At 7:30 in the morning Ken at All County answered his phone and chatted with me about my issue. He was honest and said he had another job ahead of me, but he would be there that morning. He was true to his word and showed up at 9:30. After a quick assessment he called and provided a high level scope and estimate. We talked through a few things and he was very straightforward with me about what needed to be done and what could wait. He could have easily up-sold me on more than what was needed, but he didn’t. Even though my home is outside his service area, Ken spent time with me on the phone listening to the issue, giving advice and offered to have me send a photo of our septic tank so he could possibly diagnose the problem for me. Charles Dunn: My septic was backed up and had been 4 years since my last pump out. Called Sunset and they sent out Brent. Brent was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was very nice not grumpy like most of the people I have had out. Once it was pumped he determined that my inlet pipe coming from my house to the septic tank was clogged with roots. He cleared the clog and roots and had me back in business. He recommended I replace the old concrete pipe with pvc to stop the root issue. Will be calling them soon for the repair. Totally recommend Sunset and Brent. Also when I called the receptionist was very pleasant and worked fast to get Brent out to me. She even called when he was on the way. A+++

I had been told I would have to replace a baffle by Lee's Sanitation and they wanted to charge me over $900 and wanted half down before they even started. Brent dug everything up and discovered that the baffles were both doing well. He also spent some time educating me on septic tanks and talking through a septic tank innovation I had been pondering.He was simply fantastic and Brent has made Sunset Septic a customer for life!Thank you all!!

Fred Akerlund: We have used Sunset for both routine tank pumping, and emergency service. for some forgotten reason when we had a back up we called that evergreen outfit, which told us that our whole system was toast and was an illegal installation and would install a new system for many many thousand dollars!!!!For our last pump out we remembered Sunset had given us good service so we stalled evergreen and called Gary at Sunset. Within hours he was out here with the original "as built" plans in hand, giving the lie that it was a illegal installation, in fact had been designed and installed by Sunset twenty five years earlier to make it short Gary and son Brett soon discovered that the propane delivery truck upon setting a new propane tank had crushed the pipe between the tank and the splitter box and we were soon back on line. The service was great the price was fair and I have recommended them to neighbors which used them to their satisfaction, and assisting a old friend to settle the estate of her sister I called them when that septic would not pass real estate inspection,and the got right out fixed the problems in a fast cost effective way. I will not hesitate to recommend Gary and Brett at Sunset Septic anytime.

I am really bummed that I didn't contact him before I set the appointment with another company. He took the time to calm me down after revealing an issue with my septic tank the night before the inspection for a home sale. He assured me that the problem was repairable and not to worry. I seriously contemplated cancelling my appointment with the other company to have him do the inspection. I know reviews tell a story about a company but if you are looking for a great company that has your best interests in mind this is the company to call!

Derek Wilson: I honestly wish I could give 10 stars! I bought a house in Maltby about 4 weeks ago and of course on Christmas Eve everything that could go wrong started to. The crawl space flooded with 2 feet of water, ruining the water heater and damaging the furnace. I spent $2k getting a new water heater installed and am very worried about flooding occurring again.Less than 2 hours after the water heater company left, an alarm in the garage started sounding. Turns out this is a septic pump alarm that was signaling there was soon to be a backup. I called 10 companies and no one could come out until after Christmas - something I understand but also could not accept because I just paid for a brand new water heater.I headed home to try and figure this out by myself with the as-built info from county records... what a nightmare. I spent about an hour digging where the plans showed my tank but found nothing. I gave up and started to call people again to see if anyone could be bribed to come out on Christmas Eve. I called Ken and he answered right away. I asked if there was any chance he could come out right now and he said he was actually on vacation and out on a beach enjoying the sun. I started to apologize and hang-up, but he stopped me and said he could probably at least help on the phone.Ken spent time dealing with me on the phone and via text message for the next 2 hours giving me awesome directions and explanations about everything I needed to do. Not only did Ken essentially teach me the basics about my septic system remotely, he saved me a ton of money because after it was all said and done, my pump alarm was no longer sounding and I was able to confirm it was functioning properly.Ken did all of this for free, while on a family vacation! I honestly have not been more impressed with a company trying to go the extra mile in a very long time. I am 100% committed to referring Ken and using him for my future septic needs.

He doesn’t service my area but he took my phone call and helped me for at least a good hour or two. He diagnosed several issues with my system right over the phone and requesting my pictures via text. He went above and beyond and let me remind you this was all on a Saturday night!! I felt bad because he did all this knowing that he’d never see a dime from me because he doesn’t service my area. He was still so willing to help me out and share his knowledge. Corrina: My septic alarm went off at 7am this morning. I didn't know what the darn thing was at first but it was screaming at my loudly. I did some quick research and found it to be my septic system was ready to overflow into my home. I did a quick search on Google looking for the best rated for septic pumping near Woodinville. Northlake was in the results and top rated, and for good reason! Ken came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. Susan Rodman: Called them shortly after 7am for my 90 year old dad, he hadn't had his septic pumped in forever and he was backed up. The put us at the head of the schedule, arrived within an hour, found the septic, dug it up, pumped it the "baffle" was crumbled and the lid was toast, they replaced both and then unblocked the line out of the bathroom which was totally plugged. They were really nice, very efficient and reasonable in price. Completely satisfied and it took a little over an hour.
