I rode the City Lite and was really impressed by the quality of components compared to the first bike I rode at a different store. Kimberly Pham: We're in the market for an Ebike suited for island life, so we decided to visit Seattle E Bike. The staff here are knowledgeable and friendly, offering a wide range of options in terms of brands and models. They even provide the opportunity for test drives so you can experience the bike firsthand. While the bike we considered isn't inexpensive, it's among the best we've encountered thus far.The store is conveniently located next to a restaurant and across from Green Lake. They also offer repair service.

Jennifer Evans: This is the best bike shop in town. Knowledgeable mechanics who don't try to get you to spend more than needed but who know how to keep an older bike functioning well. They also know about old and vintage bikes and work thoughtfully to maintain those as well. We have recently had all of our bikes repaired and/or tuned up there, riding one bike in and picking up the finished one. I love this shop.

Luke Distelhorst: The only place I take my e-cargo bike! Also, I called a major "coop" retailer and 1. they didn't know what charger I needed when mine died, and 2. they don't keep them in stock and said it had to be special ordered. Called G&O which had it in stock and stayed open late for me to come pick it up 30mins laters. Great shop, great people, top notch service.

Nicole Dolan: went to G&O to test ride a bike. When they got back, I was surprised how excited our son was to tell me about going to the bike shop. The toys and coloring pages were a highlight. This was a first for us. It was actually easy to go on an errand with our son there.We later went as a family to test ride a mid-tail cargo bike for me. It became clear why our son loved the bike shop when I stepped in. I was amazed how welcoming and unpretentious the entire staff were. Jenna was very helpful getting the bike set up for me to ride it. She took the time to show me the bike and point out different features before I rode it - something that many shops don’t make time to do. I found the Bosch system to be easy to use and more adaptive than other systems I had tried, and I really liked the belt drive system for ease of maintenance on commute.We ended up buying not one, but two bikes from G&O. The pick up experience for my bike was amazing. Davie tailored his bike overview to my bike experience level and spent time letting me test out different things, like dropping the battery, with him there to guide me through it. He takes the time to set each bike owner up for success so you actually want to ride your bike. While I was there, I got to watch Davie interact with a few other customers. He really wants every bike owner to be safe and happy, regardless of if they purchased their bike at G&O. His activism in the bike community really shows and is part of how he runs his shop. Confidence is instilled with every customer.I've put 450 miles on my bike in the last 4 months. I just went in for a tune up. It was the first time we used the restroom there, and they had a toddler toilet seat to use too. They think about not just their customers, but the entire family. We will be coming back to G&O service on an ongoing basis. Thank you for all that you’ve done to make your shop welcoming to the community!
Katherine Tassery: I got a flat tire on my cargo electric bike, that I use every day for commuting and kid transport. I called around to get it fixed ASAP, and all other bike shops quoted several weeks. G&O was able to get me up and running within a day, at half the quoted cost of other repair shops. I am so lucky to live nearby! Great experience.

The Leonards: Its a grip to get here from where I live on the South end and it was well worth the drive. If you're looking to buy a top of the line cargo bike with the specific goal of getting your kids around, this is the only place to go. You can feel that kind of care given to family biking throughout the entire process. They make sure to tell you that building your bike will take as long as it takes to ensure their mechanics are not over worked as to not make mistakes. We're glad to have bought our bike here!

Nickolaus Fuerstenberg: I visited The Bikery to fix up my brakes and add a bike rack and basket to my bike, and I was warmly greeted by Aaron, one of the volunteers who works there. I shared with Aaron the things I intended to work on, and indicated that I was not quite sure what to do, and he said "no problem, I'm happy to help you out. Let's have a look." I learned several great tips for adjusting brakes, learned about how to lube my shifters, and with Aaron's help to find a spacer part to make the bike rack fit over my disk brakes, got the bike rake and basket on as well. The vibe felt very warm and folks felt like community -- everyone was working on their own thing, often using used parts and shared tools. I would go here again just to work on my bike in good company.

Tim Knutson: I ordered a 200 ah battery. It arrived in perfect condition. Charged it up with the little included charger. Everything is looking good. It was a little anticlimactic, as it just worked.
John Mccafferty: Hill topper is located within Dakota lithium batteries. Staff here is knowledgeable and pleasant. A special shout-out to Mike who got ambushed by me with numerous questions. I was able to make a purchase for my older Hill Topper hub with the newest version of the battery available for my unit. Everything was tested before I made my purchased. When Mike didn't know, he found the answer for me from other staff members. They have several bikes on display in the showroom. Thay also carry all the accessories you might need.

Robin Farrand: Early days, but we're extremely happy with the Horizon conversion kit we purchased recently. I'd been completely unable to use my Schwinn Meridian adult tricycle; loved it, but it weighs 70+ pounds and is a one speed and I just could not make it go! My husband actively enjoyed installing the conversion kit and plans to rehab and convert another old Schwinn bike we've had around for 20 years. Customer service has been responsive and helpful. Brian Caine: Awesome and unique shop with a huge selection of used parts and very knowledgeable mechanics. I had a bent quick release skewer and they were able to replace it with a used one in under a minute for $8. The mechanic also gave me some great advice on how to tension my leather saddle and sold me a used brooks spanner for just a couple bucks.
Alex Schaefer: My fender had come off partway, and I know these guys are patient, friendly and helpful- and they don’t condescend. Came in for help and they had the spacer I needed to reattach it, adjusted it for me, and sent me on my way. A great neighborhood bike shop.

Kyle Roberts: Such a wonderful little bicycle shop in the heart of Seattle. I bought a Bianchi street bike here last year, and the reps were wonderful about talking through my preferred use of it, comfort level, price, and various aspects of more modern, high-quality bicycles. I'm no cyclist, and likely not their typical client, but it was a wonderful experience.Fast forward a bit over a year, and I was having a bit of trouble with the pump I bought, worried that I might have inadvertently punctured the tire. Prior to coming in, I thought I'd call and see what they thought. A very kind gentleman spent about 5 minutes troubleshooting with me before I realized that it was just my own idiocy on technique, and managed to immediately resolve the issue.High marks for quality, ease of interaction, and customer service.Side note: these bikes are rather expensive. If you're looking for a beater, you may want to call ahead and ask about inventory price points before visiting.

I decided on the Element with the larger 48v 14Ah battery as its low, a step-through, and has fat tires so I don’t have to worry about front tire slippage if I turn onto gravel. They gave me a great trade in on my City and they personally brought the bike I wanted from the other store rather than having to order it. They installed all upgrades I wanted

Marisha: last year after a great customer service experience while test-riding the different kinds of bikes. I also plan on bringing friends here for bike rentals as well. The shop gets very busy in the warm months, but even then, staff is very attentive. The bike has been sturdy, and I love the distances that open up when hills are not so daunting. I also got the improved battery, and it lasts a very long time - I have not come close to depleting it even on several-hour rides. This was definitely one of my favorite vehicle purchases.

I have been trying to figure out how to convert my bike trailer into a ski chariot for my dog, so I could bring her cross country skiing. Burley sells a ski kit for this very purpose, but the trailer compatible with it is pretty pricey. I’ve been brainstorming creative solutions so I could use my trailer, but I’m not very mechanical. Deke Kotrla: I brought my old bike here after it started making weird noises and then the back wheel started not spinning freely. Another bike shop told me it was out of their expertise because I had a coaster brake. I brought my bike here and Aaron said "There's nothing wrong with it, I just greased it up." I guess I have to grease my brake. I didn't know that, and neither did the other shop. Riding my bike now, I noticed they even made adjustments to my front brake as well.I was charged a very fair price for a little bit of work and a lot of expertise.

I just walked in got a seat, went home and started to try to put the seat on... got seriously confused and came right back, lol. The shop owner was super helpful and kind and put the seat on for me. As we've recently sold our car, we were initially concerned about our mobility options around Seattle. With her Milano Plus, she's been making multiple trips around town, to coffee shops, visiting friends, heading to the gym, and it's been rock solid the whole time. It's a great bike.

Grady Page: I was over 900 miles away from the physical location of the I needed to have a new back rim for my Moscow 48 Plus was a bit worried that trying to troubleshoot this at over 900 miles away would be a problem . But little did I know there was a professional team over there similar to a NASCAR pit crew I told him what the problem was diagnosis by technician in my state I sent them pictures and video of the diagnosis and just like technicians and a high end car dealership it was troubleshot that quick , right then yeah the ball got moving and I was sent a major component on the bike with no hesitation. another part was sent halfway across the United States, unbelievable customer service and the top it off the part was free because it was under warranty what a wonderful experience the apartment business standpoint. Nothing but thanks in place for the customer service crew and staff. Keep up the good work guys

I’ve dealt with a few other E-bike services but non that compare to Leon Cycle, extremely friendly customer service! I’m already considering buying another bike through them and look forward to what comes in the future from these guys!

Justin Hall: Not only am I happy with my Moscow e-bike purchased from Leon Cycle, but also the excellent service after the sale. Through no fault of Leon after about a month or so from purchase I noticed that my rear wheel was cracked. Leon immediately sent me a full rear wheel assembly replacement and I was back up and riding in less than 1 week. Awesome customer service!
