Em: I just moved out of Sedona. Sometimes I can hear my neighbors and sometimes the washers stop working. There are washers everywhere though so it’s not that big of a deal just inconvenient. For how many people live here it stays clean and it smells nice. Good location. The staff is very nice. I recommend talking to Kia or Hunter. I guess just know what you’re getting yourself into because they are very small but I made mine cozy
Oubah Awaleh: Sedona apartments are in a nice, quiet neighborhood, close to freeway access. Northgate mall’s just an 8 min drive away. Most of the tenants are quiet. I haven’t had any major problems, but management could do better job securing packages. They try but i still had few items go missing. Could be frustrating during holiday seasons. Hunter is your go-to-guy if you need help.
Lucy Carlson: Hunter was so amazing helping me out with my lost packages!! Was very polite and helpful. I’m not the best at package delivery, but Hunter was an amazing employee when it came to helping me out finding them! Five stars for hunter!!!
Marina Rivera: as it gets. Sedona not only is a beautiful safe and well maintained apartment complex with friendly tenants, but the staff is amazing. They take care of work orders right away and there’s no trouble getting ahold of the leasing office. I had a terribly bad car accident and was not able to go up the stairs in the apartment I originally had. Sedona worked with me making it a seamless experience to get me into an apartment that was easier for me to get to. They took any stress out of what this experience could have been. Hunter in the leasing office was who helped me through this experience. Hunter handled everything so fast, communication was easy & was empathetic to my situation. He treated me like a person which is hard to find now a days in apartment hunting. 10/10 recommend this complex & 100/10 recommend working with Hunter.
