Matthew: When I first stepped foot into this place with my Fiance. We both liked the place, then there was this dude behind the counter, shaggy hair, when I asked if he could test my Desktop tower he immediately told me no we cannot, we don’t do that here, I said okay, 5 minutes later another employee said sure I can do that, and he did! And told me the exact problem. In this case I give 4 stars because I got the service I came in for. Nothing bad to say about anyone here. THIS is the place to GO for anything PC!

About 20 min after I left ,I received a call from the owner that my laptop is working now.The owner opened it,disconnected and reconnected a few things and it started to work. I authorized $ 150 for repairs without calling me,he could have just let it sit there for a few days and then charge me $150, I would of never known, but he didn't. What an amazing and honest man !I will tell all my friends and take my computers only here from now on.Thank you Seattle laptop!
