Joyce: Trent is experienced and knowledgeable about roofing restoration, he is an incredibly kind human being! One of our master bathroom wall's paint started showing up bubbles after some heavy rain recently. Our metal roof had a leakage around our master bathroom vent's rubber boot before, so we were suspecting the same problem came up since that side of the roof faces west, and sealants may crack after a while. I called around to a couple of companies about roof repair, and Trent returned my call that same day afternoon. He came by that day to assess the situation, identified a couple of other things that could be improved, and gave us a reasonable quote. Based on weather pattern, we were able to start the job later that week. During the job, Trent was communicative and easy to work with. He not only re-sealed a few rubber boots on our roof with high quality sealant, he also painted them to match our roof color without being asked to make them aesthetically pleasing! He replaced screws and grommets on some panels, and added a piece of L-shaped metal to cover an exposed area of the metal roof to avoid rain to enter with side-way strong winds. It was our fault that we didn't secure our cat on our patio during the job, and it ran away mid-way through. Trent was very kind and patient with me while I was looking for our cat, and he continued with the work. We finally found our cat in our neighbors' backyard, and Trent waited for me all this time to talk me through everything he did before finishing up his day! We greatly appreciate and highly recommend Trent's great roof restoration expertise and execution, who is very easy to work with.

Since we planned to do a remodel that would demolish the replacement roof in the next 5-10 years, we wanted to do a tear-off with the lowest quality materials. We called a few different contractors and three contractors came to visit and give us a quote. Trent came and inspected our leaking roof and further looked around all our roofs and identified all problem areas and gave us a fair quote. He was much more meticulous, professional, and timely than the other contractors. The quote was reasonable compared to the contractors who suggested a complete replacement of the roof section. We chose Absolute Quality.On the day of the repair, they came on time and quickly repaired the roof. They addressed all problem areas that could lead to a leaking roof soon. They fixed gutter pipes and cleaned up gutters to ensure everything looks alright. John was very patient as we spent over a year trying to get permits and costs for putting in a roof-top deck, only to find out that the costs of re-enforcing the roof, permits, and compliance ended up being way over our budget. We finally decided on doing a PVC roof with a hatch for access, and within a month of making that decision we now have a great new roof. John was fantastic - understanding, quick to respond, and willing to work with us throughout the whole process. The final cost was very reasonable, and the quality of work is true to his ratings. There are a lot of roofing companies / contractors out there - it pays to find one that takes pride in their work and is willing to work with their customers. Highly recommended!

threebattles: This company replaced my roof earlier this month on my Tudor home on Queen Anne. They did a wonderful job.Other companies took about a week of e mailing to set up the initial visit. I could never reach them by phone. Tekline called me about 10 minutes after I sent the inquiry via their website. The inspector Norm met me a week later to provide the bid and he spent a lot of time explaining the whole re-roofing process to me. Once the project was scheduled, I received daily calls from the company to update me and ask if I had any concerns. The crew that did the job was amazing. I do not think I have seen a people work so hard and so efficiently. Once the job was finished, the owner came out to the property check on the job and thank me for the business. Now, that is a nice touch that you rarely see with contractors in Seattle.

John Anthony: Just wrapped up a major maintenance project on our house. We replaced about 2,000 sq feet of 70 year old concrete tile with new composite.We got bids from nine companies and vetted them through social media reviews as well as the BBB. We didn’t go with the cheapest company, but rather went with a company that was on the higher end of the middle of the pack. We felt the extra money was worth the peace of mind we’d get from quality workmanship. We chose Tekline and we couldn’t be happier with the final product as well as the working relationship with the crew.We’ve done 6 major remodeling/renovation projects on the house and have always found that good communications is one of the keys for a successful project. You could not find better communicators than these folks. Tha, the field supervisor, kept us posted on all of the work from start to finish. He also provided us plenty of photos of the work in progress, any issues they discovered, as well as the final product.After the work was wrapped up, the crew worked until dark to make sure the grounds were clean and all debris removed. There were a few tire marks on our new driveway and they’re going to send a separate crew to take care of those.This is a company we would recommend without hesitation to friends and family. If you go with them, I think you’ll be happy too.

Jeanine Pruitt: In approximately 2014 or 2015, while working in a Bellevue, WA real estate office, I was tasked with finding a roofer for a high-end waterfront home with a flat roof. After extensive research, I relayed the information I found regarding Tekline, and the owner of the home elected to use Tekline to replace their roof.In 2016, I purchased a home of my own with a flat roof. Though the home was older, it initially appeared that the old roof still had some life left in it. However, I noticed a leak in an unobtrusive corner shortly after I closed on the house. Remembering the research I had previously done on Tekline, I hired Tekline to replace the roof that summer, and have been happy with the membrane roof since.Seven years later, in the summer of 2023, I had an extensive exterior renovation done on the house, including new windows and siding. The fascia for the roof had to be removed in order to install the new siding up behind it. When the fascia was removed, my contractor discovered that a portion of the edge of the roof had been installed incorrectly. We brought this to the attention of Tekline, and the company sent a representative out the next day. They agreed that the installation in that part of the roof edge was incorrect, and made arrangements to have the repair done at the earliest opportunity. I was so very impressed that Tekline hesitated not even a moment in honoring their warranty, and took rapid steps to correct the problem at no cost to me. At a time when so much in the world feels disposable, it was a distinct pleasure to find that I had chosen to work with a company that takes the long view. I could not be more impressed.

Nicolai Bradbury: In recent years I have noticed that a lot of Federal Way roofs were not looking so good, unfortunately mine included. Jorve roofers came in to replace the rancid-looking shingles on my roof. The process took a few days and it was really cool to come back home from work every day and see the progress they were making on the roof.
