Anna Stenwick: Brand new terminal with lots of chairs in the waiting room, restrooms and vending machines. The old pedestrian walkway has been restored to cross Alaskan way. Hopefully there will be some food vendors coming soon.

Kevin Hicks: . There seem to be many negative reviews complaining of only seeing "35%" of the animals - I think these folks just weren't patient enough. There were several instances where we'd show up to an exhibit along with some other families, and within 20 seconds of not seeing the animal, they'd all leave. Sure enough, not more than a minute or two later, here comes the wolf, hippo, etc. This happened with the snow leopard, and we ended up getting the amazing video attached to this review all to ourselves! We enjoyed taking our time, because the paths and exhibits were so well built, it was the most "in nature" we've ever felt in a zoo.

Aleca Murphy: Woodland Park zoo is the very first zoo that was designs as a natural habitat. It's a great place to scroll around and peek at a few animals. Antonio: If you been on a giant ferris wheel they are all the same basically. Orlando, Myrtle Beach, Vegas, London... this 1 in Seattle is good for directions tho. You will never get lost if you see the wheel. To the left is the ferry. To the right is the aquarium. Behind it is the Market place and the monorail back to the airport. Further right past the aquarium is Olympic Park and past that is the space needle. I walked it all. From the wheel to the space needle is a 30 minute walk. It's a very simple city. The only attraction on the pier really is the wheel. They are building more stuff. But I expected a little more. Like the area has the look. Like if you ever been to Mt Rushmore, Wisconsin dells, Myrtle... there's go carts, zip lines, mini golf, arcades, Rollercoaster, sling shots... Seattle pier just has the wheel and the aquarium for the most part. And a few places to eat. I can walk from 1 end to the other end of the strip in 10 minutes. Anyways. The wheel is nice. But that's all that's really there.

Tracy Hickle: Returned from Alaskan cruise on Royal Caribbean’s Ovation of the Seas. A+, 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service all around. We had such an amazing vacation and look forward to doing this again. I see most people have issues with disembarking… it was crazy, but in an awe inspiring and interesting way. Stop being silly Americans, learn to wait in line; everyone else does, change your attitude and see the orchestrated chaos and be fascinated by it all. What an amazing experience. Can’t wait to do it all again!!!
Wendell Jones: I was at the Royal Caribbean terminal at the port of Seattle, Pier 91, on W. Garfield, Seattle, WA, on Friday, September 15 and 22. Access was fairly easy as I was dropped by private vehicle. Signage of that area was good with crosswalks to get into the terminal. Luggage is collected, preferably pre-tagged but if not, they will assist you with proper tagsInside the terminal were people directing the flow. One starts out on the ground floor and moves up to the second floor by elevator or escalator, so good for those with mobility issues. On the second floor, one passes through a metal detector and carry-on items are scanned. Identification and cruise documents are checked/confirmed electronically. After that, head to the ship where identification is checked one more time.There are appropriate restroom facilities. There is supposedly parking for 1000 cars for a fee. The terminal was clean and well lit. The bigger thing was people were friendly and helpful.

Dr. J. Hiller: It wasn't quite as dramatic as some reviews are. Monday morning at 9 there wasn't much going on for the pickup, but it still took a while. Rental car was not very clean, but technically in good condition.

George Chen: I was sent originally to the Hertz on Aurora, where there was literally just one lady working everything. While kind of amazing, it appeared really dysfunctionally resourced. They sent us away because they didn't have the original car reserved, and we needed to get to 8th ave to get the right car.Once we got to 8th Ave, we were stuck there for half an hour because the lone employee on Aurora hadn't stopped modifying our reservation, and so the employees at 8th Ave were locked out until they could get a hold of her.In any case I was able to get things resolved here and in particular thank an individual named Marsh for sorting it all out.
Amy: A smooth one day car rental experience here! Won’t say we got the best car, but staffs are friendly and it’s very convenient that they offer 24/7 car return service which makes our daily rental way more convenient. The location is also very convenient to get to from the heart of the city!
