Plenty of Clouds: what do users think?

D M: We came here for restaurant week and were blown away that such a tasty and flavorful restaurant was so close to our house. The only thing that might have been better than the food was the service. All the dishes we’re incredibly delicious and pretty affordable for today’s economy. 10/10 plan to come again.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs

Nick O: This is place is so much fun 🍸Positive vibes & great drinks!

Sarah Calloway: This was such a treat. My husband is heavily into Chinese cooking and particularly loves siuhchuan and I am gluten free and can never eat Chinese out with him. Not only were most dishes available gluten free but the food was phenomenal. In the top 3 best meals I've had in Seattle and we eat at a lot of restaurants. Highly recommend. Just don't do what I did and rub your eye after.Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free options.

Michael Lee: . The drinks were fantastic and made by the our favorite aspect of the visit which was our bartender Miles who was charming, funny, personable and managed to find the time to goof with us about the latest Street Fighter PlayStation game all while preparing drinks for the entire spot. We definitely enjoyed getting takeout from here during the pandemic but had such a fun time that I suspect our visits in the future will be predominantly in-person.

Caden Weiner: The food here is pretty good, definitely check it out.Food: 5/5Recommended dishes Pork Dumplings …

Liam Jernudd: We had a wonderful dinner here, and were very pleased with our dining experience here during Seattle Restaurant Week. Our waiter was very friendly, and even offered us to taste a menu ingredient we were unfamiliar with. And hats off to the chef- everything we tried was delicious. My particular favorite was the twice cooked pork belly, followed closely by the cucumber salad. The only thing we found underwhelming was the rice crispy dessert. All in all it was great though. We’d love to come here again.

Julia O'Donnell: Can make everything vegan except dumplings. Everything was fantastic!! Chickpea dish was our favorite - even for the non-vegans. Lovely outdoor seating with awning, lots of air circulation, and a very effective heater. Extremely fast and nice service!Vegetarian options: Can make everything vegan except dumplings!Dietary restrictions: Delicious vegan food!!!

Nikita Deshpande: I really enjoyed going here with a friend. No wait on a rainy cold weeknight and the food and drink really hit the spot. Looking forward to returning!Recommended dishes Cold Noodles …

Brennan Lim: Homey spot for fresh dumplings. This place was great! Their dumplings warm and not doughy. The Xiao long bao was quite tasty. For an evening dinner after a long day, this was worth it.If you get the chance, please support this small business along with the others nearby as the very much need it.

James Byrnes: This place really matches the cozy, small business feeling with a masterwork of authentic food at a reasonable price. I don't go downtown often but when I do this is often where I want to eat. It's cash only or vennmo but that is pretty doable. I don't know about all the food on the menu but I can tell you with certainty the dim sum and pancakes are phenomenal.

Daniel Pearson: If you know, you know. This small, unassuming restaurant is THE place to go for homemade dumplings and fresh Dan Dan noodles. I ate here for years before moving out of the city, and recently came back for lunch. Still as delicious and friendly as ever.Recommended dishes Cold Noodle with Shredded Chicken & Vegetable with Peanut Sauce, Pancakes, Napa Dumplins, Pork and Chive Dumpling 10pcs …

Krishna Kumar Periasamy: Love this park , it’s park of two countries border connects emotional - “children of common mother”.

Claudia Stritmatter: Awesome authentic bought the tee shirt yummy dumplings especially the long pan fried

Gwendolyn Overmier: I love this place, I always get the sweet and sour shrimp with the shrimp fried rice and then pour the sauce from sweet and sour over my rice OMG DE-LISH!!!Parking: There is parking right in front and more on the side of building or strip mall.

Destinee Sanders: Mom and pop feel with food that is out of this world. I have really come to love this little restaurant. The vibes are similar to being in someone’s grandmothers dining room with her grandkids dope artwork on the walls. We have tried four thins on the menu and mostly go for fish and veggies but there is so much more I look forward to trying on their extensive menu.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies to choose from including traditional Chinese veggiesDietary restrictions: Plenty of options for all dietsParking: Free parking in a medium sized lot. Usually am able to get a spot right upfront.

Andrew Paraghamian: , and the green onion pancakes are all must haves. I’ve never had a dish I didn’t think was incredible and I’ve eaten here weekly for years.

kevin x: the dan dan noodles flavor was good but the noodles weren't that goodtwice cooked pork - basically perfectchongqing chicken - a bit over-fried and oily but very well seasoned and tasty.Location is on the second floor. Avoid going to the right side with the stairs, a lot of people milling about, smells really bad. Go to the left to find the elevator to take you to second floor.

Eugene Chang: Extremely good Sichuan eats. Plenty of street parking nearby. In a rougher part of Little Saigon, so it's probably better to frequent during the daytime. According to The Seattle Times, the restaurant may close soon. Make sure to visit while you can!

Nora Gunning: Holy moly, I almost never review places but this was the absolute best chinese food I've ever had outside of china! Big plates, beautifully cooked food, the space is lovely, quiet, and clean, and the owner was so kind. She recommended some dishes and chatted with us as well. We had the szechuan chicken, green beans, sour shredded potatoes, and hand shaved dan dan noodles with pork. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Thomas Yan: Very good Sichuan food, highly recommend! Be careful parking and going through the stairs to the restaurant; no fault of the businessDine in: Yes Outdoor seating: No Takeout: Yes Curbside pickup: No …

Brian Hanratty: Amazing food at a great price.

Po-Chi Chu: Best food and great service. I'd you prefer pick up this will be the best place to have your food prepared for you fresh from kitchen. Also, if you like spicy food, you will definitely enjoy this jewel in International District.

Kevin Zhang: One of my favorite chinese restaurants in the city.

Kyle Brian: A hidden gem!

Bethany Ortiz: The food here is great and the staff is very kind! They deserve more business!

Andrew Pei: Awesome food and friendly service. They are open for dine-in! The outside of the entire complex looks rough but the restaurant is extremely clean and welcoming on the inside.

Allen Kang: Absolutely dank food… the service was great. The lady serving us was super polite and she was great! They were open on Labor Day so it was our only option but it was undoubtedly the best option! The food was super authentic and full of flavor. The food also came out super fast and there’s truly nothing to complain about. I highly recommend visiting this place!

Casey Ogden: Great place for spicy szechuan.

Amanda Vail: Great Szechwan food! Fast take-out, always satisfying. The staff are so upbeat and caring, too!

Lionhead: what do users think?

Jacob Hubbell: Came here with a big group for a birthday. I was thoroughly impressed with everything we ordered, it was a family style meal with lots of dishes and plenty of second helpings. Our group ran the gamut for spice tolerance, vegan, and food allergies but there was plenty of overlap on dishes most of us could eat. The peppery flavors of the meal were such a delight to the palette, slightly numbing in some cases but never too spicy hot, there are even several peppery drinks on the menu that are sure to wow. My favorite was the chicken, but my friends loved the sweet and buttery flavor of the hen of the forest which was definitely my runner-up. Service was also excellent, everything came out quickly, our waters were topped up, and the servers were friendly and knowledgeable on the dishes. Definitely looking forward to the next time!

Grace Melone: The food is so good, and thank god because the service is so bad it’s actually funny. we sat down and waited at least 10 minutes to order our drinks. Meanwhile the servers are taking shots by the bar. We ordered the dumplings as an appetizer, which were totally forgotten and ended up coming out last. I miss their tamarind drink. I would recommend going here if you have low expectations for service and high expectations for food!

Canute Haroldson: If you think about the Chinese restaurant of your youth, this is it. Incredible Szechuan food that keeps the bones of the old HT Market behind it alive. If you're in the mood for something that tastes like you just sat down in China, this is the place to go. The owner is kind and helpful, and I can only imagine that every part of the menu is delicious. Cute little bear statues adorn every table, and the sound of Chinese instrumental music drifts over you as you stuff your face with spicy dish after spicy dish.If you're going in the winter, dress warm as the restaurant isn't particularly well insulated, but this is made better by a constant supply of hot water and space heaters. The outside may make you question if it's open, but there are only friendly people inside. Don't let the appearance or lack of insulation stop you. This place is absolutely worth the visit.

Yuhao Yang: The stir-fried pork head is great

Yi Hu: This is my first time trying this restaurant. It tastes good and the service is pleasant.

胡怡: I am very satisfied with the food and the store's service attitude is excellent. I will be a repeat customer.

alina Zeng: Very delicious. The attitude is very good. The taste is amazing.

Raul Ramos: Great food and good portion sizes for family style eating. Friendly staff and you can order straight from your table and food comes out in a timely manner. Great place to eat for lunch or on a date.

Linda Vong: both dishes I ordered for takeout looked and tasted fresh, hot, and delicious:- spicy oil hand-pulled noodles: noodles were SO GOOD. sauce was so flavorful and coated each noodle well. also came with baby bok choy underneath!- bbq lamb: lamb was also super good! each piece of lamb was tender, and all the lamb and onion in the dish was deliciously seasoned.future me would definitely order these again and try other stuff too! note to self to request no bean sprouts for the noodles and no bell peppers for the lamb if possible, just for my personal food preferencesParking: huge shared parking lot with HT Oaktree Market and a few other places - lots of spacesWheelchair accessibility: ground floor, no stairs or steps, wheelchair accessible from ADA parking

Jared Denney: Love this place

Aly: Everything was amazing! From the fried rice to the chili oil dumplings and the customer service was great...

curt jordan: Extremly generous!!!

Bingo Pajamas: This is the place to go to get the most authentic hotpot. No joke. Start with the mild heat unless you really are up for a challenge. Make sure your sauce has a good sesame base, and be sure to order the crispy pork.Kid-friendliness: Great kid friendly environment! They'll love the free merch section too!

Runfeng Liu: The quality of the food here is very good. However, most Chinese food, even if it is mildly spicy, is not friendly to many people’s stomachs. Sometimes I wish a dish had a little less salt, but the result is usually a dish that doesn't even taste salty. This might be a paradise for heavy flavors. But if the chef can be more delicate in seasoning, I believe we will come here more often.

Dan Aimone: Great hidden place with surprisingly excellent Szechuan food. It’s been hard to find a good spot since the height of the pandemic, but I went around lunch and it was empty, so wasn’t expecting too much. We had the Szechuan spicy chicken and orange chicken. Both were incredibly tasty, well seasoned, and well cooked. Will definitely be visiting more.

Christy Lewis: , Mongolian Beef

Mike Elworth: Nice little Chinese bistro near Fred Meyer. It has been around in Redmond, Bellevue and now Kirkland. It is Szechuan style Chinese food. Some may say the prices are high, but you receive very large portions. We had the deep-fried tofu as an appetizer, and it was well cooked and not rubbery. We then ordered the pork fried rice, the Mandarin crispy chicken, and the Singapore rice noodle. The waitress was friendly and knew the dishes very well. The pork fried rice didn't look greasy and was nice and hot. The Mandarin crispy chicken was scrumptious. The Singapore rice noodle when we first got it was very salty and seemed they put too much curry powder on it. The waitress got our order redone and the 2nd time, it was much better. We happen to come by around 4pm so it wasn't too busy that there weren't any empty seats, but they definitely were busy with takeout orders. All in all, I found the pricing more than fair, especially, since we got to bring leftovers home. The waitress says you can reserve only for parties of six or more. Parking is adequate and if need be, you can always park in the Fred Meyer lot and just walk over. I would definitely come back.

Leif Madsen: This place is so tasty and the service is always over the top. Been coming here years and glad it survived covid. Used to be super busy every night. Tonight sat alone w/ family in restaurant at 6:45pm - no other patrons except take out. Asked what kind of tea they serve as my son loves it. They gave us a big takehome container free of charge. Sheng Yan Restaurant: what do users think?

Liangjun Gao: The best place ever! Super delicious! just ate

nmagerl: was eating a grilled dish from a brazier on their table. We ordered Kung Pao chicken, twice cooked pork, a salty and sour potato dish, and an eggplant dish. Forget the kung Pao chicken. It's there for the tourists. The rest of the meal was a great display of flavor and texture. The potatoes were crunchy. A little sour and a little hot. The eggplant was sweet with a luscious texture and heat. The twice cooked pork was numbingly hot and rich.Give this place a try if your willing to be adventurous. My partner and I plan to go back for a grilled fish.

Media Reign: Looking over the other reviews, I can see how this place could get less than 4 stars on occasions. I personally have nothing bad to say about this place besides the location. Sheesh the parking is terrible and it's kind of hard to navigate the building. Even though it's actually really simple once you realize what's going on. Slight learning curve.About their food and service. It was great. I ordered the spicy Kung poa chicken. It wasn't very spicy but when I asked for extra spice, I got it. Boy was I sweatting like Trinidad James after I added a few doses of their chili's and spices. I even had left overs. More than enough to split. Especially had I added rice. Which I did not.The servers were very nice to me. My food came out fast. Rewind, before that they gave me water right away. Within 30 seconds of being seated. They didn't even ask if I wanted it. They just brought it. Some places have to ask which can take a while before u get water let alone order a real drink or food. Also more than one server tended to me here and there.

Garrett Griffin: I know that I'm just a white guy reviewing a Chinese restaurant on Google Maps – I understand the optics of that. But I can't possibly describe how underrated this restaurant is. It's the only Chinese restaurant I've been to in Washington that remotely compares to the food that I ate while I was living in China. It's my favorite restaurant in Seattle. I would be devastated if it closed. Please go support them.

Kevin C: Was hesitant to eat here given the previous reviews but so glad I gave it a chance. Excellent Sichuanese style food, the most authentic I've tasted outside China. Was perfect balance of spice and flavor, which is really hard to nail. The restaurant was also clean, well decorated, and spacious. My new favorite Sichuanese spot in Seattle.

Justin M: The food was pretty good. I got the shredded pork in szechuan garlic sauce.

Patrick Vaughn: Don't listen to the haters. This place is delicious
