Irene Malloch: I attended Discovery Point School of Massage here in Seattle back in 2016. It was SUCH an incredible experience - for many reasons! The teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and I felt so supported by them. I went to massage school thinking, "I think I'd be good at this" and then came out learning SO much more than just massage techniques. Going to school here taught me so much about myself and was a truly healing experience. It's been 5 years since I've graduated and I now have a thriving private practice and still absolutely love what I do. I cannot recommend this school and this career path enough.

Melissa Painter: Going to Massage school started off as a good idea, but going to Discovery Point made it Great! Pat and Lisa are two of the most gifted educators I have ever worked with. They address every learning style and go above and beyond to ensure their students success. The class size is smaller than what I found at other more corporate schools, which allows more personalized, authentic engagement between students. The diverse skills that I learned at DPSM have allowed me to thrive as a LMT and though I have not needed to look for work, they send a constant stream of opportunity to the community of graduates through email. I felt confident and fully prepared for my new career when I graduated and can not be more thankful for all that I experienced and learned at Discovery Point.

Melissa Dunlap: I found this place on a random massage search nearby. I am sooo glad I booked an appointment with Nicole. She is so very special and does such great work. Her cat Bingo might also make an appearance to greet you as you enter her house. She was able to help soothe very tired, post partum feet as well as post ski trip soreness. I will most definitely be making more visits to see her on a regular basis!

When we walked into the store, we found it was very clean and had soothing light music. We both chose a one-hour massage, and she would always ask me if the strength was suitable. The strength was very suitable throughout the massage. Afterwards, I felt that my back was much more relaxed and the pain was much lessened, as was my mother. Aria: I'm moving away from my apartment today, which was 1 block away from this amazing massage place. I will sincerely miss the excellent massages I've gotten here. Every massage therapist there is very skilled. I say that as someone who has had chronic pain from injuries treated with professional massages since 2010. This is one of the only places where the massage is so good and relaxing that I almost fall asleep and my spine cracks like a chiropractor adjustment just from muscle relaxation.

I went in with a tension headache and 30 minutes later walked out tension free and full of happy endorphins. As good or better than you’ll get at a spa or chiropractor. It may well have been the best massage I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for someone with strong thumbs that knows exactly where the pressure points are and how much release they need, Kaycee is the one!
