Quang Dinh: Trailers NW came through for me! I hopped online and saw a trailer I liked, the owner came and delivered and I had realized that the trailer was too big for my needs. He promptly said he'll take care of it and texted me options in front of my house for something that was more of what I needed. New trailer was delivered a few days later, refunded cost difference and with extra tools included! Highly recommended!

It’s rare that I take my vehicle to a shop and even more rare that I have a positive experience when I’ve done so. Bryon and his guys have definitely renewed my faith in the idea that you can find a solid place with integrity. I have gotten several check ins from the shop making sure everything is good. Noe Mendez: We purchased a box truck from here. From the initial call they were friendly, patient and accommodating. They are about 2 hrs away from me and they pulled all the stops to make sure I had all the information needed before traveling and committing to the purchase. Once I was there they worked with me and dealt with the finance company that I was personally working with. Despite the delay in our financing, they helped with travel to and from our hotel. It’s been months since we have purchased and ran the truck, and we have had no issues with it. I would certainly purchase a truck here again. Great people to work with.

The GOAT: I wanted to post a review to let the staff know how much they are appreciated. It was a rough journey to get my tow truck fixed but Loren and his staff did everyhing they could to make sure it was as simple as possible. Then when it came time for the bill because they listened and understood my situation they worked with me and made sure I was able to get back on the road. I couldn't thank them all enough! They will now be my go to shop for any needed tepairs!!
Ryan Peterson: The guys over at RWC service our fleet of 8 trucks. Mostly Isuzu's, and a few Ford's. Their mobile mechanic does a great job, and responds to my calls and texts immediately. He is usually on site to repair same day or within a few days depending on urgency. The Service Manager at RWC responds to emails and calls quickly as well, and is always there to make sure we are taken care of. We appreciate the partnership we have with RWC and any issues are resolved very quickly!

Erica was my main point of contact she was always very friendly upbeat and proactive about speeding up the process of getting the estimate for all repairs and parts availability.. unfortunately the main repair item was on back order such as our current state of supply chain.. but other than that, which was beyond their control I had nothing but a positive experience start to finish!

Sean Prendergast: Sugar, who I believe is the owner of this location, was an absolute delight and made the stressful process of moving as easy as possible for us. We had a U-Box shipped to this location from Boston, and everything was ready for us on arrival, and they even were able to adjust the reservation of the pickup truck on the fly to help make our day go easier. We will certainly be back to this location next time we move!
Aaron: The general manager is extremely helpful and friendly. The truck selection is good. And they don't try to tack on superfluous charges like the Rainier Ave S branch.

Kenneth Alan: This is a great dealership. I've probably never had a nicer experience buying experience in all my years buying cars. Facility is beautiful, but it is all the people there that make this place the best. Everyone went out of their way to say hi and make us feel comfortable Went there with my wife to look at a car and our salesman, Ken Bengson, made us feel so welcome, almost like we were guests in his home. Matt Pacheco: We decided to take our vehicle here for service and safety recalls on our 2023 GLE 450 after another MB dealership would not provide a loaner or rental that was needed due to the safety recalls. The service team was very pleasant to deal with and scheduled us quickly. There was an issue with the scheduling but the team took care of my wife anyways. We were treated kindly and provided a loaner while they took care of the safety recalls. Great job service team!

What an amazing person, 100% genuine, laid back professional. Honestly, we weren’t sure if we were going to proceed with purchase, when first working with another Manager, Ricki. David sat down with us and did everything to help accommodate our requests. He had us both in tears, dying with laughter. In the short time that we interacted with David, l consider him a friend. David completely transformed our whole experience with our purchase. I will definitely be referring David and Maleah to all of my friends and family.

Thrifty Buys (Xtina): This place is huge, clean, well lit, there are a lot of carts to move your stuff on, there's a restroom that's clean, and the staff are friendly & helpful. Definitely recommend this place.
Lynn D.C.: A lot of truckers giving bad reviews here it seems. Hope some of them can see my reviews about them. My stuff was delivered from the east coast in 4 day, 4 days!! Although U haul never contacted me about it until I called them in 2 weeks….but nothing moved an inch inside the Ubox. Huge kudos to the driver. Wish I could tell them how grateful I am in person. This facility is clean, getting uboxes were smooth, checking in and out of the storage was easy. Cleanest storage units I have ever seen. Converted from offices, so a ton of the areas are carpeted with good views, and bathroom on each floor, all things one didn’t realize missing from a storage unit until they experience it.
James Hawke: Easy in and out, been there a month and it's secure enough. Plus a section for people to take or leave things that I've found some really neat stuff in!
Jack McCarthy: I had a great experience picking up 2 U-Boxes for self delivery on a weekday. I picked up 1, came back to swap for 2, then back to drop off. All 3 times I had no wait and employees were friendly and fast. After seeing the reviews, I was worried about the move. But it was smooth and easy for me.
Mario Calabria: Excellent customer service. I thought I left my headphones in the truck I returned here, and multiple employees were helping me search the truck, parking lot, and other areas. They made a note to call me if they found them and I felt taken care of. Ended up finding them in my dad’s bag, but the U-Haul team was very helpful! Would definitely return to this U-Haul for my future needs.
Theodore Jaramillo: Trying to move is among the worst, most stressful times of one’s life. Any instance of help or kindness from others can be the difference between a doable day and a day that leaves you in tears. Christopher H was the difference for me today.I came to this U-Haul location as a frantic last-minute backup with my house half-packed and a cancelled reservation under my belt due to lack of available U-Hauls in my own area. I was unprepared and stressed and running on very little sleep. Everything was going wrong.For the entire two hours it took me to collect my new last-minute reservation, through card troubles and bank issues and attempting to split payments between all my roommates’ card, Christopher was gentle and polite with me. He was calm, he was helpful, he endured my barely-coherent cries for help and patience with a grace that was frankly the only thing keeping me from breaking down crying on the floor of that store. I felt very lucky to have met Christopher today.I hope other under-30 people who are inexperienced at moving are met with the same kind of caring service that I received today. It genuinely made my moving experience better. Collecting the keys to my U-Haul from Christopher was the best part of my day. Thank you so much!
