We just received the prints and immediately hung them on the wall and they are a pure ray of happiness in an uncertain world. Jennifer was wonderful to work with, a true artist. She strikes the balance of professional and unconventional in a way that relaxed my family. The images that she shot are a wonderful representation of each of us and they will be treasured for a lifetime. I cannot recommend her strongly enough, working with her was a delight and the final product is a treasure. Her assistant, Sarah, is also fantastic and responded almost immediately to any email that I sent. She helped to facilitate all of our appointments and both she and Jennifer were flexible and accommodating.I’m adding a 2024 update to my prior review. We were lucky enough to be able to book another photo shoot with Jennifer weeks before our beloved pup had to be put down. She was able to capture such gems with our 2 young kids and our darling dog. The girls are too young to have long-lasting memories of their own of this dog but the photos will remind them of the incredible creature that showed them how to have gentle hands.

Jenna Wakershauser: I'm the administrator at a school in Kirkland. We had Chelsea come in and take pictures of all the students and staff. She did a wonderful job and she was so easy to work with! We had a lot that we needed to get done, like staff, students, siblings, and class pictures. We even needed to change backgrounds at one point. She gave me a clear expectation of how long everything would take and what we could do to speed up the process. She was extremely quick to reply to emails and answer all of my questions.The turnaround time for pictures was way faster than I was expecting and they all turned out amazing! She was able to get even our grumpiest students to put on a big smile. All the staff has been talking about how they normally hate picture day but this year it was so easy.I highly recommend Chelsea for school portraits and I'm planning on asking her to return next year too!

We were a little worried about how photos would go because he can be slow to warm with new folks. Within like 20 minutes, Chelsea had him laughing, playing along, and chatting away with her. My husband and I were absolutely floored. The first preview photo the two of us together with his sweet little giggle had me in tears.
