sfbay jack: Enterprise has done it again. This location far exceeded my expectations of a truck rental center. It was fast, easy to book online, professional and friendly staff, competitively priced and I’d highly recommend it. I always buy the insurance because your car insurance company might not cover everything that could happen to you or the truck you’re renting if there was an issue. Thankfully I did because there was a crack in the windshield upon my return. I had t heard or seen anything hit the windshield while using it and it wasn’t recorded to have been there when I checked out and left their center location. After leaving they let me charge my iPhone so I could order a Lyft back home.

Malaya Netherland: Very friendly, hassle free check in and drop off. They didnt have the truck that i originally reserved, but they more than made up for that! They are on the pricier side, BUT was willing to pay a little more for a better quality truck and customer service!

The customer service received from Britney Rodin, Matthew Poole, and Alex was superb. Super friendly, pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and overall just the willingness to ensure that all my needs were met. They even brought out a second truck at my request since the first one had a long bed which I didn't need. By the way, both trucks were absolutely beautiful brand new 3/4 ton diesel 4x4's. Totally not what I was expecting...in a good way! Enterprise please take care of these employees, these are the type of staff that makes this location a 5 star experience. Will definitely rent here again! Thank you!

Alisan Keesee: Rented a 16ft truck and car trailer for a cross country move. The woman who helped us gave of them newest of each, a discount on some of the additional things we decided to get day of and generally was extremely friendly.My brother is a mechanic and looked over the truck before we left and had no concerns. It put everyone involved at ease.This was my first time renting a moving truck. We went with Budget because it was cheapest and so far I've been more than impressed.

Srijita Pramanik: This place was recommended by a nearby self storage business. Rented a van for a move for a couple of hours. It was my first time driving a van, owner was very nice and decided to show me how everything works. They charge a very reasonable amount and do not try to take advantage of loopholes like UHaul. The vans are also in great condition and clean. The entire process of reserving and returning was very easy.
Nikki Blueberry: They rent all sorts of stuff, and have lift gate trucks.
Rob Lisy: A great place to rent pro tools cheaply. I also highly recommend their concrete trailers.
Alvaro Gaytan: $220 for a yard of concrete on a trailer. Cheaper than bulk and without having to mix it myself.

Ed Mills: I'd gotten very frustrated by the U-Haul customer service office, changing my reservation from Kirkland location to Rainier Ave, but working with Shedrick at the Rainier Ave location could not have been easier and downright fun. Shedrick communicated clearly and ahead of time, helping me plan when to drop off my 3 U-boxes with 0 hiccups. He was very pleasant to talk with and just a good guy. Other people I have worked with at this location in the past have been helpful as well, but I would recommend this location purely off of working with Shedrick!
Kate: I was helped by the lovely La Tasha today. She was a competent and informative employee, as was the gentleman working alongside her whose name I did not catch. She knew exactly what was going on and was courteous while clearly fielding a lot of customer needs.With that said, this establishment is very understaffed, with the amount of customers I saw they could have doubled the employees on staff. I removed a star for this reason. I have seen many corporations keeping skeleton crews and blaming the “worker shortage” when in reality they are unwilling to pay living wages to their employees and are taking advantage of their current staff and exploiting them to make an extra buck.
West Coast Self Storage Columbia City: Most of these negative reviews if not all are confused with the actual U-Haul Store of Rainier Valley. Not the location here at West Coast Self Storage as we get mostly positive reviews at our store. Please if you write a review make sure you do it under the correct U-Haul store location as it make our customer service look bad under this address. Adam Mesa: Power tool rentals are in the back left of the gardening section of Home Depot. I rented power tools to mount my TV & sound bar. The tools were in ok condition & good quality. They don’t rent drill bits, but I was able to buy some in the main store.

Katharine Miyata: Would be 5 stars but the orbital sander I rented had an old pad driver that didn't hold the sanding discs and it kept flying off. They refunded me but it was a big inconvenience since I had to take time off work and get someone to help me lift / load the machine. The Workers here are very helpful and nice. They also all were wearing face coverings and practiced social distancing.
