Max Maxwell: Excellent service. The boxes made moving far easier than I had expected. You will still need a few very large boxes for things like large pots, but otherwise most things fit well into the provided crates.
SUDARSAN SRINIVASAN RANGANATHAN: We've used Frogbox twice so far. We'll use it again in a heartbeat. Saves so much time since you don't need to get and tape boxes. The Frogbox boxes are very sturdy and they also come with sticker labels that can identify what you pack in each box. We got the full package - 30+5, 2 wardrobes, and bubble wrap + packing sheets. This was enough for a 1-bed apartment. The guy who dropped off and picked up the boxes was very friendly and gave a few tips that made usage more easy.

Angels on earth: Thank you Jill for providing me with professional services. I went to the Post office today to return some Amazon products, but the staff of the Post office asked me to find a place to print the Label. If I went to find a place to print, I would have closed the door when I came back. The post office staff are really old and need to retire, they are really unprofessional and probably too old to use computers, I was disappointed, so I thought of UPS and wanted to give it a try. Unexpectedly, Jill was really nice. She helped me print the Label and scan the QR code. Everything went smoothly. Thank you Jill for your professional services. I know you guys work under a lot of pressure, but you did such a great job under such pressure. Thank you so much.

It's a great location, people at the front desk are okay.The only reason I am offering 4 stars is because I really think the location can benefit from installing automatic sliding doors. I arrived numerous times with 3-4 large packages at the door and it's really difficult to operate the door and keep packages safe. What left me with an even more sour taste, is that the store was empty and all the associates just looked at me struggling opening the door, eventually the packages landed on the floor and no one bothered to give me a helping hand.

I wasn’t going to look for someone to ask because I had already assumed there was a product shortage. Narinder came up to me and asked. So I’m going to be able to print the docs I need without waiting more days.

We had a U-Box shipped to this location from Boston, and everything was ready for us on arrival, and they even were able to adjust the reservation of the pickup truck on the fly to help make our day go easier. We will certainly be back to this location next time we move!

Ali Tabler: The printing department assisted me with a last minute Easter surprise 2 days before the holiday. Miles kindly walked me through all options and turned my idea into reality. During pick up, Ke’aira and Raven were absolutely pleasant to chat with while they were finishing up my order. Easter was a success and they all made the process quick and easy. I will definitely be returning after such a positive experience.
