In my union, everyone takes a drug test just to take drugs right after. And by drugs, I mean pot.I would not want to work next to a drug addict. Not even a stoner. Winterdreams 66: DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO BASHER ALLEN FOX! Total fabricated write-up, as this is a quality family-owned business for the last 13 years. Possibly, Allen works for another drug testing clinic and is feeling the pinch. American Diagnostics is not a medical lab, but deals with an assortment of certified laboratories and pre-employment testing for walk-ins and employers. The place is as clean as it can be kept during a heavy volume day of testing. If any needles were brought in, possibly they were Allen's. Fully accredited and qualified with documentation visible to clients. Obviously, Allen disagrees with employers doing drug and alcohol testing - which keeps the workforce clean, responsible and accident and sick-call free. Actually, American Diagnostics Seattle has every right to sue Allen for defamation - but, probably no use to sink to his level. By the way, American Diagnostics Seattle has a vast assortment of repeated satisfied customers. Always a pleasure to deal with this facility - they go out of their way to help.

Had to take a lot of turns to get to the store.I asked for help and one of the workers immediately walked with me to help find what I needed. I'd brought a sample of hardwood from my house so he matched it to the wood and then started picking out enough for the amount of space I had. He was really helpful and made sure I had the exact amount I needed.I didn't get to explore the store since I got there towards closing, but it looked gorgeous - lots of older things and antique things. I feel like I could get lost browsing around.

Not a good place for bringing kiddos that can't keep their hands out of things and like to run around.

Lynette Schell: I can’t tell you how happy we are after consigning with TMAC. My Husband had been holding onto his garage baby until we needed the room for storage. He tried Craigslist and other marketplace sites, no luck. People were flakey, unreasonable, sketchy, or some combination thereof. He didn’t want to take it to a dealer because he knew he wouldn’t get what he wanted on price, even with how meticulously he’s cared for his Challenger. After trying for somewhere between 1-2 years to get my husband the price he felt he deserved for his prized muscle car, we got a recommendation from a friend to try this place. our neighbors had a great experience consigning a vintage Defender with them. Everything is stored inside, not left in the elements to deteriorate, which was a huge selling point for my neighbors- and us as well. The owner, Bobby was reasonable and just as data-oriented as my husband is. He explained to us that they specialize in 4x4s and didn’t have a huge client base but nonetheless he acknowledged the Dodge was exceptionally nice and a good candidate for consignment. Bobby showed us comparable vehicles in the area for reference, and laid out reconditioning costs. We agreed on a listing number of my husband’s choosing, and we signed a few documents. Done! As an engineer and a lawyer, we really appreciated how cut and dry this process was. They were able to recondition, polish, and sell the car; and give us our check within about 45 days from our first visit. The appointment itself took maybe 30 minutes from start to finish, and from there all we had to do was sit back, relax, and collect our check. I had no idea this kind of service existed for private owners! From the moment we walked in the door this dealership exceeded our expectations of professionalism, timeliness, and expertise. I will continue to pass on this referral any chance I get. We’ll certainly be returning to TMAC to sell cars in the future, and probably to buy as well! We love these guys. Thank you Tiki Motors for taking great care of us and for rehoming our car. You’ve made a customer for life!

The process was simple and totally straightforward. I loved that we had worked out our price and it was clear and ready to be processed as soon as we drove the car and made the final decision. The dealership itself is in a very cool building and very clean and beautifully laid out. The staff were all very friendly; the owner came out and chatted with us too. All very nice and I feel like we laughed a ton while filling out the paperwork. The only hiccup in the process that my husband and I didn’t like was the awkward pressure that the closing salesman put on us to purchase a warranty. We had done our homework on the vehicle and when we declined, his attitude changed and I felt he dampened the final part of our buying experience. Other than that though- these guys were fabulous!

Ken McEwan: On April 11, 2024 our new Malibu VTX was delivered by Seattle Boat Company's delivery Captain Tommy Ridgeway to the Brownsville Marina in Kitsap County.We finished our sea trial in a brisk northwind and building seas in Port Orchard Bay. He demonstrated how to safely steer the boat during a combination of windy conditions and tidal current into our boathouse. Before he left Tommy had explained everything my wife and I felt we needed to know about the boat's features and operation. Very professional and enjoyable experience.

Domenick Dellino: Looking for a Hot Tub—Olympic’s the place to go.First, let me say that I am the kind of guy—like many of you reading this—who is keen on researching major purchases. Replacing my 30 year-old hot tub was no exception. I visited 3 major hot tub stores in my area and “wet tested” 7 different tubs. Once I was mostly over the sticker-shock, I was determined to find the best value for the money irrespective of cost. But as always, the only thing more important than value to me is the way I’m treated and respected as a customer, not only at the sales level, but also as reflected in company policy.During my quest for the replacement tub I found that every sales person was extremely nice and accommodating, but I got the best, most honest feeling from David Bayless at Olympic Hot Tub. By “most honest” I mean I felt he put my needs and concerns first and truly wanted to find the solution that worked best for me. Over several visits, David explained everything in no-nonsense and no-pressure terms.At first, for example, I was a bit skeptical of the salt system that generates most of the sanitation for the hot tub. David explained the chemistry to me and invited me to test the system. After nearly a month of use, it not only is completely odorless, my skin has never felt better.Getting it in position was also not trivial, because removal and replacement required a crane that could lift the tubs OVER our three-car garage from the street. About an eighty foot reach. David was there on his day-off to oversee the adventure, deliver the final chemicals for setup, and document the feat in pictures for me.In the closing, there was a minor mixup with the financial payment, but the company stood behind it and—even at a cost of about $1,000—they graciously took the hit.I couldn’t recommend Olympic Hot Tub more highly, not only for their superior customer service mentality, but also the quality of their products. Do your research, but be sure to include a visit to David at Olympic.
