Clark Skillman: The quintessential local hardware store with just about everything you need for your home or backyard improvement/repair. Especially useful when your quick 2 hour Saturday afternoon project creeps into Sunday.There isn't much that is too frivolous or a waste of store space. It's also easier to navigate the medium size shop than Home Depot, but has much more in variety of product than the average tiny Ace Hardware. So when forgetting to get that one key item the first time turns into 2 entire extra trips all the way to Home Depot. Going to Stoneway saves you time on every part of those unexpected extra trips.The employees are both very knowledgeable and friendly/funny. I've asked some impressively stupid questions and received at most a hint of eye roll before an eager desire to fully understand the problem and then a quick discussion of the best path forward.

Carli Rasschaert: Just bought a condo, hadn’t even moved in and the toilet broke. Plumber was going to be $300/hour and couldn’t find a handyman. Was able to get a $7 part and at Morgan’s and they walked me through how to install it. Everything is running smoothly again!

Rick Farley: This place was so helpful. I could not get my old drain to stop leaking after putting in a new sink. I had an ABS P-trap mixed with PVC so they set me up with all PVC and it hasn't leaked.He also had me get the "Passion Grip" slip joint washer which is exactly what it sounds like. After days of struggle I can take the bucket out from under the sink.

But rather than sell me the replacement he told me it had a lifetime warranty and I could get a replacement by calling the manufacturer. He then took the time to look up the model number and finish and even gave me the phone number. He could have easily sold me a $200 part and I would have been oblivious.They appeared to have a great selection of plumbing and electrical items and I will defiantly be back. This guy made my week!

I was looking for a higher quality bathroom fixtures than I couldn’t find at Home Depot and Lowe’s. I looked high and low and eventually found Keller! Jed Davis: Please read.When looking for a plumber, there are two types of businesses: The first is the small family-owned type operation that employs mostly the same reliable people from year to year. The second is a big operation where you recognize the name through heavy advertising on the sides of buses and a large fleet of service vans. The former works on repeat business and customer loyalty. They stay small to so that the business is built on reliability and relationships. The latter is built on high volume and very high pricing. They do not care about customer loyalty. They want that highly profitable big sale from people who are either desperate or who don't know any better. And the pricing is outrageous and deceptive. The inspection fee is reasonable and then if you agree, they really get you. Make no mistake about it. It is YOU who is paying for all that advertising on the sides of buses, not them.I have been using Soreano' Plumbing for about 25 years. This is a small family-type operation that has employed mostly the same good people for years. Repeat customers who have been with them a long time are usually given quick service. The work is not cheap but then, I have never had a case where it was not done correctly. As a precaution, I would note that you should be very specific about what the problem is what you want done before they come out so they bring the right tools or equipment. Otherwise, I recommend them without reservation.
