Christopher Gu: Recently purchased a bike off of FB marketplace and needed to have it checked up as well as a tune up. The staff took my bike in for a few days and gave it back in tip-top shape! They were also super helpful and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how I should be taking care of various parts. In the end, they mentioned my bike was already pretty tuned up and only charged me for the items they replaced/fixed. Will definitely be coming back for any bike service needs!
Adam Farhan: Super friendly and helpful staff. Traded in some golf clubs and walked out with a Ping G410 3 Wood. Couldn’t be happier. Small golf selection, but there were very high quality, barley used clubs. Ping, Titleist, Taylor Made.
Tim Van Harmelen: This is not in a location that we would typically frequent being from Lynden. But, when we saw online that they had a new baseball bat in stock that we had been looking for, we decided to give it a try. We called ahead to make sure the bat was in fact in stock. The guy that answered the phone was clearly busy but still took the time to look for it. When he couldn't find it, he explained that he was in the middle of helping another customer but would be happy to call me back if I wanted. We decided to stop by and found the bat we were looking for. We were impressed with the selection of both new and used items. Including the latest high-end youth baseball bats. In store the employees were once again very busy helping other customers, but just as pleasant and helpful as on the phone.
Nicole Marie: Extremely helpful staff, and surprising amount of new snowboarding boots! Went to REI first, and they only had one pair of snowboarding boots in my husbands size available. Play it again was just down the street, and we were pleasantly surprised by all the options! They also have a better return policy is an Evo, but not as good as REI.

Jennifer Evans: This is the best bike shop in town. Knowledgeable mechanics who don't try to get you to spend more than needed but who know how to keep an older bike functioning well. They also know about old and vintage bikes and work thoughtfully to maintain those as well. We have recently had all of our bikes repaired and/or tuned up there, riding one bike in and picking up the finished one. I love this shop.

Once I placed the order they confirmed it, and they, specifically Sadie, was on top of things. Whenever there was a change in the order status she would call and update me. She even called to make sure we were happy with the delivery and with the product itself. I would not hesitate to use The Fitness Outlet for all of my fitness needs.

Mark Wiper was fantastic with his knowledge of the products and providing advice. We were looking for a new house, and they were very flexible with storing the treadmill in their warehouse for 2.5 months until we were ready for delivery. When delivery time came they were on time. Toi and Israel were the best delivery people we have ever seen. They were super careful in bringing the treadmill into the house, took their shoes off, were very helpful in advising where the best placement would be in the room, helped move a couch, assembled the product and gave us great product tips that will allow us to better care for the product. I would definitely recommend The Fitness Outlet to others and we will be returning to purchase more gym equipment.

I told them I was being cheap and black was the ideal and of course, most coveted of the colors for such an accessory, but this did not hinder their endurance. After a couple of misses, Elijah finds me the most perfect multi-wear waist pack. It had one solid strap which is adjustable in any way imaginable and oh, so minimal and sleek. It was so perfect, I could cry. I didn’t, but I could have.So, to my super hero Elijah, thank you so much for dealing with my indecisive, ADHD brain and helping me walk a way with the Nike Sportswear Rebel Crosdbory in black, of course. I came here for a reasonably priced lacrosse ball for physical therapy usage, but left very pleasantly surprised at all quality items available there. Mr. Marriott: 2014 I got a treadmill here, still works in 2023. I wanted upgraded treadmill version same Precor of course just newer upgrade. Also got new Precor AMT for some variety in my cardio, some weights and couple other things. William helped make a grand bargain to get me everything I wanted. You only get one body in life don’t ruin it sitting around eating fast food, get some equipment and make sure you break a sweat everyday it’s good for you.

Andy: Really great selection of items here, I purchased a couple of my favorite pairs of shoes here that always get complements for less than $20!The selection of shirts, sweaters, and dress clothes upstairs is great as well. Everything is really reasonably priced here especially given the fact that some items are new or lightly used.Once you’re done getting excited over the clothing deals upstairs, you can go downstairs and find cool furniture, art, decorations, and other random things!

Priscilla Park: They have high quality clothing at a super low price, highly recommend coming here. I bought an Anne Klein blazer here for $8.27, tax included. Staff is super friendly, they're really helpful if you want to ask about how clothing should fit you and clothing maintenance too, they make the place clean and provide masks and hand sanitizer. Also they're nonprofit and all funds go towards a great cause, which is helping people with chronic illnesses meet basic needs like food, shelter, etc.

Plus the bike shop and the ski shop have come in handy when I take my one every year ski/bike trip. The staff are amazing and welcoming every time I come in, and don't forget that they are knowledgeable about every sport they sell gear for.

Nomster Dude: Great local business! From servicing bikes, skis, and snowboards to providing a wide selection of used sports equipment. Everything in the store is thoroughly inspected before pricing and of the highest quality. Lots of name brands at great prices. You can scan through apparel, shoes, balls, bikes, and other general sporting related equipment and find what you need. Warmer season equipment comes out in the spring during their "bike swap" and is rolled into storage for the winter during their "ski swap". The employees are very knowledgeable and if they can't find the answers you need they can almost always find someone who can.
Caden Eldridge: Superior seconds is a fantastic store!! I’ve been going here for a few years now and they have all sorts of things. They’ve also recently started catering towards skateboards and stuff of that variety. It’s a local business as well which issaquah can’t get enough of!

They have a full service bike and ski shop, the employees are very welcoming and are committed to helping you find what your looking for. The store is also very community oriented providing a place for the Issaquah Booster Club to sell there gear as well as a donation program that directly benefits local charities including The Issaquah Food Bank, Eastside Baby Corner, Issaquah Schools Foundation, Evergreen MTB Alliance, and Washington Trails Association. They have a lot of great gear covering a wide array of sporting goods. Everything in the store is on consignment so every purchase you make benefits another individual in the community.Biking, Skiing, Climbing, Camping, Skating, Mountaineering, Lacrosse, Hockey, Baseball, Tennis, Golf, Hunting, Fishing, Water Sports you name it they do what they can to keep it in stock in appropriate seasons!

But if you are looking for a great selection of items of used gear to buy, then this place rocks. if you are looking to sell, facebook marketplace is way better.
