Colin Cherot: All The Best is a great local store for all your pet needs. There are a lot of options in this very pet friendly town but this one stands out. I never encountered more knowledgeable staff! Cass was a huge help in choosing the right food, dishes, toys, and beds for our kittens and we’ve chosen the Ballard location as “our store”!

During this stressful period, A's care and consideration have been extra appreciated.- - - - -Great selection of products, and helpful staff members. I always find what I'm looking for here, and if I don't, they make sure to have it for my next visit. The whole premises is pet friendly, though you may have to hold Rover back from eating all the tasty treats they have out in baskets. Nearly every time I check out, they offer a free sample for my kitty at home. And they continue to be the best place to pick up fresh peacock feathers for my cat to destroy.

Karla Amaya: I walked into the store with a really pissed off dog and all the employees made me laugh about it and completely at ease. One associate in particular was amazing my entire time in the store. A walked up to my grumpy dog with a snack and was helpful in all my needs. They did recommend shrimp for my fat dog, but I went with sweet potato and peas which he hated of course. A made sure I was always assisted and extremely kind and I had a great experience. They are a great employee.

Eliza Holmes: I have been going to this store for years and years with my mom, and now that I finally have my own puppy I was so excited to bring him in to get supplies. It was his first time in a pet store and the staff was so sweet. Everyone was so kind and we found some great toys and an awesome harness. It was a perfect first pet store experience.

Carly Galbraith: Have always had a good experience here finding pet food and toys for my pup but this past week had a really above and beyond visit. I've been struggling to find a solution to my dogs food issues and when I explained that I needed help Cliff took the time to talk me through all the different options with explanations about how the different types of dog food are digested and the many offerings they carry. Perhaps the most valuable to me though was the plan/experiment he suggested I begin to get to the root issue. Tackling the what next factor felt huge and gave me the encouragement I needed to get to the bottom of the problem and onto a new track. Really happy with the customer service there as well as the quality products. Thanks!

And the toys and chewing apparatus selection is awesome. Everything looks of natural materials, and Eco/pet safe. The food is priced right!! And the selection fits the theme. The employees are very nice and professionally personable. All in all this place rocks!

Daniel: Fantastic store, absolute 5 STAR staff. Went in for birthday cookies and a new harness for our Boston terrier, purposely went in about 1hr 30 mins from closing time to avoid other dogs as our guy doesn’t like being around other dogs. Mark and Atticus went out of their way to fit our dog with the right harness. Mark made all adjustments, and verified if the harness was a good fit or not. Atticus let other client’s know that we had a dog that wasn’t friendly with other dogs and that we were in a fitting for a harness in the corner. The amount of care they showed was outstanding. Our dog Guinness remained very calm with both team members, and even relaxed as another dog entered the store. He gave kisses to the staff and enjoyed his birthday cookie and new harness! Thank you for the amazing experience.

Chelsea Solomita: Very kind and helpful! I came in today feeling very stressed after accidentally quicking my cat’s nail. They had exactly what I needed and told me what to do to help my kitty. They also sent me home with little treats and a toy. Above and beyond sweet!I’m happy to report my cat George is doing great. I think the whole thing hurt me more than it hurt him. He’s now happily playing with the little yellow mouse from his goody bag. I’ll definitely be back soon! 💛

The unnamed hero let me know me the registers and store was closed. I informed them my dog didn't have food for the day. Without hesitation, she asked what kind of food my dog could eat, and proceeded to grab a bunch of samples.I bartend and deal with the public everyday. She could have just shrugged her shoulders and said good luck bud. Instead my dog got a meal tonight. Life happens and I didn't prepare myself or my dog accordingly. It was a small gesture that made a huge impact for my night. My dog would have been fine, but instead he got his meal tonight.Only The Best at All The Best. I hope this review reaches her, hence why I gave the date. Once again 10/25 702pm.

Jessie: I *just* left this store after visiting for the first time and I’m so pleased I can’t help but write a review as soon as I came home. I was greeted by such sweet staff, who actively listened as I blabbed about my cat situation. I signed up for the rewards program since I had moved to the area recently and even though my cats birthday just passed recently, the sweet person up front still gave me a goodie bag for my cat which I really appreciated because she’s 16 and may not have another birthday. My old lady was immediately so intrigued with the toys and she hasn’t been interested in her toys in awhile, she has already favorited the furry ball from her goody bag. Such a treat to see my senior citizen playing like a kitten again. The lovely staff at this location have easily made me want to be a regular customer and they all deserve a raise

Raleigh: I love this store. The employees are incredibly helpful and nice. I was looking for CBD treats and a special cleaner and they helped me find both and hooked up the doggo with some treats to try! My dog is quite anxious and they were gentle with him and made him feel comfortable.

The staff is friendly but they won't bug me if I take a long time making a decision. Which as a black person is really awesome. Thank you so much once again for making our days brighter. it is so rare to have kind and knowledgeable staff these days so please please please don’t ever stop doing what you guys do to get these amazing stars.as your staff come by as they always have a sale of some kind and make this your one stop fir baby pet shop my dogs used to have horrible allergies and could only eat fresh chicken. And rice because of their knowledge experience and educating me on the difference between store-bought dog food that is literally roadkill and their food that is processed more humanely and not heavily processed with preservatives and awful ingredients. My dogs are now able to eat any protein they like because of their education. I send people here all the time for the no pull collars and anytime I hear someone say they’re dogs or cats are picky or sensitive or have behavior issues I tell them just to stop in to all the best pets these employees are so compassionate and knowledgeable and the products here are life changing for both me and our fur family!

Sage not only remember about it she even hold some for me she really cared! She also share her knowledge and personal experience on cbd for pets with me. elizabeth martin: Sage was so incredibly helpful. I called to ask if someone could come out to the car with a dog cone so our dog wouldn't lick at injured area. Even though I gave just a few minutes notice, she came right out with the soft cone I requested and offered tips on fitting it on our dog. She then came out with a goodie bag of treats for our dog and zipped in and out of the store to process payment. I appreciated this so much as it helped our dog in her healing process. Unbeknownst to my oblivious self, it was mere minutes before closing time, but both Kelsey and Ardent were completely kind and patient to me and the dogs and the only reason I realized it was closing time is bc someone else walked in and asked if they were still open - they said “technically no” and they generously let them shop anyway. What kind, patient, supportive folks.I am so grateful to be walking distance from this location.

And I can walk in there and they remember my last visit and ask how my dog Tazzie is doing and was bummed she wasn't brought in. And even asked how she was doing with my choices I made with their help, how she was liking my selection. And another thing if she doesn't like something I always have hassel free returns or exchanges. It's great because I hate throwing away money.I suggest you try them, they have the feel of a small town ,but in the big city!! You'll love their personable being. Great job guys

Stephanie Miller: We took our Samoyed here for the self serve dog wash several times and every time the staff is so kind and helpful. They have several shampoo options and provide everything you need, including dog ear muffs that help ease anxiety during the blow drying. My only “complaint” is that the blow dryers aren’t very powerful, so it takes a while for dogs with a lot of fur.
Lynn Hubbard: The facilities for self-washing your dog were clean and useful. I love the hose that sprays soapy water on the dog.
Cory Baker: So! I took my 9 month old pup, Evee for an anal gland expression, last minute, as a walk in. Maddy? I believe was the groomers name who had her in and out within 5 minutes. Evee had been at her fanny for 2 days, whimpering during potties, and of course had the unmistakable odor. The results were immediate as Evee is as happy as a clam, no getting at her butt, no odors, and having normal potties. FIVE STAR SERVICE! As for the shop itself, I have no opinion there, except I noticed they have a really fun dog toy selection. They’ve just earned themselves a new client and customer

Her sweet, calm demeanor won him over and he simply loves getting clipped and cleaned now. Logan Niles: It is such a nice place with friendly and helpful staff. It's also a very affordable option for anyone with a large dog. The closest place near me wants $25/hr, which would have cost $100 since my girl is big and has a double coat. At Wag n' Wash, we had a whole hour for $25 to do everything, plus get her completely dry. There are plenty of towls as well. The compliments my girl has gotten on her cleanliness, fluffines, and soft coat have been fantastic! We will absolutely be back!

I can hand on heart say Alex did the absolute BEST!! I’m so grateful for the care he took of my pup Otis. Otis came out so proud and handsome.
