Mackenzie is very compassionate, genuinely cares about client needs, and goes the extra mile. Hannah Snow: So thrilled to have found this place. I saw Emerald and she did a fantastic job on my lash lift and tint. I have really stubborn lashes that point straight down. I’ve had multiple botched or mediocre lash lifts at other salons in Seattle and so I was eager/nervous to find a skilled technician. Emerald skillfully wrangled my every one of my stubborn lashes into place. The whole appointment was really fast compared to my experiences at other salons and totally painless. Her permanent makeup skills are incredible—she’s done both the lash line enhancements and powder brow shading and my eyes and eyebrows look so good!! Leah Merry: Long overdue review! I’ve been coming to The Skin Firm for over a year for sugaring. Having hair removed is never pleasant, but Amy and her crew come as close to that as one can imagine! I never feel rushed, the products they use smell good and are gentle on your skin, and they pay such close attention to detail, tending to ingrowns, trimming long hairs, etc. The time goes quickly as Amy is genuinely fun to talk with!Highly recommend this spot for sugaring! I've never been particularly happy with my sparse, light, asymmetrical brows, but she listens carefully to my tastes and then scupts/tints them with incredible attention to detail. The result is honestly shocking. I didn't know my brows were capable of looking so good with zero product on them! I highly recommend her and Cake.

Any time I'm having issues with my skin or curious about new products to try she is the first and only person I go to. I'm someone that rarely took care of/thought about taking care of their skin until recently. Before seeing her I had bought products based on popularity and not necessarily on what would work for my skin. When I had my first facial with her, she had me bring in the current products I was using. We went over why something was/wasn't working for my skin and it was very eye opening. Whenever she recommends a new product she always explains why she thinks it would benefit my skin and so far I've seen nothing but positive results. Also she is amazing at brows! Anytime she tints them I feel like a new person!
Sondra Yancey: I have only had time for one facial with Stacie, but she has been so great with follow up. She has taken the time to look up products to help my skin, while also keeping in mind there are certain ingredients I need to avoid. She took the time to look up the safety of different products prior to recommending them and I really appreciate the extra help she has given me. The treatment I did get was superb. The setting is very clean, relaxing and high end. They have used a lot of the products they sell, so can give first hand recommendations. While getting the facial, I also had eyebrow waxing. I've had problems with my skin getting pulled with prior waxingsat other places, but this was very gentle. Highly recommend this business.

I've had various treatments over the course of almost a decade, including Botox by Dr Jodie for many years, and most recently some filler for the first time which I am very happy with! She is very good at subtle but impactful treatments. I also just like her a lot, very down to earth and professional.Years ago, I had a laser treatment by an esthetician. They zapped an age spot that stayed away for many years. Fast forward to today, I just had a consult with an esthetician who was super nice and did not pressure me about procedures, and she even removed a little zit thing on the fly - was very kind! I plan to book a BBL treatment with her this fall.I've been to a few medi-spas and also receive similar services at my dermatologist, and I like CosMedic because it's not overly "spa" nor overly "medical" it's just the right amount of neither or both. They are all always on time for appointments!I highly recommend!

Fast forward...pandemic, bridge closure from my area - I tried using two other practitioners during that time, one was good, but wildly unprofessional, and slightly un-ethical, and the other, while her work was good, it wasn't actual botox, and it wasn't Dr. Jodie - she's a true artist! I noticed I needed treatments and had movement way sooner - and was getting around the same amount, give or take 5 units. I've since heard from several of my guests they've had the same experience and they are also committed to making the trek back, even if it means carpooling. Christie Kay: Real, unsolicited review! Like all of us… We have choices… So many choices, it is hard to pick! STOP LOOKING! I’m driving almost 3 hours to visit Dr. Kevin! I won’t go anywhere else again. I highly recommend him and this company. Not only did I feel welcome and incredibly comfortable… I am absolutely in love with the outcome.I don’t have a ton of experience with this but I’m not new to the industry either. I’ve had Botox and filler done twice now. I recently went to someone in Seattle and she was good. I liked her but… I couldn’t get in with her on a day that worked for my schedule. So, I started looking around for someone else that provided the same product. I searched who offered RHA 4 filler because that’s what I had done in my cheeks and LOVED it. Apparently, there are not a lot of people that offer this product. It’s pretty new. Luckily, I stumbled across this company. They offered the filler I wanted and they were able to get me in on a Friday…. and get me in fairly quickly. I wanted the fillers to come and go at the same rate. Not have months in between. I was terrified to do it… it’s not as simple as other fillers I’ve had done. I can’t even tell you how happy I am with it. I’m happy with the results and I was really happy with the appointment. I had a question shortly after and within moments had a response. Everyone wants to look younger and get it done right. Dr. Kevin definitely knows how to make that happen. He also knows how to make you laugh…. as well as make you feel super comfortable. Now if your 60 and want to look 20…. Ask him the story but don’t set your sights too high. Lol. Thank you for making my experience an amazing one. I can’t tell you how grateful I am that we stumbled across your company.
Lara Ragsdale: Wonderful results. I first got Botox for Bruxism/ teeth clenching. I have had severe neck pain for years that was starting to radiate to my shoulder. I didn't realize how related it all was until after I got the Botox. I was amazed how effortless the procedure was. I really appreciated Dr Reinertson's experience, confidence, knowledge and suggestions. She suggested getting Botox for my forehead which I had never considered. I spent some time thinking about it, then made an appointment. She was very cautious not to over do it. I didn't expect it would make me feel so good. I've really enjoyed the results. I would recommend her to anyone for her insight and experience. The staff is very professional and courteous as well.
