Stuart Grayson: Working with Don at Earwig was an incredible experience. With his expertise and equipment we were able to crank out an 8 song LP in two and a half days and this was our first time recording as a band. It felt like he was both part of the artistic process but also allowed us all the space we needed to be ourselves. Thanks Don and Earwig! We will be back!

Dan Nash: I was a first-timer for mixing a song I recorded pre-pandemic at another studio, and I had met Don just before lockdown. He was on my short list if I had to do any additional recording, but also mixing of the song for release. He was able to accommodate the timeline and was quick to organize and understand a session he hadn't recorded.As I asked questions, he had fast answers and solutions and was able to offer valuable input and feedback while I was going through the process of decision making and edits to be done. He took the time to explain things thoroughly and easily and totally understood where I wanted to take the song.In the end, I had mastering ready mixes to move forward with, and the time and price were fair for the work done as well as the education I needed along the way. I'll be back to record or have him mix future work, and would recommend him highly for his ability, personality, communication, and pricing. Earwig studio was a great experience.

Cory Foster: I had a great time recording at Earwig with my band in 2019. Don was super knowledgeable, helpful, and likable. We were in for a week and it was a very comfy vibe, not unlike a bit of a vacation. 5 stars, would definitely book again if I found myself in a position to do so.

Don is professional, respectful, and prepared. Plus he’s fun, funny, kind, and has great gear. What’s not to love!?

Casey Millett: Earwig Studio has a unique, and special quality. There's a very professional atmosphere inside the studio, yet it also brings a comfortable and creative vibe. They've succeeded in building a top of the line studio, designing rooms that have that rare special sound to recordings, and having high quality equipment. I've had multiple experiences working with Don at Earwig Studio. Each one was an incredible experience in their own way, and in each session I felt like Don brought out the best in me, amd the artists i was working with. Even in times that I hit the creative wall, Don provided suggestions and creative ways to overcome challenges. I recommend Earwig to a ton of artists and bands that I come across that's looking to record their music, and capture their sound in its best quality. 5 stars feels like it doesn't do Earwing Studio the rating it truly deserves.

With that being said the producer and engineers at Studio T-48 were so patient and supportive I couldn’t have asked for a better session, they let me know where I needed work at and what steps they thought I should take to get there. The overall experience was great and the prices are very affordable I will DEFINITELY be coming back.

She is humble yet technically excellent and brings all work up a full letter grade. More dimensionality is added...like a sound version of film going through a color restoration process. The tones are brought to full bloom. A lovely harmonic landscape is created through transparent and careful compression, gentle saturation and diamond cutting precise EQ.

Throughout the session, he also had a great repore with my producer and worked with lightning speed accomplishing all editing requests with ease. He was extremely personable which helped me to open up and bring out the best in me throughout my two hours session. Afterwards he showed me the rest of the studio and continued to answer any questions I might have. I highly recommend Mirror sound studios and look forward to working with them in the future. Ethan Hugg: I've had guitar lessons with Ken now for about 8 months and have learned much more than I expected in that time. Ken's pedagogy is mostly modeled after the great William Leavitt who established the guitar department at Berklee. So if you want to get into a school like that, or sound like you went to one, or just want a solid foundation for playing Blues, Rock, or Metal, then Ken would be a great choice as your next teacher. His rates are very reasonable for this level of instruction and lessons are done in the Mirror Sound recording studio. If you're done playing Wonderwall, and ready to practice every day and learn the skills to play almost any song, then I highly recommend you spend some time with Ken.

He really is an amazingly fast and talented editor and studio engineer and his speed and expertise will save you money and time! Garrett made excellent choices in microphones as well. He made everyone feel at ease and comfortable, and had great input musically and technically. I also used their acoustic piano in the studio which sounds amazing. Better than a Yamaha grand I've recorded on at a different studio. I highly recommend this studio!
