Jessica Robinson: My friend and I were in town for a conference and wanted to have a nice dinner on our last night. We chose goldfinch which was just a hop, skip, and a jump from our hotel.We made reservations and got a seat by the window. The food and drinks were amazing and the waitstaff was even more amazing! They noticed me struggling to take a selfie with me and my friend and offered to take a picture for us. Our water glasses were never more than half empty, and everything was worth the price we paid. They also asked if we had any dietary restrictions when we ordered. Will definitely be going back if I’m ever in Seattle for a special occasion.

To sitting down and having a small hot towel brought to clean your hands. A delicious aperitif brought to start your night. Every interaction is polite, attentive and professional.We have gone to Altura for my birthday two years in a row. We will be going again for our anniversary in two months.Both experiences, the food and presentations were beautiful and delicious. Each menu was a different experience with a few staples we loved from our previous visit. Everything is amazing, there wasn't a single item or dish we were even slightly disappointed by. Coonoor Behal: This place is out of this world, I can't believe I don't see it on more "Best of" lists for Seattle. I prioritize "event meals" in my life and this is easily in my top 10 ever. Was fortunate enough to get off the waitlist and take my parents there for Christmas Eve and it was a delight start to finish. Food is just jaw-droppingly moan-worthy, every single item took our breath away. I got the wine pairing and loved it...they for sure snuck in some extra wines for me too but didn't make a big deal out of it! Service is lovely and clearly professional but also relaxed. Love the look of the place too, more like a taverna rather than a stiff, white table cloth place you'd imagine at this price point and quality.

Chris E: First time visiting, during a trip to Seattle. We stopped in for happy hour. We were able to get a table outside. This restaurant is located in the Edgewater Hotel, on the northern end of the Seattle waterfront area. Happy hour prices for drinks are a couple dollars off. And they have a limited food menu. I ordered the wagu sliders, which came with garlic fries. Both were very good, in my opinion. And made a good meal. The weather was fantastic, so that made the experience even better.

At this point its been more than 20 minutes and the wind had picked up so me and girlfriend just walked up to the reception area and waited for someone. Yan Sun: This is a restaurant that is very, very worth visiting. The reason why it gets four points is based on my own usual evaluation system. In a place like Downtown, the taste needs to be very distinctive to match the location and customer base. And parking is so difficult. It's fine here.We ordered the appetizer of tiger prawns, seafood barbecue and seafood pot. They are all signs. The appetizer base includes mango and cherry tomatoes. The tiger prawns are not too big, and the tail after cooking is only as big as a six- or seven-year-old child's little finger. But it tastes really great. My kids raved about the side dishes. There are chickpeas on the bottom of the seafood pot, and the soup is a little spicy and very delicious. Pair it with clams, shrimps, and the sweetness of the seafood is brought out. The seafood at Grill, the snow crab legs are average, but fortunately they are plump. Two pieces of corn may have different origins, one is sweet and the other is dry. The shrimp is excellent. The sausage that goes with it is great.The child ordered two flavors of ice cream and didn't expect it at all, so I can't comment on the dessert.The service is super good, which is rare in Seattle. The atmosphere is very good, which shows that the quality of the surrounding residents is very high.

Sarah Eisenberg: We picked up friends at the train station after a late train ride and we were starving. We found Harbor City and it was the exact late night Chinese vibe we were looking for. It was crowded at 9:30pm on a Thursday night. We got probably too much food. Note worthy was the sesame beef, Szechwan chicken, black bean chicken and green beans. Will definitely come back! jake devlin: A phenomenal experience and an absolutely must do if you are looking for fine dining in the area. Service and presentation were amazing and the food was full of flavor and meticulously prepared. My guest was a pescatarian and was easily accommodated.Parking: The parking lot comes up quick and the turn around is pretty far out of the way so be careful when approaching.

From the valet greeting, to the hostesses, the menu with my man’s name on it for his bday, to the perfect table overlooking the fire, to the rose petals on the cloth, to Luca, our server extraordinary. Wow! Our meal was perfectly prepared. Best steak I’ve had in Seattle. The two gentlemen who filled the water and cared for our table were attentive and friendly. Cesar and another person. When it came for dessert- which I saved room for- the bananas foster was prepared by Kirin, the GM. It was so smooth and delicious. Amazing. Server was extremely knowledgeable, he mentioned he had chef experience and could guide us through recommendations, and very friendly, and food was very well cooked. The Caesar salad was a fun experience; it was served tableside and our server explained each ingredient as he added it. Prices are definitely on the high end, but we both considered it worthwhile for the quality.

I live here but we seldom frequent hotel restaurants.
