Carolina González Zapata: I love this place! You can find everything what you need for different styles of parties, from baby shower, birthdays, weddings, Halloween, etc. Good prices too!!
Natasha Wanner: White the store is sort of small. They make the most of the space with plenty of room to walk around. I didn't get the name of the employee who helped me, but she was very sweet and smiled often, which is always nice to see. My trip was pricy, but I expected that. Do not expect cheap prices on everything you need. The quality is really good on most things, so it's definitely worth the higher prices. Also, I've been to this party city many times, and honestly, I can't remember ever being treated unkindly.
Tata Toledo: They have almost everything. I just stop by last minute and I found what I need.
Tamarind Daines: What a party. This place is a delight, there's candy everywhere. Don't go while you're hungry like I did.
Kat Ua: Stopped in for grad supplies. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

Emily Gipple: Great selection, easy to find what I needed, easy parking, good prices. It’s nice to just get the right things I’m looking for quickly in person, instead of wading through the million options on Amazon and unboxing the deliveries.
Osh Morethstorm: Fairly priced and bargain priced vegan items are plenty here.
Marcus Monaghan: This is the only retail store left in the area that treats people right. I’m there 15-20 times per month and customer service is always good. They are pleasant and willing to accept returns and honor price matches without any trouble.
Rathish Kumar Rajendran: One of my go-to stores is Target. It's always tidy and well-organized, and the staff is helpful if I can't find a product on the shelves. I appreciate the frequent email notifications about promotions and deals, and the wide range of products makes it easy to find what I need. I prefer using self-checkout at the end, which is quick and convenient, usually taking no more than 3 minutes. While the rewards program is moderate, overall, I highly recommend this store to my friends.
J N: Downtown Seattle Target has 2x underwear
Nick Hardwick: This Target somehow got better ever since the ones in the U District and Ballard closed. Sure some items are behind locked doors, but the store is well staffed and well stocked so you're not waiting for long. Plus it's now full of actual security who can keep the insides safe from the out, so I feel even more safe going than before. If this is how big retail stores are headed in this area, can't say I'm disappointed with the results here.
Rizza Tan: … relies heavily on their self-checkout machines, which is constantly short 95% of the time upstairs & downstairs… shopping baskets needs some washing / cleaning like with physical soap & water.

Neko Ramsay: A bit of a tight fit in a rather small shopping complex, this store is a riot of color and products ranging from jewelry to kids first perfume and accessories.I can't express how impressed I was by the staff though. In spite of a hoard of little girls running around the store causing chaos and a shopper in front of me who had to split her purchase across about 4 gift cards, I never got the impression that the clerk would want to be literally any place else but her job which is what 90% of people would.A nice, if petite, Claire's.
Laura Alexandra: Many products. Good place to find small gifts for someone. They have a stitch section in case you like that.
Matisohn Huynh: Great service! Three of my friends came in to get their first piercings and the staff were amazing! Olivia was very patient and kind to get the piercing right for each of them! Highly recommend for those getting their first piercing.
Alaina: daughter was scared, even though she desperately wanted earrings, so it took over a hour in-and-out of the chair to get it done. Karen was so patient, kind and understanding - couldn't have asked for a better experience. And the store was BUSY - she was doing it all with grace. Highly recommend kids' ear piercing here but make an appointment!
Jennifer C. Wu: Olivia and Karen helped with my daughter’s ear piercing. They truly rolled out the red carpet for her!! It’s not common you see this level of service; I’m very impressed! I also tried to tip them afterwards and both of them refused to accept. Call ahead and make an appointment.

Jennie Cowan: Karen at Claire’s in Seattle assisted my daughter in getting her ears pierced. Karen was kind, friendly and gentle. She was a great balance of selling Claire’s products while showing care and interest with my daughter’s style. Karen was so good I tried to leave her a tip but they don’t accept tips. Karen seemed to enjoy her job and take pride in it. Her co-worker Jenny was also very helpful. I highly recommend this store for ear piercing!
