It says something like 'truck load 30 minutes' by their door, which always makes me nervous given I am definitely not driving a truck, but I usually just put on my hazards near the buzzer and am almost always back on my way within a few minutes! So glad this place exists to help recycle scrap metal and electronics!

Armando Paz: Just wanted to drop a quick note about my experience with these guys. I had an old TV from a friend and he had no idea what to do with it. Neither one of us wanted to send it off to the dump. I started looking around and found these guys.The drop off was super easy, the staff was friendly, and helpful.There was no charge for the item I had, and I think there is a large list of electronic items they take for no charge. So there’s no reason not to responsibly take your old electronic items to them to be disposed of properly instead of tossing them in the dump.They have pick up service available, although I didn’t need it and not too familiar with the details. If it’s anything like my experience, I’m guessing it’s friendly, fast, and efficient.Be sure to check with these guys before dumping any of your electronics in the trash.

MSW: Easy in out, drop off. Know your metals and have them separated and it goes super easy. They weigh it and pay you. Location is right down in the shanty area south of the West Seattle bridge. Helpful staff.

If you have a ton of recycling, I highly recommend taking your cardboard here. They usually work with companies and industry, rather than individuals, but they were so accommodating for sometime unfamiliar with the process.

Akin White (AJ): This is a place that does something really unique. See Seadrunar stands for Seattle Drug and Narcotic center. It's a treatment Center for addiction of sorts. Seadrunar Recycling is the entity that gives all the clients the opportunity to participate in work Therapy as the are involved in their program. When you come to this recycling Center you will most likely come in contact with someone who is or has been in treatment at Seadrunar so all of your services performed the proceeds go to help fund the treatment center. As a former client in this program I can honestly tell you it saved my life .. definitely help me get a grip. So I say Thank you to Seadrunar by living a clean and sober lifestyle because I'm worth it

Rob Reid: I was really happy with the transfer station that was there years ago. If you'd asked me to rate it back then I would have given it five stars. I had no idea a transfer station could be as nice as the one that we have now. The old one was basically a shed over a giant hole in the ground. It served its purpose. It let me get rid of things. The transfer station that we have now is much nicer to be in than the old place. And there are many additional things that you can deal with there. You can drop off recycling. You can drop off needles from your diabetes treatments. So I definitely give this five stars. But it's so much more than what simple stars can communicate

They also have a goodwill drop off. I was impressed with how helpful everybody that works there is and how efficient the whole process is from start to finish. Totally worth all five stars!

Mary S: As the mother of two garbage truck-obsessed preschoolers, this place is a dream come true. The community viewing room has the BEST entertainment ever, and great educational activities and toys for kids to play with. The facilities are clean and convenient. We wish we lived closer, we'd be here every day.

Tim Merritt: So many ways to improve the experience, but it's better than before! More signage, and more than one exit stop booth more frequently would be great. Also a piece of paper with a distinct color, such as orange for yard waste on your dash, so they can just look at the front of the vehicle and point out where to go. It seems like that would make the whole process easier for the worker's, and faster for the customer. It could also have the date or some other way to determine it was for that day, like a Letter that would change every day. Just a thought 🤔

Saba Z: and cardboard.Dropping off the recycle was free.It cost $35 to drop off an old desk in the dumpster.I would recommend to drop off all the trash at once since it does not matter how much you have it will still cost $35 for a car to enter for a short period.Separate the cardboards since there is a separate large bin for it.There was a goodwill donation truck in the recycle area parked you could also donate but they did not take any furniture.I did not see a schedule posted but the place was open on a Sunday around 2pm.

Rob Muld: The staff is extremely friendly and professional and their product is quality; nice clean dirt if that makes sense. My experience was a very positive one from beginning to end. When I first called for pricing, the sales person was very patient and informative. I was promised delivery for the next day, and they kept their word. Their driver who did the delivery was considerate and professional, he called me about thirty minutes before delivery to make sure I was ready. When he arrived, he put my garden mix exactly where I wanted it on my very narrow driveway even though it was a tight squeeze for such a large truck. He has good driving skills! My experience was very positive, I will use them again and whole heartily recommend them.
