Alan Yedlin: My company rented 3 units here for the months we did renovations in our kitchen and office. The facility is clean, the spaces aren't cramped like some other storage units, there's plenty of parking, and April and her team are awesome! I highly recommend StoreQuest for your storage necessities.

Kris Bolcer: We just moved out today but had a great experience our entire year here. We felt safe having all our camping and climbing gear stashed away here and had zero issues during the year. We did occasionally have issues with our code to enter the elevator and building but the staff always was super quick and friendly to help. When the staff weren’t there during business hours, it would take about 5-10 mins of hold time to reach someone at corporate to give us a temp code to get in. Overall, the place was super secure, safe, and clean and would definitely recommend.

She helped us with the elevator code and actually came up to the 3 rd floor with us and showed us where all of his 4 lockers were . Amazing customer service ! Kevin Aichler: Excellent customer service, and very thoughtful help navigating my choices through my new rental process. I have been a tenant for almost 5 years and I'm always knocked out by their quick response time to any issue on the property. Always clean and secure. The best storage spot in town!
Brian Calhoun: After many years of being a storage customer at many different properties, I just moved in to this facility at the end of February 2024. So far things are great, and Chris Caruana is the guy to work with; he was incredibly patient and accommodating through a few changes and adjustments to find us the right unit. I worked with some other staff at this location, but none as helpful as Chris; he is a real asset to this organization.

Krissy Hyde: As far as storages go, it's got great hours [open to 11pm every night]. The staff is really laid back and don't come check each unit every 30 minutes and don't bug you while you're tending to your belongings. They don't care if you are sitting and taking a break... like public storage. They have a bathroom to use during office hours . You are supposed to be out by 11, but if you lose track of time and are there to 12, they don't seem to mind this. There is ample parking that is covered. Your not supposed to use their trash bins, but after hours I always sneak a few things in there... no problem. The units are very secure. The tenants are very respectful and quiet and private. They have many carts for moving your stuff [not just 2 broken ones]. So overall this place has a great sign up incentive [extra months or cheaper price]. They have never once raised the rental fee since being there for 5 years now. I keep to myself and they to theirs and aside from its storage in Seattle which is expensive and a waste of money no matter how you look at it ..... but if you gotta choose a place.... I feel this is a fair bet! You won't be dealing with petty bs like most of them do and I'm very appreciative of this.

Clean, spacious, smells good, has lots of ventilation, and has a decent bathroom. Just ask for the key. I needed climate control and they had a big one that suited my needs. She took me on a tour of the unit types I was interested.After I signed up she had me go through the process to get to my units via their security process to verify all was working and that I would not have any disruptions when I started to move my belongings into my units.Crystal is a 10! in my book when it comes to customer experience! Rare!The facility is immaculate and very secure and very easy access to my unit!Start here if you are in West Seattle and looking for a place to store your goods.

Laura Newell: We rented two units here prior to moving into a bigger place and I cannot recommend this place enough. You can book your unit online and also notify them that you're moving out online, and they make the whole process super easy. The staff here really cares and is super helpful when you have questions or even just monitoring to make sure your stuff isn't stolen. My husband forgot to notify them that we were moving stuff out and someone from Life Storage called the next day to make sure it was him moving everything out and not a thief, which we really appreciated. Definitely recommend if you need some storage!

Katrina Harvie-Watt (she.her): A small construction project required us to move and store a room full of furniture and so we rented a UHaul van and a storage unit from Interbay Self Storage. Michelle and Grace were so awesome: they walked us through the unit rental process, showing us the different units, and helped with the van rental. So convenient to rent the Uhaul from the storage facility...once we unloaded, I just left the van there.
