponsor our in-laws. Wish me luck on getting a bigger house 😂

The firm informed us construction of a tower 20 feet away from the windows of the unit we were considering purchasing was very likely. We decided that was a risk we were unwilling to take and did not submit an offer.Our second property - we did place an offer. In review, Brandt flagged the documentation provided was incomplete, the property's operating entities were not structured properly and the building itself was underfunded relative to upcoming repairs. Brand also said the seller's disclosure was not to standard and was unacceptable in form. Brandt highlighted and explained all issues in the documentation and answered our questions. We decided to walk.We learned a lot from this first due diligence review. For our next offer, we knew more about what to look for in the docs and also relied upon Brandt's assessment / highlighting and notes. Brandt was again exceptionally thorough judging HOA funding, legal entities, etc reasonably proper. We felt we understood the full extent of the transaction and proceeded forward.Brandt taught us a lot. Documentation is reviewed to the letter. Everything of question requiring follow-up is flagged. The point of the legal review is to reduce your risk by understanding the totality of what you are buying and if you are willing to accept the full extent of probable financial and legal liabilities. The firm will NOT tell you what to do - all decisions remain yours. What the firm will do is advise about what is in front of you and enable you to fully exercise your legal rights as you enter into a transaction.
